Recorded: August 6th 2025 | The Boys are in Philly for the final stop of our training camp tour. We start off with the Eagles GM, Howie Roseman, plus Cooper DeJean, Lane Johnson, and Jordan Mailata. We kick things off with Howie telling an all-time Marcus Mariota story of getting his career back on track before diving into his Philly journey. He gets into all of the drama surrounding Carson Wentz, and how he drowns out all the noise from the Philly faithful. Howie then dives into the blockbuster AJ Brown trade with the Tennessee Titans. He talks what was all going on behind the scenes and how close the trade got to not going through. Howie gets into some of his biggest mistakes along with how tough it is to keep his entire staff from getting poached Then Cooper DeJean hops on to talk his breakout rookie year and finding his place in the DB room. We get into his draft process, NFL Top 100 reaction and his favorite play of the year, which may surprise you. The boys bring up Coop's new podcast "The Exciting Mic's" and how that his been going for him. Keep a look out for the boys joining Coop on the pod. Finally, Lane Johnson & Jordan Mailata roll through. Jordan shares his wild path to the NFL from starting in the international program to being a staple on the Eagles offensive line. Lane talks his time with the Eagles and how much longer he would like to play. The guys get into some "rookie hazing" that the o-line does for the new guys as well as the Eagles Christmas album with Jason Kelce. The boys loved their time in Philly and wish nothing but the best for the boys who hopped on the pod. Big hugs and tiny kisses. Yesterday in the midday show's conversation on Jalen Hurts' ranking on the Athletic's tier list of all the NFL QBs. Hugh Douglas brought up a point that sparked a debate about who's more important to the Eagles, Howie Roseman or Jalen Hurts. Kyle and Joe think Howie while Hugh is set on Hurts. Who do you think has a bigger impact on the Eagles?
In hour 2, the WIP Midday Show is live from Eagles training camp and joined by both Jahan Dotson and Josh Uche right after practice for the day! Plus, Hugh continues his debate from yesterday with Joe and Kyle on who's more important to the Eagles Jalen Hurts or Howie Roseman?!
On today's show, the WIP Midday Show are live from Eagles training camp. But they start by talking about giving the 2025 Phillies a clean slate from previous Phillies teams' past failures. Do the 2025 Phillies deserve a clean slate? Plus, Jahan Dotson and Josh Uche are live with the midday show following Eagles practice. As well as, Devan Kaney letting you know everything you needed to know from practice today, a debate over the more valuable member of the Eagles, Howie Roseman or Jalen Hurts? The 94 WIP Morning Show is worried about Landon Dickerson's injury which he suffered last night and was subsequently carted off the field. Adam Schefter reported that Dickerson will undergo an MRI today. Howie Roseman, on a podcast last week, shares fascinating insights about how he constructs football teams.
The 94 WIP Morning Show is worried about both Landon Dickerson, who was carted off the practice field last night at the Eagle's open practice, and Zack Wheeler who has been dealing with some shoulder issues for apparently 'a while' as he put it last night. Eliot Shorr-Parks joins the Show after being at the Eagles practice last night and gives his first hand account of the Dickerson injury. He also spoke about the positives of Jihaad Campbell and Josh Uche. Howie Roseman, on a podcast last week, shared some of his sage wisdom about constructing football teams, which the Morning team found fascinating. The Phillies swept the Texas Rangers in Texas this past weekend, putting them 5.5 games up in the NL East race as the Mets continue to lose. As Wheeler continues to deal with the injury, are you worried about the starting pitching as the Phillies get closer to the playoffs? Also, listen to Time's Yours- Mets fans are MAD!
James Seltzer and Jon Ritchie of the 94 WIP Morning team are fascinated by Howie Roseman who recently on a podcast shared a lot about how his mind works when it comes to building football teams. He is looking to add players who have gone through adversity and is always looking for ways he can improve on his own mistakes.
