Tim Webb. Pastor Webb has served as the Senior Pastor of Refuge Holiness Tabernacle in Burlington, KY. Pastor Webb is a third-generation pastor with a extensive heritage as a Christian. He and his wife Leah have been married for 15 years and are blessed with two daughters, Landry and Elsbeth.

As Pentecostal Christians, we believe that the Holy Spirit empowers us to build a community of faith that transcends generational boundaries. The Bible tells us that the older generation has wisdom and experience to share, while the younger generation has energy and fresh perspectives. Bryan is also the author of several books about missions which chronicle his missionary life.
