We have had topics from previous episodes regarding Technology Deprivation and how this has a negative impact on segregated minority and black communities in South Central L.A. In today's episode, I will be telling a story about the atrocity of the deprivation of technology to minority and black communities. If you do not know yet, this year, the federal government will spend more than 60 billion to try to correct this tragedy.  As a result of the denial to access the latest technology then Cable Television minorities and black communities become impoverished communities in Los Angeles where gangs and crimes are prevalent.  I discussed here that the damage that Technology Atrocity caused minority and black communities cannot be reversed by the budget I mentioned above.  Tune in to today's episode to learn more about our topic today. Tragedy and Atrocity are well explained here:  “A  tragedy is an event that causes great suffering, destruction, and distress. In general, we look at tragedies as being naturally caused events such as hurricanes and tornadoes, and earthquakes, and atrocity is similar to a tragedy, but the fact is an atrocity is caused by human beings and is done by those who seek to do extremely wicked and cruel. Atrocity is in fact a tragedy. But the reality is the difference between a tragedy and an atrocity is that atrocity is caused by human beings with malice and forethought. That is the issue. The malice and forethought of the behavior of human beings are what make it an atrocity. Yes, tragedy can include events caused by human beings, but these tragedies are really with malice and for.” You may also listen to the past episodes related to this, here:  My trip to the Supreme Court Critical Race Reality: Cable TV Critical Race Reality Government Corruption in the City of L.A. BLACK CIVIL RIGHTS ARE WORTH $1 - Judge Marshall

A dollar is sometimes enough to buy candies, but most of the time it is used to pay for court damages. Some of you may be aware of this, but others may not. If you are found liable for damages, you can receive a minimum payment of 1 US Dollar from the court. The same thing happened to us during Judge Consuelo Marshall's trial in the 1980s.  For the past two weeks, I am telling our story of social injustice, and racism from Black Government Officials, and a Black Lady Judge. As you already know from Episode 31, we won our appellate case against the City of Los Angeles and Judge Marshall's Court.  The damages to our company have been calculated by Dr. Thomas Hasley. One of the leading communications economists in the United States in his sworn deposition. His calculation of damages for our company from 1983 through 1988 because of the ongoing violation of our civil rights, was approximately 70 million.  Judge Marshall whittle down the unanimous verdicts of the appellate court and the United States Supreme Court to $1 our rights as American citizens and 12 years of our lives valued at $1. Judge Marshall explained that she would not allow a jury to determine the damages to be awarded for the deprivation of our rights because any jury determination would be speculative. This can be a perfect example of Black-on-black crime. They committed crimes not just against us but also against Minorities, Black Communities, to the next generation in South Central L.A. I am telling this story because what happened to me (to us) can happen to you. I want to bring awareness to this kind of judicial system and inspire you to fight for your rights.    Connect with me and join me in creating awareness of real and current Social Justice Issues. https://whatdidyouthink.net/ https://www.facebook.com/ClintonEGalloway/ https://www.instagram.com/clintonegalloway/ https://twitter.com/CIintonGalloway https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKKrhDXuTlvmZ4VxnmPcHzg https://www.linkedin.com/in/clinton-galloway-b1b610214/ You can buy my books here: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/what-did-you-think-was-going-to-happen-clinton-e-galloway/1138748054?ean=9781735707600 https://www.amazon.com/dp/1735707600/ref=as_li_ss_tl?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1610284008&sr=8-2&linkCode=sl1&tag=wrinaut08_writersandauthors-20&linkId=69ca9732f8bd7388904042eba13b2580&language=en_US

