I discovered an underlying, very strange fear related to money/karma. So weird but I put it out here. I know somebody who is realized and is being of service for poor families in Bali or for anybody who comes (healing work, supporting, giving) relentlessly for years, for free or donation based, and he has extreme money issues (I know cause he asks for donations more and more). What does it have to do with me? I see somebody giving and giving and getting nothing (money) back. I always thought there is something like fair energy exchange in the universe. What you put out is what you get back. You are always supported. Mind says: Well you can have a great intention, and put out a lot, but if there is some unresolved karmic issue, you can follow your heart or calling all you want, you will not succeed. Its hilarious. But its there. He is none of my business and I don't know the inside story but he is a trigger for my weird mind fear. Basically mind is afraid that I follow my heart and passions with great joy (like I do for 2 years now) but still no money flow will ever happen (like its not happening right now) cause I have this karmic thing going on that is overriding it somehow.

Day 5: Exposing the fear around the topic of money Noticing the thoughts that create the fear is the initial step to exposing from where this fear is being created from. Now notice how the body is familiar with these feelings, it has been feeling fear, shame, guilt, greed etc for quit a long time. The body/ mind have become "familiar" with these thoughts and feelings. We explain how to reach for the unfamiliar and allow yourself to go through this "withdrawal" period. Everything is always working out for you. This is certain. Remain as awareness, notice these thoughts arise, notice the feeling and breathe. Be ok with what is arising. Notice, bring awareness to how the body is reacting, how the mind is twirling. This is conditioning that you have been identified with for years if not decades. Release yourself from the idea, the perception that you are meant to always stay in. See that you are none of them. You are designed to breathe consistently every day of your life YOU MUST PROVIDE OXYGEN TO YOUR BODY NO MATTER WHAT IS HAPPENING IN YOUR REALITY! Remember: Your emotions do not define you. Questioning a belief does not diminish you. Holding on to energy (emotions) makes you perceive lack. Holding onto energy is a full time job; t makes you feel tired, it makes you hold your breath, it obligates you to focus always on that which you hold onto. If you didn't hold onto to those emotions your conscious awareness would be exploring and experiencing new things. You would be creating and expanding. You would be feeling more joyful, expansive and lighter. You would be breathing perfectly, properly. When you breathe properly you allow the Parasympathetic Nervous System to activate allowing your body to go in rest and digest mode. Allowing energy to flow with no restrictions. If you do not breathe properly (using your diaphragm) the Sympathetic Nervous System will activate and prepare your body for fight or flight activating a whole army of stress hormones in your system. This system should only be activated occasionally, for real threats. Your lungs can take up to 8 liters of air per minute. If it can take it, it needs it. Breathing correctly implies that the diaphragm is moving. If you are breathing with your chest, it is not serving you. The body cannot store oxygen, you must provide it constantly. Your body must dispose of 700 billion old cells every day. The breath is your Chief Cleansing Machine. If you are storing fat it is because you are not releasing toxins and waste. Deep feelings are released through your breath. The best meditation is focusing on your breath. Place your attention on the inhale and the exhale. Your metabolism will get slower and slower the less you breathe. You will put on more weight, you will feel heavier and grumpier. The body is a mirror of the mind, see them as one. Through a process called oxidization oxygen converts food and water into energy. Without energy you don't expand and create anything new. Your body cannot process all the billions of cells and cannot send messages around your body. In order to function properly, your body needs energy. The body can process oxygen in order to make energy, but you must ALLOW oxygen in consistently. You are the creator of energy, and energy creates your experience, hence you create your experience. I feel I have shared all the information that you really need to know about deep breathing and how it is essential for you to have a healthy lifestyle. From a physical, mental and emotional point of view. My intention was to plant the seed and now it's up to you. You're free will to allow the energy to be created within you by deep conscious breathing, or not! Take the time to breathe correctly, use that diaphragm, if you are not using the diaphragm you are not breathing correctly. Shallow chest breathing is not breathing. The body is a mirror of the mind How is it so that your body is a mirror of your mind? Your body is a full representation of what you have been giving attention to. What have you been giving attention to? THOUGHTS! Living in the now and giving attention to what is here you allow the energy to flow and create new experiences. By giving attention to your thoughts you interrupt that flow, hence the body suffers the consequences. Letting go of those thoughts is the most devastating experience to your mind because you believe you are the sum total of your thoughts. Giving up giving it