Dr. David Clements was a professional string theory physicist with advanced degrees from Cambridge and Oxford Universities. During his university teaching career, he worked with Dr. Thomas Bearden and John Bedini, who introduced him to their respective theories and inventions based on the work of Nikola Tesla. In 2000, Dr. Clements. received a remote viewing kit, which he used to teach himself to use with stunning accuracy. Through remote viewing, he established contact with extraterrestrials from the Pleiades, Arcturus, and Andromedan star systems. Later, he began communicating with highly advanced extraterrestrials called the Elohim who became a part of his extraterrestrial team of advisors and helpers. Dr. Clements bilocated his consciousness so he would be simultaneously resting at his home, while also in a starship interacting with extraterrestrials. On their ships, he described how all his physical senses engaged with the environment as though he was physically present. In Dr. Clements interactions with his extraterrestrial team, he has gained much information, healing, and insights into the functions of different technologies. He describes the important role of one's Higher Self in evaluating the information given by extraterrestrials in all cases and how his ET team encouraged him to do so. Dr Clements describes the significance of connecting with the Sacred Heart Center which he distinguishes from the heart chakra found in Kundalini yoga systems. While the latter is part of an elaborate chakra system developed for experiencing life in the human body, the Sacred Heart Center has an infinity point that directly connects one to what he describes as the heart of the Universal Infinite. Dr. Clements combined the scientific principles he acquired during his professional physics career and work with Dr. Bearden, Bedini, and Tesla, with the information received through his extraterrestrial team to develop bioenergetic fields. He asserts these bioenergetic fields comprise a living organic consciousness that interact with the Higher Self of those coming into the field that helps them connect to their sacred heart center. These living bioenergetic fields furthermore protects one from the harmful effects of EMFs and promote healing, In his first Exopolitics Today interview, Dr. Clements describes his remarkable discoveries and introduces his Serenity Device that helped the London Office of David Icke's company, Ickonic, recover from the effects of nearby 5G towers. Dr. Clements has generously offered a discount code for those purchasing any of his devices from his websites. https://www.isee-infynergy.com/ infinitesourcecreations.com Discount Code: exopolitics5 --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/exopoliticstoday/support
Clemente Cohen's finance career began in the early 1990s inside the Munich offices of Silicon Graphics, approximately 6,500 miles from the Silicon Valley company's headquarters and 7,500 miles from his birthplace in Argentina. This transcontinental start marked the beginning of a career defined by global problem solving , adaptability and generous helpings of M&A experience. Cohen, who grew up in Germany after moving from Argentina, problem solving perspective to his role. Joining Silicon Graphics as an accountant, Cohen tells us he was able to quickly demonstrate to others a innate curiosity and willingness to go the extra mile. Frequently, his contributions went beyond traditional accounting, delving into financial analysis and supporting the company's rapid growth. This foundational experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment would shape Cohen's understanding of finance operations on a global scale. Over the next decade, Cohen's career with Silicon Graphics expanded across continents. He held roles in Germany, the UK, and eventually became the International CFO, overseeing finance and business operations outside the United States. After a dozen years with Silicon Graphics, Cohen joined the London Office of CA Technologies , where Cohen tell us he was able to play a pivotal role in M&A activities and helped drive the company's transition from hardware to software. After spending much of his career at large, global companies, Cohen made a deliberate decision to pursue CFO opportunities at smaller, private equity-backed firms. This shift allowed him to be more hands-on, driving business transformation and growth in a more direct way. The move was not without hesitation, as smaller companies often come with greater challenges and fewer resources. However, Cohen embraced the opportunity to apply his extensive experience in a more entrepreneurial setting.