When you file a case and you have a strong legal case you will fight until the end like what we did in our fight for our rights. But it could have not been the case because amending the case bleeds money on our side while the city of Los Angeles did not worry about the amount they spent because it is not their money, it is the Taxpayers' money.  You can imagine how many people with strong legal cases, but no financial resources, lost their day in court? How many sleazy politicians, dishonest bureaucrats, and authoritarian personalities got off without so much of a slap on the risk of abusing the power the citizens gave them because of money issues?  In Episode 30 I already discussed how we were able to finance our legal case. In today's episode, I tell a story about my trip to the Supreme Court. The fact that the US Supreme Court would now view our complaint against the city of Los Angeles seems surreal. This is written in my first book Anatomy of a Hustle; Cable Comes to South Central L.A.  Here are the highlights from the book I read: The newspaper made note of the unanimous nine oh decision in favor of preferred communications. A rarity on such a divided court cable television was clearly subject to the protections of the First Amendment, and all the justices remained the case back to the US District Court of Judge Consuelo Marshall for trial when I called my brother Carl, and he looked at the Los Angeles edition of the Los Angeles. To us, the city of Los Angeles was a perfect example of a city government going awry. And make no mistake in our research, Los Angeles's reputation for its corruption of power was replicated many times over in other cities, large and small. They looked to the larger trend-setting cities to define their governing style, what they would become, and what they could get away with. Judge Consuelo ruled in 1980. That there was no possibility that we could have a valid action against the city. It had taken two other courts, three years, and hundreds of thousands of dollars of our money and our friends' personal money just to get the right to ask for our constitutional rights from Judge Consuelo Marshall. If you are looking for a real example of critical race reality, you must tune in for today's episode because I will give you an exact example of critical race reality. This is critical and racial because approximately half a million mainly  Black Americans in Souther L.A. was get affected. Here I read a chapter from my book Anatomy of a Hustle Cable comes to South Central LA Chapter 11, the Justice Hustle, Part one   If you tune in to our Episode 29 last week it is about Critical Race (Theory) Reality. I mentioned an example of “Critical Race Reality” that happened 40 years ago when a minority group from Southern L.A were denied access to an emerging technology then the Cable Television which leads to poverty, homelessness, and a high crime rate in minority communities at present times.  Just to get clear, no criticism of the theory, because theories are all well and good, but the reality is where we live.  Highlights from the Book For the South Central Cable Television franchise, our suit outlined all the facts and issues regarding the egregious and illegal activities we uncovered in our efforts to obtain the franchise. The case was directed to be heard by US District Court Judge Consuelo Marshall. Surprise surprise, we did our homework on Judge Marshall.” How many others trying to make positive differences in their neighborhoods were tossed out as well? Although we knew what Judge Marshall might do, our cable franchise group was. Tired and near broke. Judge Marshall had sunk any chance we had to refer to the cable franchise case in future court filings with the legal death ray of no right to amend. We were representing South Central, the people living within one of the lowest socioeconomic neighborhoods in the country who could not afford to fight for their own rights, or perhaps were not even aware of the situation at all, protecting these rights. Which benefited all of us, almost always felt to the hard court actions of one individual, one family, or one group. Listen now and let me know what is your key takeaway from our topic today. “Critical race reality is the analysis of causes and effects of critical and specific issues related to race within the United States. You've all heard about critical race theory, but in fact, every theory is designed to give you some insight or some guidance into the reality of a situation” The book Critical Race Theory is making rounds in the news now. Concerned parents and government officials want to prevent this from being taught in schools.  In today's episode, we will discuss Critical Race Theory (CRT) but what we will be focusing on is that Reality is more important than Theory in solving Racism that has been happening to our country for 200 to 400 years ago.  Here I discussed two major issues of many major issues that affect race in this country, The technology and deprivation of that technology to minority citizens and The cause and effect of homelessness.    We should include Technology Deprivation that happened 40 years ago when discussing racism issues. If you've been listening to our podcast, you've heard about the denial of Cable Television to South Central's minorities. There is a domino effect on minority communities due to technology deprivation; unemployment is so high, education is so low, economic development is low, and therefore poverty is high.  CRIME WILL NEVER GO DOWN AS LONG AS POVERTY STAYS HIGH. That is an inevitability. Technology deprivation cannot be addressed by a theory based on events from 200 and 400 years ago. In this episode, I have no intention to dispute theories. Still, I want you to realize that it is better to look at reality because by dealing with reality, we have the ability to verify the decisions that have been made that led to the reality, and at the same time deal with the causes and effects of that reality upon a group within society. Let us solve the racism issues instead of looking at what happened 200 to 400 years ago. Claiming something you lost is necessary, whether it is a material item or something you lost control of.  Today, we'll talk about losing control of our Government. As US citizens we should have control over our Government, not the other way around. It seems like they are doing things on their own terms and forget or ignore what we have to say. The perfect example of this is that 80% of Americans want the limit on terms for Federal officials but it seems they are not listening to us. There is this one congressman who tries to bring up the issue but his colleagues just ignore him.  Indeed we have political freedom, we have the right to elect officials that benefits our community. However, the problem is we have only two parties to choose from to elect. Based on Gallup polls surveys in 2021, 68 % of Americans supports that we need a third party. It is a dramatic increase from what the  Gallup organization showed us in 2018, that  58% of Americans need a third party.    Here, I discuss my opinion on solutions to reclaim our control of the government. You'll be inspired by its unique perspectives, unexpected moments, and open-hearted community.  The City of Angels has an abundance of multi-faceted neighborhoods and hidden gems to explore. If you've been following me you already know that I am living in Los Angeles City, to be exact in South Central L.A. That is why also you notice in my books that Los Angeles City is mentioned. We always talk about racism and social justice issues happening in cities and states around the US. But for today's topic, we will be focusing on Los Angeles City.  The story today is about the resignation of the president of the Los Angeles City Council Nury Martinez.  This is for comments she made last year, and it was secretly recorded, but published in the last few weeks. These comments dealt with negative comments about black people, and indigenous people living in Los Angeles. More of this story is inside our podcast. We will discuss how our political systems really work and you'll be surprised to know that Los Angeles Times rarely covers anything racist behind the behavior at the Los Angeles City Council while turning a blind eye to the problems that affect black people. Additionally, they ignore the negative comments made about the behavior and lives of black citizens in Los Angeles. Again another issue that the media hides from you.  And that's where we're sitting in Los Angeles it's racist, corrupt, and getting away with it.  Open your mind to what is really happening around us. THE CALL FOR DIVERSITY