attention! To give up on those thoughts feels like a death to the mind. But if you do let them go you will be blessed with an experience of life that no mind could ever conceive. Infinite potential. It's your choice. Your free will. Hold on to your thoughts and repeat the same experiences. Your mind says I need to do this thing, so I feel validated, then I will be worthy. But you have never ever needed to prove your worthiness. The mind is a recorder of the past. It does not change. It stands out all the time. It never stops the chatter. Until you keep giving it attention, you keep feeding it energy. You have never changed your mind, every time you have changed you have recognized an aspect of your mind and decided to not believe in it anymore. You managed to increase your vibration and the belief of a lower frequency was seen through by you. The act of recognition occurs when you create enough space to see that you are aware of the mind and you are not the mind. You take your seat of consciousness and become a witness to the mind, that chatters consistently until you stop giving it attention. When you no longer believe the mind, you can breathe with ease. When you believe what the mind says, you breathe with interruptions, you break the flow, you pollute the frequency. You create an obstacle, a limitation. Why is the mind so loud? Action orientated or in the NOW? Action orientated compared to Inspired action in the NOW Unless you have experienced it you can't really say anything about it. But once you get a momentum going of experiencing inspired action over and over again, you can feel the effortlessness of it. The energy that you feel within you just elevates your desires to engage with life instead of strategising your action around trying to avoid certain things from happening or trying to force things to happen. It becomes exhausting to always be focused on controlling circumstances, events and people. By deep breathing more often with a certain consistency, creating a rhythmic flow of energy, you feel elevated, light and empowered. The Parasympathetic Nervous System is allowing rest and digest functions to activate and your endorphins are released allowing these feel-good chemicals to flow through your body. You don't really need to choose to be happy in this state. You are feeling on top of this world. By changing the energetic vibrational frequencies within you, you change the chemistry within your cells. Healing takes place. You feel more empowered and confident and you are much more interested in what is happening right here, right now. Being more interested in what is happening in the now, you are more aware of what IS actually happening and therefore inspired action is the only action that feels spontaneous. The only choice you need to make is: are you going to allow energy to be created within you or not? That is your free will. By agreeing to be energised by the oxygen, the vital life force that is provided to you, you are invited to experience the NOW moment. Inspired Action: you cannot KNOW "inspired action"; the mind only describes and conceptualizes events and situations. The mind has no business in creating. The mind is only but a tool. When you think about doing something it takes time. Being in the NOW there is no time, you have no perception of time in the NOW. Inspired action feels effortless when you feel everything is possible. You can only feel that everything is possible when you are vibrating at a high energetic vibrational frequency. Changing your personal reality to match your new personality Deep breathing retrains your nervous system to tolerate a higher charge of energy. When you practice consistently you will find that you can feel good practically all the time. Allow your body to feel higher charges of energy to ''push'' out the lower frequencies of energy. This is inevitable. These blocked energies in your body can also be referred to as your "crosses" if that vocabulary is more familiar with you. What crosses are you carrying with you? What burdens are always in your awareness? What issues are heavy on your mind? Contemplate for a moment, that whatever you are thinking about, is only happening in your mind. Thinking is just another word for imagining and visualizing. Let that sink in. Contemplate! When you do not hold onto any emotions your body knows how to breathe without any obstacles in the way. That's why it's self sustaining, self cleansing and self healing. The only thing in the way, the only obstacle that can interrupt the -Vital Flow of Life - are emotions of a lower vibration that are trapped. Negative emotions are not harmful, they are only harmful if you keep them in your body. If you experience a negative emotion and you release it, it has given you the experience that now enlightens you to know with more clarity what you want to experience next. You keep visualizing and re-imagining what happened in the past and then your mind tries to strategise how to avoid triggering those emotions. You are an expert at visualizing & imagining. That is what great creators do. We are all creators. When you are not aware of being a creator then your visualization and imagination is directed towards things already known, which is then labelled "I'm thinking". Dislodging those emotions out of your body Emotions are energy in motion Deep breathing is a cleansing process, as we have already mentioned in these videos that it is responsible in clearing out 70% of the body's waste. It clears out all that is not useful to us anymore. By deep breathing we create energy in order to create and expand. Meaning we create