    Another jam packed show in the books! A great guest stopped by, Chelsea-Lyn Rudder, who is the director of communications at the Alzheimer's Association, New York City Chapter. She is a very impactful woman who shared the personal journey she went on with her father who had stroke related dementia, also what she and the Alzheimer's Association do on a daily basis to help those impacted by dementia. Dan and Alex also spoke about how 30 minutes of daily exercise could reduce the risk of Alzheimer's! To top it all off, they dove into another interesting topic, the five signs to look out for when your brain and body are begging for alone time.