What is media diversity for you? Do you think it matters? If you do not know your answer to these questions then you should listen to our episode today. Here I included a clip of a chapter from my latest audiobook What Did You Think was Going to Happen?  Below are highlights from my audiobook: The call for diversity is an attempt to allow all parts of society to have influence over the media they consume. The call for diversity is both right and proper for the first amendment. Which affirms adversity and opinions and ideas as they relate to the citizens of this country. When people speak of diversity they should be speaking not only of a diversity of faces but the diversity of ideas and the necessity to hear diverse voices. The diversity of ideas is the purpose of the first amendment. Without such diversity, they cannot be true freedom within a nation. The call for true diversity is not satisfied by hiring a few people and I mean only a few from an ethnic group to fulfill a quota that's not diversity.  The key that all parties agreed on was to maintain ownership in the hands of black citizens familiar with south central. Southcentral was made up not only of black people but had a heavy Hispanic influence within it. Their economic condition was similar to the black occupants of this community. Special programming was necessary for them also in order to fulfill our responsibility to the community as a whole. When 90 percent of the media content in the United States is controlled by fewer than a dozen companies. There's no true diversity in the ownership of that media. The explosion of the black race from ownership is the exclusion of true diversity within media in the United States. There are many reasons why we have a negative view of ourselves. This is partially due to the negative images that are continually portrayed in the media. The view provided to all of America is the same that black Americans get to see as we try to interpret who we are. Black-on-black crime at the street level is a manifestation a black on black crime at the political level. No one would expect the law to resolve their differences in south-central. The law is looked upon as an enemy by many. I hope that through our episode today you will understand how the negative image of Black America was formed.  Connect with me and join me in creating awareness of real and current Social Justice Issues. https://whatdidyouthink.net/ https://www.facebook.com/ClintonEGalloway/ https://www.instagram.com/clintonegalloway/ https://twitter.com/CIintonGalloway https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKKrhDXuTlvmZ4VxnmPcHzg https://www.linkedin.com/in/clinton-galloway-b1b610214/ Buy my books here: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/what-did-you-think-was-going-to-happen-clinton-e-galloway/1138748054?ean=9781735707600 https://www.amazon.com/dp/1735707600/ref=as_li_ss_tl?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1610284008&sr=8-2&linkCode=sl1&tag=wrinaut08_writersandauthors-20&linkId=69ca9732f8bd7388904042eba13b2580&language=en_US