energy to have a different personal experience. Our experiences from the past have been experienced by the body and the mind has labelled them. The mind does not experience anything, it only describes the experience, pigeon holes it and conceptualizes it. Who actually has the experience? Emotions are energy in motion. You are the only one that has experiences, but because we get confused and we mis-identify ourselves with our minds, we seem to create the same experiences trying to avoid activating this blocked energy in our body. Our mind reminds us that we had that experience and we should not repeat it so we don't feel the same pain. This is not creating, this is reacting and wanting to control the outcome. We then begin to control our actions wanting to avoid feeling those trapped emotions. But if those emotions were to be released would you still be wanting to control your outcomes or would your experience be more spontaneous? You can't really answer that question, can you? Because that is the was we have been trained to do. There is no harm releasing your body from these emotions, they change your personal reality allowing you to experience different scenarios with a different emotion. Instead of rehashing the same one over and over again. **(eg. story of the bee.) Your body can self regulate and self heal, but again, you must be the allowing factor. Without you, it can't be in tune with the natural flow of the wisdom it holds. You either allow yourself to see them or you avoid them. What you hold as an idea or an opinion about yourself and how you see life, is all held as an emotion in your body. We have been taught to ignore emotional signals. When they come up we go straight to our mind and try and find a way to hide them, bury them and never want to see them again. But our bodies will continue to rehash them. Because that is what your breath is designed to do, breathe that energy out. Exhale! But if you do not allow this release of emotions, this recognition that this energy has surfaced, it remains lodged in some part of your body. Your muscles start to tense up if it's lodged in your back or in your legs. Stomach cramps appear more often if the energy is trapped in that area. You could experience a number of body aches and pains due to trapped energy (emotions) We have labelled these aches and pains with other names and have attributed the cause of these pains to other circumstances. Inhaling, Exhaling & your Diaphragm Breathing In (Inhalation) When you breathe in, or inhale, your diaphragm contracts (tightens) and moves downward. This increases the space in your chest cavity, into which your lungs expand. The intercostal muscles between your ribs also help enlarge the chest cavity. They contract to pull your rib cage both upward and outward when you inhale. As your lungs expand, air is sucked in through your nose or mouth. The air travels down your windpipe and into your lungs. After passing through your bronchial tubes, the air finally reaches and enters the alveoli (air sacs). What does your body do when you breathe? Through the very thin walls of the alveoli, oxygen from the air passes to the surrounding capillaries (blood vessels). A red blood cell protein called hemoglobin (HEE-muh-glow-bin) helps move oxygen from the air sacs to the blood. At the same time, carbon dioxide moves from the capillaries into the air sacs. The gas has traveled in the bloodstream from the right side of the heart through the pulmonary artery. Oxygen-rich blood from the lungs is carried through a network of capillaries to the pulmonary vein. This vein delivers the oxygen-rich blood to the left side of the heart. The left side of the heart pumps the blood to the rest of the body. There, the oxygen in the blood moves from blood vessels into surrounding tissues. Breathing Out (Exhalation) When you breathe out, or exhale, your diaphragm relaxes and moves upward into the chest cavity. The intercostal muscles between the ribs also relax to reduce the space in the chest cavity. As the space in the chest cavity gets smaller, air rich in carbon dioxide is forced out of your lungs and windpipe, and then out of your nose or mouth. Breathing out requires no effort from your body. Your abdominal muscles contract and push your diaphragm against your lungs. This rapidly pushes air out of your lungs. I'd like you to just sink in with this for a moment. Look at everything that is happening, each component has it's job and they all know what to do without you. You have never had to control your ribs to expand or let go, you never had to inform your diaphragm to contract or relax... nothing of the sort. So what is breathing? What happens when the body inhales and exhales? and what affects it? Let's answer the first question, the body requires oxygen and it knows it needs it to create energy. The body inhales on its own and it exhales on it own. It brings in the oxygen and it lets out the carbon dioxide. It does this all alone. You are not needed. But let's look at the second question: what is affecting the body's normal routine? Anything you believe you are experiencing! When you focus on thoughts, it affects your breathing. Anything you believe you are experiencing will affect the natural order of your body. That is why the more focused you are in your mind the more the body is being bashed around and it loses it's natural rhythm. Perfect breathing happens when you are not interrupting it with your thoughts. Only what you are focused on will limit it, will create an obstacle and it will change it's rhythm. The body has a wisdom that no mind can ever reach. This