You've heard of Christmas in July, but have you heard of Thanksgiving in February? This week we are traveling back to November of 2023 for the release of a never-posted Thanksgiving episode! On the menu is roasted turkey, a vegetable tian, thyme popovers, and crème brûlée.

Ina announced her upcoming memoir most surreptitiously via Instagram yesterday and the world will never be the same. Ina's friends are coming over this weekend for brunch and there's no WAY she's going to make the mistake of having another omelet party again, yikes! The theme is 'make it ahead' as she whips up a batch of scones with homemade raspberry butter, homemade granola, orange yogurt, and a stunning potato and basil frittata.

Thanksgiving is coming early this year and thankfully Ina is giving us a foolproof plan to hosting a successful Thanksgiving dinner! Ina turns the volume up by serving an herb roasted turkey breast, gravy with a splash of brandy, along with celery root and apple puree. The guests are bringing the pies and Ina sprinkles Thanksgiving tips throughout the entire episode. This is going to be FUN!

Halloween might be over, but we're talking all things chocolate this week on the The Good Vanilla! Ina has friend and chocolatier Brigitte Brownie at the Garten household to help Ina make chocolate cornucopias filled with rum raisin truffles and chocolate dipped apricots. Then Ina is turning up the volume with Mexican hot chocolate with her best pal and hot chocolate aficionado, Frank Newbold. Then its "Ask Ina" time as she gives us some tips and best practices for cooking and baking with chocolate.

Nick is back for the 100th episode of The Good Vanilla! He shares the details of his hiatus and a FABULOUS trip to Palm Springs/ Los Angeles. Speaking of L.A., Ina is whipping up a three course meal for her two foodie L.A. friends Billy and Barbara. She starts with pomegranate cosmos paired with fingerling potatoes and a delicious garlicky aioli. We're talking pasta this week and Ina is turning up the volume on all of our favorites! On the menu is a mouthwatering lobster mac and cheese, homemade pesto and marinara, and a greek inspired pasta salad. Which one will Jeffrey choose to have for dinner? Tune in to find out!

This week Ina is talking burgers and sides. On the menu is seafood chowder, two types of burgers (with an assist from Laurent Tourondel), homemade buttermilk ranch over a wedge salad, and baked sweet potato fries. To wrap it up, we have a burger themed "Ask Ina!"

This week we're setting aside the hot summer temps and diving headfirst into a perfect cozy winter day in East Hampton! First up, Ina is serving up strawberry muffins for Jeffrey's post morning walk treat! Jeffrey leaves us with a cagey response to his plans for the rest of the day while Ina teams up with Joe Isidori to cook some fish! Ina brings this perfect day to an end with a winter minestrone by the fire with Jeffrey (and his secret gift for Ina!)

This week Ina is turning up the volume on ordinary vegetables! First up is cauliflower toast with gruyere and prosciutto, baked zucchini with spinach, and lamb-stuffed eggplant with a mediterranean twist for the grand finale! Will Jeffrey ever take Ina to Greece? You feta believe it!

We're going WAY back to the early days of the Barefoot Contessa for a SENSUAL and romantic breakfast that Ina is whipping up for Jeffrey. On the menu is challah french toast served with a side of turkey sausage and homemade hash browns. For dessert, its chocolate covered strawberries, heart shaped shortbread cookies, and a raspberry royale to wash it all down. Light the candles because there is plenty of romance in the Garten household this week!

It's officially Summer and Ina is back at the beach for a BBQ in the SAND. On the menu is BBQ chicken, Szechuan noodle salad, broccoli with garlic and soy, and s'mores! Ina also shows us a few ways to turn the volume up on plain old vanilla ice cream. Grab the sunscreen and pillows that you bought on sale because its time to go to the beach!

This week, Ina is helping out her friend and artist Victoria Monroe with an art gallery opening in East Hampton. Miguel is on the scene creating some show-stopping topiaries and Ina is in the kitchen whipping up a bevy of make-ahead finger foods. The menu includes grilled lemon chicken with satay sauce, figs with prosciutto, spanakopita, puff pastry cheese straws, and a fruit and cheese platter.