Governors in Texas and Florida did this, they transported the illegal aliens via airplane and bus to different cities that I mentioned in this podcast.  And you do not know about this because no newspaper no, news magazine, no news station is talking about the movement of people being human trafficking they really speak of the transport of people between states for illegal aliens in this country.  Keep up with the Ooooh I'm Tellin' Podcast if you're looking for something the media didn't cover.   Connect with me and join me in creating awareness of real and current Social Justice Issues. https://whatdidyouthink.net/ https://www.facebook.com/ClintonEGalloway/ https://www.instagram.com/clintonegalloway/ https://twitter.com/CIintonGalloway https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKKrhDXuTlvmZ4VxnmPcHzg https://www.linkedin.com/in/clinton-galloway-b1b610214/ Buy my books here: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/what-did-you-think-was-going-to-happen-clinton-e-galloway/1138748054?ean=9781735707600 https://www.amazon.com/dp/1735707600/ref=as_li_ss_tl?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1610284008&sr=8-2&linkCode=sl1&tag=wrinaut08_writersandauthors-20&linkId=69ca9732f8bd7388904042eba13b2580&language=en_US

When we don't understand something, we tend to ignore it. Putting our attention on something we barely understand is only a waste of time and energy, right? We will be voting for ballot propositions in November 2022 election. I proposed that you should vote NO to a proposition that is unclear what it can do for you. There is a chance that the proposition you do not fully understand will pass if you do not vote. In today's episode, I address proposition 27, which is currently on the California ballot. With it, you can gamble on sports online from your laptop, tablet, mobile phone, or gaming console. Homeless people and drug addicts are said to benefit from it. It does not make sense to me that gambling institutions can solve problems that our government has not been able to solve for a long time.   Here are some facts I have mentioned in today's episode: “When I say just say no I mean that unless you understand a specific proposition on your ballot, I urge you to vote no on it. Because if you fail to vote no then, in fact, those who vote on it have power increased. You are still subject to the rules but your power is being diminished by the fact that you're not addressing the issue.” “They need to get at least 50 percent of the voting public and those who vote are casting a vote on that ballot. But in fact, if you're casting a vote that you do not know about, if you do nothing you are in fact voting by doing nothing. Because when you do nothing those who vote have their power intensified and increased by 2, 3, 4 times depending on the small percentage that may vote for an initiative for a proposition.”  “If somehow gambling is going to solve the drug addiction problem I have real concerns about exactly how they propose to solve this problem. If, in fact, all the efforts being made by governments cities, and all around the country have not been able to solve the problem. Are you going to solve the drug addiction problem by creating new gambling addicts? Because that's what happens when you expand the ability of gambling to get into the overall market.” “Vote no and put a stop to it if they want to explain what they're doing in some reasonable fashion then in fact you may consider it but under the current conditions with the telling stories and lies about what they're gonna do with all the money that's just poppycock.” Tune in and make your decision after hearing my opinion on this. We are greatly affected by this, Black Americans as well as other Americans. In our episode today we will answer the question of why is it Black America is behind in all the measures that indicate economic well-being despite America being a large nation, there should be a lot of opportunities for everyone. The government is restricting Black America's Economic Development with its law. It is hard for Black Americans to start businesses and create job opportunities for the community. One of the best examples of the government restricting development was when government officials in South Central L.A. did not allow us to participate in developing our business with then advanced technology Cable Television. It could have created thousands of jobs for the community. The government even fought us and did not honor the court of the United States Supreme Court Decision. There is no denying that we are now facing a homelessness crisis in America. Based on worldpopulationreview.com, there are more than half a million homeless people in the United States. Some of these people sleep in abandoned buildings, temporary shelters, or transitional housing. Lack of affordable housing, unemployment, poverty, and low wages are the four main causes of homelessness. And that currently, California has the highest number of homeless people, with about 151,278. About one-fifth of the homeless population in the United States are in this category. Several factors contribute to this figure, including the lack of affordable and adequate housing opportunities, current drug laws, and the lack of access to mental health services. As I discussed in today's episode, health issues, unemployment, and lack of affordable housing are the causes of the Homelessness Crisis. In our episode today, we will discuss the reason for the lack of affordable houses. The people who are affected by this reason are working poor. These are people that have jobs but do not earn enough to pay for the rent for a decent house to live in. There are families that are spending the majority of their earnings paying for rent. There are families who live in cars to provide education for their children. Government should not put the burden on developers trying to meet the needs of the public the government creates policies that minimize development and then the government seeks to pick up the slack for the problem they have cost.  Tune in and be this an eye opener to you that we are now having a homelessness crisis in America.  Connect with me and join me in creating awareness of real and current Social Justice Issues. https://www.facebook.com/ClintonEGalloway/ https://www.instagram.com/clintonegalloway/ https://twitter.com/CIintonGalloway https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKKrhDXuTlvmZ4VxnmPcHzg https://whatdidyouthink.net/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/clinton-galloway-b1b610214/ Buy my books here: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/what-did-you-think-was-going-to-happen-clinton-e-galloway/1138748054?ean=9781735707600 https://www.amazon.com/dp/1735707600/ref=as_li_ss_tl?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1610284008&sr=8-2&linkCode=sl1&tag=wrinaut08_writersandauthors-20&linkId=69ca9732f8bd7388904042eba13b2580&language=en_US