wisdom is beyond mind, just look at what it does. No mind could control this with such precision. You are the "allowing factor" and when you place your focus and intention on allowing the wisdom of your body to do what it knows how to do best, you are now empowered, energetic, clear minded, calm and confident. Oxygen is the wonder drug Increased Energy: When your cells don't get enough oxygen they don't have the fuel to expel toxins, which is their primary job, they get bogged down and tired. But because they never give up or stop attempting to do their job, they keep perpetuating, they keep spinning around in circles, even without oxygen which creates a lot of stress and sucks out a lot of energy. You are only as healthy as your cells are. The good news is that if you supply a good amount of oxygen your cells can release those toxins effortlessly and you can have all the energy left over for you to feel energized all day long. You won't have bursts of energy, you will have a steady flow of energy throughout your day. Mind/ Body Harmony: Breathing promotes mindfulness, it basically forces you to stay in the present moment. This benefits the mind immensely as what normally stresses the mind/ body complex is the constant tug of war between the thoughts that the mind believes in and what the body knows for sure. The body knows it can heal, it is self healing and when the mind doesn't want to believe it, there is a tug of war. The body knows it can self maintain but when the mind keeps thinking thoughts of "how fat I am", then there is a tug of war. The two must be in harmony at all times and by constantly breathing, taking deep conscious breaths, this activates the healing and rest nervous system which keeps the mind at ease. Reduces Stress: Slow deep breathing will calm your mind and by remaining calm this will benefit your digestive system, improve your metabolism and your circulatory system. Mental Clarity: The brain is oxygen's best customer even though it is less than 3% of your body weight, it consumes 20% of the body's oxygen. With oxygen it simply works a lot better. Self Esteem: Breathing helps your moods because oxygen pumps up the amount of endorphins in your system. Endorphins are natural feel-good chemicals. Athletic performance: When you breathe deeply through your nose, your muscles relax, your blood pressure falls, your nerves are calm, hence you have more endurance, more focus and less injuries. Dewy Fresh Skin: One of the first things you will notice when you start deep breathing is the change in your skin tone. Why? Well your skin is your body's largest organ and plays an important role in the toxin elimination process. If there is not enough oxygen the skin is forced to do double duty. The moment you allow that oxygen to flow, the skin can finally take a breather and exhibits a lot more elasticity. Vibrant Health: There is a doctor in San Diego who wrote a book called the Oxygen Breakthrough which talks about how futile breathing is the main cause for illnesses, also stating that "There is a bad breathing epidemic at large". Another medical research showed that 75% of illnesses that people bring to their doctors showed that poor diaphragmatic breathing is the culprit. There is nothing miraculous about healing your body through your breath, it's only logical. If your breathing is not operating at it's peak performance, toxins are not being released fast or efficiently enough which causes your kidneys and your heart especially but other organs too, to over-work and stress and in time your body will start to show symptoms to a series of illnesses. Losing Weight: Let's not forget the primary factor with which we started these videos, it was a way of wheeling you in, and it's true deep breathing avoids the accumulation of toxins and eliminates carbon dioxide so no fats need to be stored if you are providing a good amount of oxygen in your body on a regular basis. How deep conscious breathing liberates you from the grasp of the mind Yesterday we discussed "triggers". Please do not stress yourself out about them. The more you breathe the more you will have endless opportunities to become aware of them. The whole point of mastering deep breathing is that you will be providing more energy to and through your body and emotions will be released. The more emotions are being released by the breath, the more your "identity" that has been created by your mind will start to fall away. What does that mean? It means that in the past, when shallow breathing, you deprived yourself from oxygen, then the body would activate the sympathetic nervous system. Releasing stress hormones into your system. Stress being experienced often only allowed you to vibrate at a low frequency. This nervous system is only designed to be activated occasionally. Your mind began to create an identity of who it believed to be. So now by producing more energy, you spend less time in stress, less time in lower vibrations and less time being identified as the mind. Now spending less time in the mind, you will experience more inspired action and intuition. Something that before, your mind would not allow you to be so flexible. Things had to be done in a certain way. The mind is only a tool. Just breathe, don't concern yourself about having to figure something out or create some sort of effort. That is creating unnecessary stress and activating that nervous system all over again. Breathing is meant to provide you with the energy to create powerfully and deliberately from your state of consciousness. There is nothing to get stressed about. If you truly understand the