Episode 15 of the “Change is possible podcast” is out! My guest is Rana Nawas. She is a 22-year corporate veteran who built her successful career around problem-solving, driving growth and building relationships. After graduating from Oxford with an Engineering degree, she worked in McKinsey & Company's London Office, the Dubai Government, and GE Capital in a variety of strategy and sales roles. Then she left the corporate world to found her hugely successful podcast "When women win", and become a keynote speaker, advisor, and board chair. Recently, she made another career change and joined Oliver Wyman in Dubai as a partner focusing on the transportation sector. Apart from all the professional success, Rana is a mother of two boys; she is a quad-lingual global citizen, a retired yogini, a cross-fitter, and a cancer survivor. It was such an interesting discussion about life, work, and change Some of Rana's thoughts that stayed with me: The quality of your life is the quality of your relationships You cannot expect everything in life to come out of only one relationship. Sometimes you have to do a job, and you get meaning and purpose from other things And that is OK There are very few dead ends in life. What you want changes over time and that's OK! You recalibrate and figure out what is next Here are Rana's three key takeaways to have in mind when you plan a career change: - Make sure you are financially secured - Put a lot of thought into what it is that you want to do - When you start with something new – give it a chance; have a grit Tune in, and I promise you – the discussion was so thought-provoking that you will want to spend some alone time thinking about things!

Frost Meadowcroft director Shaun Wolfe says 2021 was the year occupiers realised working from home was no longer viable and this has seen an office recovery in West London gain momentum after a very tough 2020. Frost Meadowcroft, an office specialist which mainly operates across a three-mile radius around Hammersmith, has transacted 238,530 sq ft of office space so far this year, with a further 50,000 sq ft set for completion over the next month. This represents an uptick in fortunes compared to 2020 when volumes were below 200,000 sq ft and less than half that of the previous year. Wolfe says many companies are realising home working as a full-time option is far from optimal and that they need to take office space, albeit in lower volumes than pre-pandemic times. He also says landlords are rethinking the shape of the space they offer, with West London now boasting office buildings more akin to hotels in terms of the open space and gym facilities they contain.
In this episode of Trainee Insights, Ropes & Gray London office managing partner, Jane Rogers, discusses the culture and strategy of the London office and what makes it stand out in the London legal market. Jane also details some of the key attributes required to operate as a trusted client advisor, both as an individual practitioner and as a member of the firm.
Born in 1961 and completing her degree in Audio Visual studies at The Surrey Institute, Farnham in 1986, Anna Fox began her career as a documentary photographer. Influenced by the British documentary tradition and the USA's ‘New Colourists', she chronicled new town life in Basingstoke (locally known as ‘Doughnut City') and went on to publish the monograph Work Stations (1988), a study of London Office life in Thatcher's Britain. These works were exhibited extensively as far a field as Brazil and Estonia and in Through the Looking Glass, at the Barbican Art Gallery in 1989 curated by David Mellor and Ian Jeffrey, establishing Anna as a significant figure within the field of new colour documentary. In later projects, made in the 1990's, In Pursuit (1990), The Village (1991-1992 Cross Channel Photographic Mission commission), Friendly Fire (1992) and Zwarte Piet (the Netherlands 1994-1999) Anna created a new direction inventing innovative approaches and raising questions regarding the problems of documentary practice. These projects were exhibited in a number of solo exhibitions including The Photographers Gallery, London and The Museum of Contemporary Photography, Chicago.By early 2000 Anna produced two autobiographical works: Cockroach Diary and My Mothers Cupboards and my Father's Words which completely turned on its head the notion of the documentary photographer as outsider. These new works investigated the personal and difficult world of domestic households and relationships bringing together a mix of image and text in two miniature book works. Later in 2003 the series Made in Europe questioned further the power relation between subject and photographer by handing over power to the subject in whork that portrayed a vision of contemporary Europe through the eyes and voices of teenagers. The projects Country Girls (1996-2001) and Pictures of Linda (1983-ongoing) introduced a collaborative element to Anna's practice: by working in partnership with the singer/songwriters Alison Goldfrapp and Linda Lunus the relationship between subject and photographer was being explored from a new perspective.Anna was shortlisted for the 2010 Deutsche Borse Photography Prize and the 2012 Pilar Citoler Prize. Her later projects, Resort 