Generally, theories shape a research question, guide the selection of relevant data, interpret the data, and provide explanations of observed effects. You may have heard of Project 1619 by Nikole Hanna - Jones, New York Times Magazine, and The Critical Race Theory Book. Both books used 1619 events in our history as a guide to creating their theory. My take here is why look at what happened 400 years ago? Why not take a look at the most recent past, this means what had happened 15 or 70 years ago? I do not tell you to ignore the past here, but the most recent past is where our focus should be. My example of this is the denied access to cable television 40 years ago. This was written in my book “What Did You Think was Going to Happened? The Betrayal of South Central” This has an impact on the present situation of the Black Community in South Central L.A. Civil rights groups are groups of activists who fight for the civil rights of a specific group they are representing. The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, founded in 1909, is one of the established civil rights activists. According to them, they are leading the fight for justice, equity, and equality. In today's episode, we will discuss the Imitation Civil Rights Group. I will specifically talk about the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), which my brother alternately calls Negros Against Anything Considered Progressive.  The NAACP is pretending to care about justice, equity, and equality for Black Community. But in reality, they care about their financial situation for personal gain. Since the NAACP has been around for numerous decades, they are merely a spokesperson for the democratic party and do not care about the problems facing black Americans. You will not believe me until you listen to our episode today. I narrate all the situations where the NAACP did not care for our civil rights and civil rights for all Black Americans. WHY THE SURPRISE?

Why The Surprise? In today's episode, we will discuss the surprisingly high level of violence in America. It is where mass murders continue to increase, and perpetrators continue to get younger than ever. Does this surprise you? What surprises me is every time I turn on the television, people continue to be surprised by the level of violence that is going on within our society as we see the offense occurring weekly.  We could have prevented the level of violence and mass shootings in the overall society if we paid attention to what has been going to minority and low-income communities for many years. This issue is ignored because it was not an issue that the overall society was concerned about.  There are numerous reasons why violence has spread so quickly over the past ten years in America. But in our episode today we will discuss three major reasons because when we can address these major reasons the subsidiary issues will find answers themselves. Mental Health - This is related to our Episode 11, Calling for Juvenile PTSD treatment. I highlight the importance of treating mental illness in children. Inside this episode, you will learn how the American family and society deal with mental health issues compared to other sicknesses. The availability of guns - I discuss here how easy it is to have access to military-style and high-powered guns at such a young age of 18 years old. And someone can manufacture guns by watching video tutorials.  The violence contained in video games that our children play - By playing video games kids as young as 12 years old killed thousands of video people competing with their friends. Similarly, when they encounter real people in the real world and deal with them violently, they perceive them as objects, not people.   Summary of potential solutions:  Address mental health on a nationwide basis.  Limit the availability of military-style weapons with high capacity and high caliber magazines to those who are above twenty-one years of age only. Address the concern on issues mentioned above to give us control over the violence that is perpetrated by those with mental illness and access to high-powered firearms.    Additional resources: Episode 11 Calling for Juvenile PTSD treatment   GunViolenceArchive.org - 332 mass shooting reported cases from 1st January of 2022 to 11th of July 2022 in 37 States.      Connect with me and join me in creating awareness of real and current Social Justice Issues.   https://www.facebook.com/ClintonEGalloway/   https://www.instagram.com/clintonegalloway/   https://twitter.com/CIintonGalloway   https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKKrhDXuTlvmZ4VxnmPcHzg   https://whatdidyouthink.net/   https://www.linkedin.com/in/clinton-galloway-b1b610214/   Buy my books here:   https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/what-did-you-think-was-going-to-happen-clinton-e-galloway/1138748054?ean=9781735707600   https://www.amazon.com/dp/1735707600/ref=as_li_ss_tl?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1610284008&sr=8-2&linkCode=sl1&tag=wrinaut08_writersandauthors-20&linkId=69ca9732f8bd7388904042eba13b2580&language=en_US