Ina is feeding an army of guests at Edwina Von Gal's book party but she's got it covered by following her make it ahead ground rules for entertaining large groups. On the menu are cheddar and chutney sandwiches, tuna tartare, smoked salmon Tea Sandwiches, and cupcakes to go with pansies on top!

Hasta la pizza, BABY! T.R. is joining Ina and a few friends for a backyard pizza barbecue this week. T.R. makes a hardware store run for some grilling accoutrement while Ina whips up the dough for the pizzas, a crudités platter, and a delicious lime tart. Michael joins the party, Ina gets tipsy, and T.R.'s piggy pizza is a front runner for the worst pizza. Bring out the Pepto Bismol!

This week Ina is bringing the Mediterranean to East Hampton (with the help of Miguel!). On the menu is grilled lamb, taboullleh, hummus (hoomiss), fresh squeezed lemonade, and roasted fruit for dessert. This flashback episode is one for the books filled with dappled lights, a seagull like squawk, and Ina's Julia Child impression!

This week Ina is boozing it up with some of her favorite recipes that feature alcohol. First up is red wine and stout braised short ribs followed by a delicious apple spiced cake with rum soaked raisins. Then its fennel soup gratin with FOUR types of alcohol followed by a delicious champagne VSOP cocktail. Cheers!

Its a big week on The Good Vanilla as Nick kicks off the episode with a very important and exciting announcement! We are continuing our expedition into the world of Italian cuisine for the second week in a row as Ina prepares a delicious menu that includes a twofer recipe of Tomato and Eggplant soup followed by a next day pasta dish that is sure to dazzle even the most stubborn leftover haters. Ina then whips up a pancetta and pecorino kale caesar salad as well as a flounder Milanese topped with fresh crisp arugula salad. To wash it all down, a twist on a classic Tom Collins in the form of a limoncello vodka collins cocktail. Buon appetito!

Stanley Tucci is in East Hampton with Ina Garten and our lives may never be the same. Stanley begins by whipping up Ina's first EVER gin martini while they munch on Oysters Rockefeller that Ina finished making just before Stanley's arrival. Then the two have a sit down at the table where they discuss love, life, family and food. Stanley has the entree covered with a show-stopping Cacciucco, (bless you!) Then its off to the beach for some gorgeous cold brews and a final round of rapid fire questions followed by staring out at the sea. This episode is one for the books!

This week Ina is hosting a lunch for two lucky winners of a local auction to preserve East Hampton. On the menu is (Elis') Asian grilled salmon, crunch noodle salad with peanut dressing, and lemon yogurt cake with fresh blueberry sauce.

Barbara's daughter Cassandra is getting married and Ina is whipping up two show-stopping desserts for her to choose from for her wedding shower! Miguel stages two tables that both bring a little provençal and a little elegance to the mix while Ina prepares baba au rhum and ile flottante (floating island). Ina is hosting a pre-holiday party at her new barn and we're all invited!! On the menu is a mouth watering seafood gratin with lobster, halibut and shrimp bathing in a delicious saffron sauce. For dessert, a creamy pumpkin mousse, (there's no CLOYING pumpkin pie at THIS soiree!). Then it's outside to the new garden for mulled wine and s'mores filled with French chocolate bark. This week is egg-stra special because Ina is easing our woes when it comes to making fancy egg dishes! On the menu are french omelets with Terry Harwood, a show-stopping spinach and cheddar soufflé, fool proof hollandaise sauce, and a round of "Ask Ina!" How delicious is THAT?

Its finally Thanksgiving and Bobby Flay is helping Ina do a dry run of make-ahead Thanksgiving dishes with the volume turned up! On the menu is an eleven layer potato gratin, a seasonal heartland chopped salad, orange honey glazed carrots, herb and apple bread pudding, ginger molasses cake, homemade cranberry sauce, and Bobby's fall sangria! Now THAT's a menu to be thankful for!

Its the week before Thanksgiving and Ina's got you covered with sides with the volume turned up! On the menu is a Tuscan turkey roulade, chipotle smashed potatoes, green beans with fennel, potatoes and parmesan, and pumpkin flan with maple caramel. Ta dum!

Between Nick's new dog, a Hawaiian vacation, and the news of Jeffrey sending steamy text messages, there is a LOT to catch up on!
