In this episode, I give my advice on how to make yourself recession-proof. Having been recruiting in my field for 23 years, I've lived through a few recessions/dips in the market; 2001, 2008/9, 2016 and most recently 2020. I've witnessed first hand those who were made redundant, those who kept their jobs, and also critically of those who were made redundant, which ones were snapped back up the quickest.