power of vibrating energy. You would KNOW that your mind cannot do anything better than that. Energy will do the creating, vibration will attract the circumstances and events synchronistically. Learn to trust your body, learn to be comfortable with its' wisdom. Relax in the knowing of all its magnificence. There is an intelligence so much bigger than any MIND can conjure up. The mind is a recording device, that conceptualizes and describes your experiences. It pigeon holes everything into good and bad. It only knows what it thinks it has experienced and then projects it into the future. Your mind believes it is an actual person. Separate from everyone else, and believes it needs to be protected and has to fight for its' survival. It's a voice that you can hear coming from inside your head. Become aware of how other people are breathing When you understand the connection between your body and your mind and how breathing influences one and the other, the two become as ONE. The body creates energy through the oxygen that it is given, the energy creates high or low frequency which then enables you to become a beam of light (vibrational frequency). Vibration attracts and influences other beams of light. The highest vibration always dominates. If you focus on how you are vibrating and the key word here is "focus" how you steer your energy, nobody out there can affect you because you know how to achieve the feeling you want to feel. But you can influence others just as others can influence you if you are not the dominating frequency. So today I would like you to become aware of how other people are breathing. Just do a short experiment with yourself. When you meet someone, notice how they are breathing, then notice how they are behaving and feeling, what are they saying? what are their thoughts? When you become aware of other people's vibration you can then understand that their state of being, hence their behavior is always a perfect match to the energy they are vibrating at - (how much oxygen their body has available to create energy). If you really understand that each one is experiencing their level of energy and is vibrating at a frequency range that allows them to experience only that which they perceive, now you understand that their behavior has nothing to do with you, but everything to do with their level of energy. You cannot expect someone that is vibrating at a low frequency (fear) to have the same view of life than someone that is vibrating at a higher frequency. Ending the tug of war between the mind & the body By understanding the connection between the amount of OXYGEN your body can take in with the creation of ENERGY - which then moves and VIBRATES creating a FREQUENCY within you – you can see that you are the embodiment of INFINITE POTENTIAL! Now just imagine for a moment a room that has many windows and they are all open. Can you visualize the amount of light that can come through? But now imagine we start to dim that light down by placing curtains on those windows, the light is still available but something has dimmed the light down. Now imagine you close those windows and placed blinds over them and completely covered them. The light is still available but you are experiencing darkness. You are the potential of infinite possibilities, you have all the energy available to you, dimming it down depends on what you are holding onto (thoughts & emotions). How are you dimming down your light? How are you diminishing your energy? When you breathe, your body creates energy and is now vibrating at a higher frequency. Your body is allowing the light! But the question is, is your mind allowing it to shine? If you understand that shifting through different vibrational frequencies by creating more energy you have access to different thoughts, beliefs and perspectives, why would you hold onto the same ones over and over again? Focusing your Energy Without energy everything feels like effort. Walking, talking, cooking, working, exercising, interacting, socializing, anything and everything. We just feel like lying down and be entertained. When you watch those videos that encourage you to eat healthy, you are told what to eat but usually there is no mention on how to breathe. Eating healthier and not feeling more energetic feels like torture! The frequency you are emitting is not in alignment with those foods. Most videos that encourage you to exercise more fail to mention the importance of breathing and giving your body the energy it requires to do those exercises. Therefore it feels like effort. Then there are those that tell you to drink more water, but fail to tell you to breathe when doing so. Without energy you feel bloated and heavy. The water requires energy to do what will benefit you. Even drinking water feels like a chore. The best for last, for those that have heard about the law of attraction, this is the best. They tell you to change the way you think, change the way you feel. But without energy what are you going to change? Change is not something that should feel like effort. You don't change by bashing yourself on the head and forcing yourself. Change + Energy = Effortless, easy and in the flow! So let's have a close look at how deep conscious breathing affects your energy levels and what every level actually means for your state of being. The way you vibrate depends on how much energy you allow to flow through your body and at what rate. Lack of OXYGEN means Less ENERGY which means Low FREQUENCY More OXYGEN means More ENERGY which means High FREQUENCY The higher the frequency the shorter the wave lengths which means there