    THE FAILURE OF BLACK LEADERSHIP

Our topic for today is the failure of black leadership. First, let us define leadership from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s definition, “Leadership is a process in which an individual has the ability to influence a group of individuals in achieving a common goal.” The Black Leadership Failure is written in my book called “Anatomy of a Hustle Cable Comes To South Central LA” one of the chapters in the book was named the myth of black leadership. This chapter was written long before many black Americans began to realize the failure of black leadership that they had elected to oversee their best interests. The information in the chapter is more applicable today 10 years later than it was when it was originally published. Here is a quick summary of three categories of leaders and who they are:  Elected Officials - are leaders we elected to provide guidance to those people who have elected them is their job to interface with the government and won't be half of those who have placed them in office by having elected them. Civil Rights Organization - These are the organizations that have made claims that they are in the business of benefiting those who have been left out of society. Media Created Leaders - They're created by the media because the media presents them as black leaders when the media presents them since there is no contradicting factor in the evaluation of them. They become black leaders because of the fact that the media has identified them as such. Examples are Jesse Louis Jackson and Alfred Charles Sharpton Jr. You might have heard of leadership in terms of sports, politics, and business. These leaders are expected to provide some semblance of order to any organization that is seeking to achieve a common goal.  The common goal of Black America is to become a full participant in the society in which we live. As we deal with these issues, we will deal with three specific categories. These categories are education, economic development, and the criminal justice system. Finally, we will address the potential causes of our leadership failure. Tune in so you will be aware of these. Juvenile post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a chronic disorder that develops among children and adolescents as a result of exposure to traumatic events, such as natural disasters or violent crimes. In our episode today, we will discuss Juvenille PTSD which is caused by violent crimes.  It can interfere with children's normal development, causing problems in relationships and home life, school performance, and ability to function in the community. Juvenile PTSD should be treated to prevent them from having violent behavior and to help them study at school without difficulties. It is disheartening, due to the fact that this issue disproportionately impacts black people and those with lower incomes, which represents black people because black society in America has a negative poverty rate of 25 percent, and that poverty rate creates an issue of crime and violence, but why is there a need for the media, especially black leadership, not to address the issue and merely ignore the fact that this mental illness is dealt with in the criminal justice system rather than in the health system? Welcome to our 10th episode. This one is an interesting story of how an honorable judge herself did not honor the constitutional rights of her fellow Black Americans. And how the African American community is used by a black government official for personal gain. I am telling on The Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall. If you have read my book The Anatomy of a Hustle; Cable Comes to South Central L.A., her name must be familiar to you. It is because she was the honorable judge that was assigned to the case on the lawsuit we filed on behalf of our company Preferred Communications, on our fight for the right to put up a cable company for the benefit of the minority community in L.A. She was biased and immediately dismissed the case. Hear the whole story inside the episode today and how this went all the way to the Supreme Court. In our first nine episodes, we have discussed different social justice, racism, and political issues. You will be reminded of those as my story goes on. ANARCHY IN AMERICA?

