Exercise and Eat Outside-Could it be more fun and healthier? When was the last time you spent a whole day OUTSIDE, exercised outside, or had a picnic, BBQ, or packed a hiking lunch? Were humans ever meant to sit, stay inside and watch a screen? Maybe there is a connection to why we are so unfit and out of shape, unhappy?

How to Feel 21 at 100 years YOUNG…Not 100 years OLD at 21? What are the 100+ young folks doing differently from the young folks who feel old and have old people's diseases?

Being Inside - Could it be rotting your body and brain? What if being outside, in the fresh air and sunshine, breathing real air and being exposed to real light, be the foundation of being healthy, disease-free and happy?

Comfort Zone – Could it be the Kill Zone for Your Success? What would drive a person to achieve if they are comfortable, ok, average? Could “good” be the enemy of Great? What if we train our body to get out of our comfort zone by doing something every day that is “Uncomfortable", could we get into habit of wanting to challenge, test or put our body under pressure?

Is Sitting Making my Butt FAT? Or WORSE? What if SITTING is the main reason humans are fatter, weaker, more diseased and more depressed than at any time in history? Would humans be healthy, fit, strong, lean, and energetic if they we got off their BUTTS and MOVED? Great Question? YES/NO/WHY?

NO - are you saying yes or NO to unhealthy and unhappy? How exciting, we do not have to say YES, or accept being unhealthy and unhappy, we can choose to be healthy, fit, strong, lean, energetic, and HAPPY!! Here is HOW…

STRESS...How to use it to achieve? Yes, stress can kill- it causes dis-ease!! BUT if we did not have stress responses/hormones we could not wake up, and we could not achieve - HOW and WHY?

Why do I look FAT at my goal weight? How do I look and feel great regardless of how much I weigh, my body fat percentage or how rich or poor I am ?

Lean, Fit, Strong and Energetic… HOW TO work out the truth from the “BS”?WHAT if there is a FASTER way? WHAT IF everything we believe/think is true about being healthy, fit and strong is wrong, or there is a better way? I want to know, what about you? So how do we KNOW for ourselves instead of trusting opinions, “experts”, AI/robots, Dr Google or social media influencers?

Stop exercising!! You are in great shape!! All goals achieved, why keep exercising, training, sweating, eating healthy? “I had a shower, I am clean, why do I need to keep bathing? I have eaten food, I am full, why do I need to eat again? I have brushed my teeth, they are clean- throw away the toothbrush!!

POO…Could it be a great way to check our inside health? How often, how much, how easily we poo- could they all be great ways to know how healthy we are?

Best Drinks for...Thirsty, Tired, Stressed? What if we only drink water, will we be at a disadvantage? Do energy drinks, sports drinks, and protein/nutritional shakes make us healthier and/or leaner? What if you can't afford them? Will you die early or always lose?

Why do people get fatter in Winter? Can we be lean, fit, strong and healthy ALL year- VERY season, for a lifetime? YES/NO/Why? If yes, HOW?

Big Exercises for BIG Results!! So why do most people waste time on little exercises that give less than a 100% quality result? If you want your WHOLE body to be strong, could it be best to train your whole body?

Peri/Menopause… Will you/the women in your life survive them or THRIVE because of them? Is there a way to get through both healthy, fit, strong and lean, without any of the drama most women are talking about? YES/NO/Why?