1 and Resort 2 are published by Shilt, Amsterdam, Loisirs is published by Diaphane and an new book, BLINK, will be published by Central St Martins.Anna is Professor of Photography at the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham and leads the Fast Forward Women in Photography research project. On episode 166, Anna discusses, among other things:Reflections on the past 18 monthsWhat she's been working on during that periodHaving a lot of ideasMoving away from a ‘project based mentaility'The influences of people who taught her: Graham, Parr and KnorrThe exploration of the every day41 Hewitt Road and the transition to focusing on domestic photographyHer use of text in conjunction with imagesMoving to and working in an English country villageHer project Zwarte PietMy Mothers Cupboards and my Father's WordsFast Forward Women in Photography Referenced:John DillwynMary DillwynPaul ReasPaul SearightAnthony HaugheyTessa BunneyDavid MoorePaul GrahamMartin ParrKaren KnorVal WilliamsJane AustenGilbert WhiteWilliam CobbettRaymond WilliamsMieke BalMark Sealy - AutographNaomi Rosenblaum Website | Instagram | Facebook“It's the discovery of the personal voice, I suppose, and the personal stories that you want to tell, that you can't articulate. In each episode we will discuss a key topic area behind these partnerships with either a startup or a senior corporate stakeholder. In today's episode, we address the area of international expansion, with a special focus on expansion to the US. However, employees may find a different work space from the one they left. How has the pandemic changed employers' thinking about their working environments? What do occupiers now want from their HQs and from their landlords? In this podcast, Paul Williams of Derwent London, Phil Hobley of Knight Frank, and Jane Edwarde discuss whether, in a post-pandemic London, the office market landscape will change forever and, if so, in what ways.

Chevron instructed its workers at its London office to work from home Tuesday after an employee experiencing flu-like symptoms was tested for coronavirus, a person familiar with the matter told CNN Business. In an abundance of caution, employees at the office located in London's Canary Wharf business hub have been told to work remotely until results from that test are known, the person said. There is no known coronavirus outbreak in the office. The Westferry Circus office is home to several hundred Chevron (CVX) employees, including commodity traders, shipping experts and lawyers. The news is the latest example of how the coronavirus is disrupting businesses around the world. In recent days, Apple (AAPL) has warned of iPhone shortages, Coca-Cola (KO)said its supply chain is under pressure and United Airlines (UAL)said demand for flights to Asia has plunged. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/newscast-africa/support Learn more about your ad choices. On this week’s podcast, TEISS talks with Robert Hannigan, former head of GCHQ at the launch of the London Office for Rapid Cybersecurity Advancement (LORCA), an accelerator for cyber security start-ups, which was officially opened last week by Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, Matt Hancock. Robert shares his thoughts on how the UK is currently faring when it comes to cyber security, what cyber protocols he’d like to see put in place, as well as why he won’t be racing back to Whitehall anytime soon. On this podcast we’ll be hearing from two of the start-ups included in the first LORCA cohort; B-Secur which specialises in using biometric heartbeat as an authentication solution and Zone Fox – an insider threat detection solution. More interviews with the other start-ups will be published soon.

Speakers: Fiona D'Silva, Managing Director, Kennedy Wilson Europe David Evans, Chair, London Office, Goodwin Procter Jonathan Goldstein, Deputy Chief Executive, Heron International Anthony Myers, Senior Managing Director, Real Estate Group, Blackstone Group Moderator: Francine Lacqua, Anchor and Editor-at-Large, Bloomberg Television. With patchy economic conditions in the Western world, real estate is segmenting into the recovery haves and have-nots. How far can prices run up in places like London, New York, San Francisco? How low can they go in Spain and Italy, for example? It seems like much of the world is still considered unsafe, and the same goes for borrowers: There's the elite, and there's the rest. Is it time for the second tier to have its day, or is that day further away than ever? Our panel of experts and investors will delve into these and other trends under construction in the U.S., Europe, Asia and points beyond. Owners of commercial properties are enjoying the fresh demand, but their optimism has to be tempered by sluggish GDPs and the threat of rising rates and waning liquidity. They're also coping with the new tenant culture. Extravagance is out; doing more with less is in. E-commerce, telecommuting and constrained hiring mean firms need less space, but they want their digs wired up and as green as possible. Are hedge and private equity funds still moving into the sector? Have conditions evolved enough to spark a CMBS comeback? And with re-regulation a work in progress, what's the next shoe to drop?