is a contraction and an expansion happening faster. The higher the frequency the more elevated the emotions. The more oxygen you allow by breathing deeply, the more energy you create the more you have "access" to higher frequency emotions. (emotions = energy in motion) You have access to them, there is no straining and "refortifying", you slip into that energy pattern, now you have become it. Your whole body is feeling it. There were no circumstances that needed to be in place for you to feel it. You didn't need to win the lottery to feel the feeling of abundance. Raising your frequency allows you to feel abundance, You didn't need to find a partner to feel love, you raise your frequency to feel love. You see where this is going? Now that you are vibrating at that frequency you can attract that which is vibrating at the same frequency. We attract that which we are. So if you are vibrating at the speed of "emotion of abundance" now you will be interacting with experiences of abundance. If you vibrate at the speed of love, you now attract experiences that are the same equivalent. You must BE IT first in order to attract it. Wanting to feel love and making others show it to you, does not allow you to BE IT, you are feeling the lack of love. Tuning into your body Have you all noticed that as we get to know how our body functions that nothing stays the same? Everything is always changing, being processed and becoming energy and if it cannot be converted into energy it becomes a harmful toxin or fat! That which is not converted into energy becomes harmful. Your sympathetic nervous system kicks in when there is a lack of oxygen. So it makes you feel stressful even if there is no actual danger. It was designed to kick in to give you all the energy to protect you and get you out of actual danger. But if you are not breathing correctly it will kick in anyway. Because it believes you are in danger. You must become aware of your body, you must constantly allow oxygen to flow through you. The real purpose of breathing is not to move air, but to move energy. Remember: Oxygen, through a process called oxidation, chemically changes food and liquid into energy. The Chinese call it "chi" which translated into English means "vital life force" and they believe that all disease is caused by blocked "CHI". Well with everything we have covered so far, wouldn't you also come to that conclusion? The breath is the CHIEF CLEANSING TOOL, it eliminates 70% of the body's waste. The other 30% is through water, in fact if you drink a glass of water on an empty stomach as you wake up and then you do your 10 breaths - "double whammy"!!! But if you don't breathe and drink alot of water, hydrogen needs oxygen to expel all those toxins otherwise it also turns into fat. The Indians called it PRANA. Once you become aware of it you will be able to direct it and steer it willingly, at the moment it's probably unfocused. We have this incredible life force available to us in every moment and we are not aware of it. You must understand that your body is energy, We have always thought it to be this static matter, but now even physicists have proven that everything we thought was matter is actually made up of energy. Our bodies are rivers of energy, constantly flowing and continuously changing. If you could see the atoms in the cells you would see them popping in and out of reality. Constantly in motion. In fact in 5 days every atom in your stomach will be brand new, in 6 weeks every atom that makes up your DNA will be entirely brand new. And in 4 years every single atom in your body will be brand new. So how can illness remain in your body? It can't if you keep breathing correctly. The only thing that makes your body decline, is a lack in oxygen, depriving it of energy and making it store up on toxins and fats. End of story. Now let's become familiar with our body for a moment. Lie down for this one, it's best: Follow your collar bone, to the sternum until you meet the xiphoid process which is connected to your diaphragm, the most important muscle in your body. From the xiphoid process trace your rib cage all the way to the bottom. Your lungs are inside your rib cage. That's how important your lungs are, they are protected by a bone cage like structure. Now close your eyes and with your consciousness follow your breath with every inhale, then holding your breath and with every exhale. Connect your consciousness with every breath. What happens to your body & mind when you do not breathe deeply and consciously? The fuel that runs your body is oxygen and it creates energy. Your body cannot function without oxygen. Even if you eat the healthiest of meals every single day for the rest of your life, your body will not function properly without oxygen. Your lungs are the tanks that hold the oxygen. It doesn't stay there very long. As soon as you INHALE these tiny balloons that look like grapes (called alveoli) filter oxygen into your bloodstream. They dump oxygen into your blood and suck out the carbon dioxide out of the blood and send it back to your lungs to be exhaled out into the atmosphere. The heart is the chief in charge of delivering blood to the rest of your body. So what happens without sufficient oxygen? Now few people like athletes and singers can breathe in 17 pints or approx. 