Welcome to another episode of Ooooh I'm Tellin'. What we will discuss for today's episode is Anarchy in the US. It may surprise you that anarchy exists in the USA, a first-world country. We used to hear about it from third-world countries. The anarchy that I will be addressing is anarchy in minorities and low-income communities. This happens because the government fails to protect all citizens and provide reasonable laws that people can live by. Here I mentioned black leadership failure which you can also read in my book WHAT DID YOU THINK WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. What you will learn inside: •The real meaning of anarchy. •The anarchy that exists in minorities and low-income communities. •The gang mentality and its beginning. •How gangs can take complete control over the police? •My takeaway on the insurrection that happened in Capitol on January 06, 2022. •Find out if these insurrectionists want anarchy to happen in our country or not? •Learn what will cause anarchy. •The failure of black leadership is explained. (This is written in my book WHAT DID YOU THINK WAS GOING TO HAPPEN too)  •Anarchy is taking over in South Chicago, Baltimore, Kansas City, Houston, and South Philadelphia.  •It is not uncommon for anarchy to develop within any community because the media tends to ignore all the crimes that go on in minority communities unless they are so brazen that they draw the attention of the public, but that is rare because they are more concerned about one person not in the minority community. •The sad reality of passing the 94 crime bill. Sacrificing minorities and low-income people to pretend that the crime rate will go down. •My opinion on how to decrease anarchy. DIGITAL DIVIDE SCAM

We will discuss why this Digital Divide proposal is a scam in today's episode. Here is a sneak peek, did you know that it's NOT minorities, low-income households, and senior citizens in rural areas who will benefit the most from this affordable broadband and high-speed internet services? What is the role of the private sector in this big government project? We'll take a deep dive into another social justice and racism topic.  It has been in the news that our government led by our president will supposedly resolve the Digital Divide again in the country which began in 1992, where digital technology is more prevalent. President Biden, who was a Senator in 1992 was the one who is encouraging companies to monopolize on the internet access distribution. Broadband and high-speed internet communications are aimed at providing access for those without such access including minorities, low-income households, and senior citizens in rural areas. People of this group have been denied access to broadband and high-speed internet communications for a very long time, causing them to be technology illiterate.  I must tell you that the digital divide didn't begin in 1992, it began in the 1980s when cable television was the latest technology available. We wanted to build cable television in South Central Los Angeles for the benefit of the community, but we were denied the opportunity. As a result, our community was far behind other cities in terms of utilizing cable television. I wrote the whole story in my first book titled "Anatomy of Hustle: Cable Comes to South Central L.A.".  Connect with me and join me in creating awareness of real and current Social Justice Issues. https://www.facebook.com/ClintonEGalloway/ https://www.instagram.com/clintonegalloway/ https://twitter.com/CIintonGalloway https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKKrhDXuTlvmZ4VxnmPcHzg https://whatdidyouthink.net/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/clinton-galloway-b1b610214/ Buy my books here: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/what-did-you-think-was-going-to-happen-clinton-e-galloway/1138748054?ean=9781735707600 https://www.amazon.com/dp/1735707600/ref=as_li_ss_tl?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1610284008&sr=8-2&linkCode=sl1&tag=wrinaut08_writersandauthors-20&linkId=69ca9732f8bd7388904042eba13b2580&language=en_US

It is everyone's childhood dream to play sports at a professional level. When you are a child, you look up to NBA players and wish to be in their shoes one day. In baseball, you are in awe of seeing your favorite pitcher and catcher on the field or TV playing.  There have been sports betting on a variety of sports in the past. It is legal in some states here in the US.  But, what we will be tackling today is the Major League Baseball. I alternately call it, Major League Bookies. In MLB sports betting is being manipulated by giving statistics and pieces of information that allow them to make the best decisions on what odds to give the bettor. Indeed, they are real bookies. And the announcer acts like a booker too.  We all know that children watch sports too, and they aspire to be professional baseball players. My concern is, that they are promoting gambling to children too. They are influencing the youth to that betting is part of the game.  In today's episode, we will discuss the Major League Baseball booking in-depth issue and how it will affect our young ones' minds and perception of professional sports. When you tune in,  you will be surprised to learn that there are different ways of betting in MLB.  Connect with me and join me in creating awareness of real and current Social Justice Issues. https://www.facebook.com/ClintonEGalloway/ https://www.instagram.com/clintonegalloway/ https://twitter.com/CIintonGalloway https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKKrhDXuTlvmZ4VxnmPcHzg https://whatdidyouthink.net/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/clinton-galloway-b1b610214/ Buy my books here: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/what-did-you-think-was-going-to-happen-clinton-e-galloway/1138748054?ean=9781735707600 https://www.amazon.com/dp/1735707600/ref=as_li_ss_tl?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1610284008&sr=8-2&linkCode=sl1&tag=wrinaut08_writersandauthors-20&linkId=69ca9732f8bd7388904042eba13b2580&language=en_US

