Almost nobody puts a number on how confident they actually are.Kendall Valenzuela and Peter Overzet take the most popular breakout names in fantasy football and rate each one from 1 to 10 on how likely they are to genuinely break out — with a strict definition: a breakout means you'll be drafting that player at least one full tier higher next season.