8 litres of oxygen with every breath. The majority (9 out 10) barely breathe in 2 to 3 pints (not even a litre) of oxygen with every breath. That is less than 20% of what your lungs can actually take in. You are operating a magnificent energy creating machine on 20% energy. (ponder!) Your lungs are like a pyramid shape, so in the top part, the blood flow is as much as half a teacup; there is more of a flow at the bottom of the lungs. When we shallow chest breathe like most of us do, minimal oxygen gets to the bottom part where the alveoli are and most of the power of the blood capillaries are. Now you can appreciate that for decades you have not been providing sufficient oxygen to your "energy creating machine!" Ok, you didn't know, but now you do! Aren't you excited? Don't you feel more empowered? Don't you feel more appreciation? Do you feel like you have a different perspective? Do you know what all of this means? So when your cells are only getting 20% of oxygen you can imagine how much they are struggling. Your cells get loaded with toxins which then slows down your digestion, eventually causes cancer, heart disease and other awful things we would rather not talk about. When you breathe, as already mentioned 70% of waste gets expelled out of your body. What is this waste? Carbon Dioxide and toxins, if not removed they turn into fat and then get stored in the body. Your body tries to store it far away from vital organs, so it goes to the belly, thighs, arms, hips, waist and rear for as long as possible. But if it persists, obesity is inevitable. Then the body uses all the energy it has to eliminate toxins so that is why you feel so lethargic. Adding to the problem your blood chemistry gets screwy. Toxins are acidic which then forces you to retain water because it tries to neutralize the acidity. Obviously this causes you to feel heavier and bloaty which then causes you to breathe more with your chest causing you to let in even less oxygen. This is a self perpetuating situation. The less you breathe, the less you breathe. The moment you eliminate all those toxins your body can begin working at processing the food you give it effortlessly. All you need to do is start breathing properly, eliminate those toxins and lose that weight so you can start allowing more oxygen into your lungs. Energy You Create by simply breathing Your body has 75 trillion cells and your health depends entirely on the health of those cells. So if these cells are going to be polluted they are going to be tired and so are you. Each cell produces energy, that's why they are so important. Each one of them assists in running your body. They are basically a chemical processing plant. 75% of the energy they produce is used for general maintenance of your body. They work non stop every single day for every day you live on this planet, no days off. These cells have a hard job and require a lot of fuel and that fuel is oxygen. As you can see all around you it is abundantly available. But YOU are the one that must allow it to reach the cells by consciously deep breathing. You see, oxygen is available to us but if you don't breathe it cannot be converted into energy. - You are the creator of that energy - The fact is that the more you allow oxygen to reach all of these cells (all 75 trillion of them) you create energy. This energy has a specific job to vitalize your entire being. This energy allows your mind to tune into the frequency of clarity, wisdom and love. If your energy levels are low, so will your frequency; so your mind may be dimmed down and not benefit from the high frequency perspectives of clarity, wisdom and love. Your mind will now be attracting thoughts of a lower vibration. So you need to begin de-cluttering habitual thoughts that are of a low frequency. If you are going to be breathing deeper and more consciously providing sufficient oxygen but then going back to your thoughts of lack, then that energy will be used unnecessarily. Breathing and Metabolism go hand in hand. Did you know that "metabolism" is nothing but a measure of how much oxygen your body expends while making energy? Is it not logical that the more oxygen you give your body to work with the higher your metabolism will be? So your body needs oxygen to create energy and the rate at which your body produces energy is your metabolism. The average person's body takes 4.8 calories to burn one litre of oxygen to create energy. 75% of the energy that is produced goes towards General Maintenance of your body. "Metabolism" is the rate at which the body runs your brain, your heart, your liver, your kidney and even growing your fingernails. Breathing is the key to warming and waking up your metabolism. When you breathe more oxygen, several things happen that assist in speeding up your metabolism: 1. Heat rises in your body, our cells become more heated, they are more pliable, less rigid, they begin to open up to allow more space for inter-cellular fluids to circulate. They become better at bringing in nutrients and carrying off toxins. Heat detoxifies the organs and tissues and revitalizes the entire system. Every day your body needs energy to burn through 700 billion old cells. These old cells are toxic and must be removed from your body, if not they just linger in your body demanding a lot of energy that otherwise could be used for processing food and eliminating weight. 2. By breathing deeper you promote better circulation of body fluids within your kidneys, stomach, liver and intestines. When you don't take in enough oxygen your metabolism automatically slows down because now it moves into conservation mode. You are practically strangling your cells, depriving them of oxygen. 3. Slow metabolism also promotes sluggish blood flow. Your blood is what transports oxygen to different parts of your body so you can benefit of that energy and clarity. Without a good blood flow you will feel lethargic. 4.