    MOVING AHEAD THE TWO-PARTY SYSTEM

If you google what democracy means, here is one of the top results “The definition of democracy is a form of government in which the common people hold political power and can rule either directly or through elected representatives. An example of democracy at work is in the United States, where people have political freedom and equality.”  Indeed we have political freedom, we have the right to elect officials that benefits our community. However, the problem is we have only two parties to choose from to elect. Based on Gallup polls surveys in 2021, 68 % of Americans supports that we need a third party. It is a dramatic increase from what the  Gallup organization showed us in 2018, that  58% of Americans need a third party.  In our episode today, you will learn the importance of a fulcrum party that will serve as a balance to political extremism.  Quote from Clinton: “The concept of Democracy is NOT only a two-party system, the fact is democracy at a minimum must be two parties, but the definition of democracy states that is a multi-party system. The time has come for a third party to operate in the United States we have a less industrialized democracy in the world to maintain only a two-party system. Most of our allies many of our counterparts have third and fourth parties to serve to balance the two-party system with additional points of view and meaningful alternatives to the current policies instituted by the 2 party system.” Connect with me and join me in creating awareness of real and current Social Justice Issues. https://www.facebook.com/ClintonEGalloway/ https://www.instagram.com/clintonegalloway/ https://twitter.com/CIintonGalloway https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKKrhDXuTlvmZ4VxnmPcHzg https://whatdidyouthink.net/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/clinton-galloway-b1b610214/ Buy my books here: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/what-did-you-think-was-going-to-happen-clinton-e-galloway/1138748054?ean=9781735707600 https://www.amazon.com/dp/1735707600/ref=as_li_ss_tl?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1610284008&sr=8-2&linkCode=sl1&tag=wrinaut08_writersandauthors-20&linkId=69ca9732f8bd7388904042eba13b2580&language=en_US

We are all aware of what happened at Oscars 2022, the slapping incident between Chris Rock and Will Smith.  Most people are praising Chris Rock because of the decency he shows after receiving a slap from Will Smith. Some people say what Will Smith does is just to protect his wife's honor.  I am not here to debate with you who is right and who is not. In this episode, we will discuss the deep understanding of what had happened, and my key takeaway on social justice and racism perspective. The issue that most people are preventing talking about is the impact of this encounter between the two rich, famous, and successful black men in general society, especially in black society.  Quote from Clinton: “Let's define what racism is? I'm telling racism is prejudice discrimination or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of the membership in a particular racial or ethnic group. Typically, one that is a minority or is marginalized the definition does not say that the person perpetrating this racism must be another race because that is not so anyone can perpetuate racism as long as they designate the person receiving the treatment as being less than them. Therefore, entitled to whatever treatment they deem appropriate when a person of any color black or white takes physical action against the person based upon the color of their skin that is in fact racism.” Connect with me and join me in creating awareness of real and current Social Justice Issues. https://www.facebook.com/ClintonEGalloway/ https://www.instagram.com/clintonegalloway/ https://twitter.com/CIintonGalloway https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKKrhDXuTlvmZ4VxnmPcHzg https://whatdidyouthink.net/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/clinton-galloway-b1b610214/ Buy my books here: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/what-did-you-think-was-going-to-happen-clinton-e-galloway/1138748054?ean=9781735707600 https://www.amazon.com/dp/1735707600/ref=as_li_ss_tl?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1610284008&sr=8-2&linkCode=sl1&tag=wrinaut08_writersandauthors-20&linkId=69ca9732f8bd7388904042eba13b2580&language=en_US

The Federal Government is out of control. I believed that this is what most Americans are seeing too. We have ways of telling our Government officials that we are not satisfied with what is happening in their term.  In today's episode, I will share ways we can let our Government Officials know about our dissatisfaction with their current term in the office. We will discuss the issue on term limits to control the Federal Government.  Quote from today's episode: “We recognize our politicians must have absolute power. I would propose that federally elected legislators be limited to 18 years in office for that specific office.” Clinton E.
