It will be an All-NFC East title game and we're left to wonder where are the Cowboys in this division heading forward? Who is going to be the next head coach for Dallas? Robert Saleh and Kellen Moore have interviewed for the job, Leslie Frazier is about to and other candidates will as well. What is the biggest reason for Jerry Jones and the Cowboys failures? Mike McCarthy told Jerry Jones no thank you. With his contract expiring tonight the Super Bowl winning coach will be moving on in hope of landing a job in Chicago, New Orleans or elsewhere. Regardless of the exact way this went down, there is no way that Jerry Jones doesn't come out looking like an incredibly inept operator of a football team. Now the Cowboys will have a coaching search that will include whoever wants to work on the cheap and put up with the Dallas Cowboys circus. Get ready for Jon Gruden and Kellen Moore talk. Ezekiel Elliott has been released by the Cowboys for the second time in three years which probably tells us at least two things. What is the Cowboys plan at RB moving forward? Will they bring Rico Dowdle back and who else could be involved? How much of the game against Washington will looks like an exhibition for the Cowboys and how are we feeling about Mike McCarthy and Mike Zimmer going forward? We know Dak Prescott and Micah Parsons want their guys back, but where are Jerry Jones and Stephen Jones on this?

Cooper Rush couldn't play efficient football, none of the non CeeDee Lamb WRs were able to get anything done, Micah Parsons and the defense couldn't hold up long enough against Saquon Barkley, DeVonta Smith, AJ Brown and company and now Mike McCarthy is a bad coach again. Dak Prescott and Micah Parsons say they're going to campaign to bring back the coaches, is that what we want? The Dallas Cowboys learned they couldn't make the postseason yesterday afternoon and proceeded to go beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (who are very much in the playoff mix) last night. CeeDee Lamb is doing some serious narrative changing with the toughness he's showing down the stretch. Mike McCarthy is making a final push to remain the head coach next season. Jourdan Lewis is continuing the best year of his career and making a strong case to get the biggest contract of his career. Cooper Rush had a career game. Micah Parsons and the rest of Mike Zimmer's defense are in a groove. The season might be ‘over' but the Dallas Cowboys refuse to play like it.

The Dallas Cowboys smoked the Carolina Panthers and suddenly look like they've got a little something going too late. Bryan Broaddus joins us to break it all down. We'll talk about the improved play of the offensive line. How does a team keep getting better and better as they lose more guys to injury? Plus why does the entire team hate Dak Prescott. They once again are getting very limited play at the QB spot but playing awesome defense and able to run the hell out of the ball. Trevon Diggs is done for the year and possibly 2025. Some of us might have hoped for a different result, but the Dallas Cowboys showed some fight in a win against the Washington Commanders yesterday. Micah Parsons and CeeDee Lamb aren't laying down, KaVontae Turpin's insane kick return SHOULD have sealed it but didn't and we had all sorts of twists and turns on the way to a Cowboys win. Rico Dowdle was the engine, Cooper Rush was efficient-ish and Washington's kicker was the best player on the Cowboys. The defense is taking strides, unsung players are making names for themselves, and Team Tank took a big blow. We've also begun on draft fights already. The Cowboys without Dak Prescott got throttled again. The debate about Cooper Rush and Trey Lance will continue as both were absolutely awful. Micah Parsons return helped the Cowboys defense (with DeMarvion Overshown and Trevon Diggs) show life for a half of football but they couldn't sustain it. This thing is completely, totally broken. Jerry Jones for his part remains defiant about keeping Mike McCarthy through the end of the season and also about letting the sun blind his players. All that to say, welcome to draft season with our friend Bryan Broaddus.

The Dallas Cowboys had another disappointing showing against the Atlanta Falcons leading to some of us (me for example) to conclude the postseason is out of reach this season. Jerry Jones threw a curveball after the game when the Cowboys 'have some things in the mix' with the trade deadline looming tomorrow. Injuries to Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb further complicate things and we discuss how Rico Dowdle is actually good. Stop being cute with Dalvin Cook and Zeke Elliott, let the good dude play.

The 3-4 Dallas Cowboys are staring at a must win game travelling to Atlanta to take on the Falcons this Sunday. Dak Prescott, who wasn't listed as a top 10 QB by his teammates Micah Parsons and Trevon Diggs on Micah's podcast, will have to play cleaner and better football to give the Cowboys a chance. The potential return on DaRon Bland could give a boost to the defense that is tasked with slowing down Kirk Cousins, Drake London, Kyle Pitts, Bijan Robinson etc. What are the causes for optimism in this matchup? Cowboys owner and GM Jerry Jones said the words ALL IN over and over again this offseason and it was never a real thing. He did however tell you the actual plan at one point, we just paid more attention to the fun headline words. They got the Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb deals done just in time, they're going to do the same thing with Micah Parsons. Although the idea of trading Micah is worthwhile, for a couple of reasons that I'll go over. I'll show you exactly how this team was never going to be all in, and exactly when and how they WILL be all in.

The Dallas Cowboys weren't able to overcome the San Francisco 49ers, again. Mike Zimmer's defense continues to be unable to stop the run, the Cowboys can't run the ball themselves despite trying out Dalvin Cook to partner with Ezekiel Elliott this week. Dak Prescott continues to turn the ball over every week. CeeDee Lamb had a big game but it all stills feels off. Trevon Diggs hit a reporter with 'deez nuts' after the game. That's we were are with the Cowboys today. Yikes.

We're finally back to football! Let's take a look at the matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers and how Dallas can get this thing back on track and get the fanbase believing again. We've got updates on Micah Parsons, DaRon Bland, Deebo Samuel and other guys who have missed games and practices and how they will or won't affect the outcome. Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb and the passing game have got to get it back going. Brock Purdy has had his challenges so far this year and will be missing an important piece.