Football is back again. We talk some preseason football, and unfortunate injuries (00:00:00-00:12:04). Another dildo has hit the WNBA floor and the fact that its possibly a crypto scam has ruined it all (00:12:04-00:16:17). We talk a little baseball as a national sports podcast (00:16:17-00:34:03). Mount Rushmore Dream Blunt Rotation (00:34:03-00:57:30). Eagles GM Howie Roseman joins the show to talk about team building, the draft, the year he was kicked out of his office, trades and more (00:57:30-01:41:59). Von Miller joins the show to talk about his move to Washington, how much he still has left in the tank, kissing his dad, Hall of Fame and more (01:41:59-. We finish with Fyre Fest and an all time Zac story. You can find every episode of this show on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or YouTube. Prime Members can listen ad-free on Amazon Music. The Philadelphia Eagles are in the midst of training camp, Howie Roseman has made a trade to bolster the defense, and the offense is currently cooking on all cylinders. Expectations are high for the Birds this season for sure coming off a Super Bowl win. This week, Alexis Chassen from BleedingGreenNation.com joined the podcast show for a deep dive into what we've been seeing during camp, as well as storylines and players to keep our eyes on. It was a fantastic discussion! But first, the guys dove into a ton of Major League Baseball and Phillies talk. The worst umpire call this year, Dick Allen and Billy Wagner were selected to the Baseball Hall of Fame, and listener feedback about the Phillies trades and farm system. Plus, are the Phils getting too hot, too early before the postseason? (Approx. 5:50)From there, they discussed the news of ESPN acquiring the NFL Network and other NFL-based assets like the NFL Draft. What does this mean for sports journalism and reporting? (Approx. 30:10)The guys then dove into the Eagles defensive trade where Howie Roseman sent DT Thomas Booker IV to the Raiders for CB Jakorian Bennett. (Approx. 34:20)What they threw down on the Table this week was a great, in-depth discussion with Alexis Chassen from Bleeding Green Nation about what we have been seeing in training camp from the Eagles on both sides of the ball. What should we make of CB No. 2? Should fans be concerned about the pass rush? Will the offensive line be as dominant as it usually is? How can Jalen Hurts continue to develop the Eagles passing game? All of this and much more this week on the Table! The Phils approach the All-Star Break with questions, while maintaining Playoff position, neck and neck with the Mets atop the NL East. Zach Wheeler will be home resting instead of wasting valuable pitches in the meaningless All-Star Game. With an elite starting rotation, trade deadline moves for the team's struggling bullpen will determine the liklihood of a return trip to the World Series. With valuable prospects and trade pieces on the present club, Dombrowski will have options this month. The mystery remaining is how he will decide to move, or not move those pieces, and what value other teams believe they actually possess in a deal. The Sixers are in the midst of the summer league and Edgecombe looks like a player. Yet again however, the success of this basketball team next season will hinge on the health and availability of their former MVP Embiid as well as star Paul George. As the NFL offseason presses on and Training Camp is around the corner, we discuss Jalen Hurts and the landscape of NFL QB's through Super Bowl history as well as the present state, and look back at SBLIX. Segments include: VetPhact, Prem's MLB Picks.Courtesy of the Vet Alumni Members Association (VAMA)
The Sixers draft VJ Edgecombe out of Baylor University with the 3rd overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft. He has some great tools and a very athletic style of play and will likely slide right into the Guard rotation. The question remains however, if the Sixers can make it out of the 2nd Round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs. Joel Embiid and Paul George will be one year older, and the skepticism over their ability to stay healthy enough to play even 50 games total together remains. The Phillies were swept in Houston while the pitching staff allowed just 5 runs combined. Suarez, Wheeler, and Sanchez were masterful, but the offense was in hibernation. With the trade deadline looming, Tek & Prem discuss the possible scenarios with key prospects and potential trade pieces on the active roster. A weekend series in Atlanta against the Braves, who are heating up, will provide more clarity regarding the Phillies recent offensive slumber. The Flyers add a young player with a lot of upside in a pre-draft trade and the NHL Draft is on deck. On today's show, the WIP Midday Show are looking more into the Bryce Harper injury! After being placed on the IL back on June 7th there has seemingly been no progress made on a potential return to the lineup. Can the Phillies sustain the success they've had without him if Harper's absence from the lineup continues long term? Phillies beat reporter Devan Kaney also joins the show to give her take. Plus, Brandon Graham is live with the midday show to talk Eagles offseason and exciting things he has coming up in retired life! As well as, another option the Sixers can do in the NBA draft tomorrow, celebrating Howie Roseman's birthday, checking in on the Mets, and more!
For everyday Eagles, Ike, Spike and Fritz discuss the career arch of Eagles executive VP Howie Roseman on his 50th birthday.
Sharp Angles Podcast host Raymond Summerlin teams up with special guest Patrick Daugherty (aka Roto Pat), NFL writer for NBC Sports, to reveal the definitive NFL General Manager rankings for 2025. Discover why Howie Roseman is considered the league's top GM and how Sean McVay and Les Snead keep impressing with their innovative team-building strategies.
Tek & Prem welcome The Philly Quizmaster and co-owner of Shibe Vintage Sports, Johnny Goodtimes, on the VetLine to talk Birds, Sixers, and his unique Kobe Bryant meeting. The Eagles Preseason is less than 2 months away, and minicamps have been very interesting. With an infusion of youth and energy, the Super Bowl Champs are close to beginning their march towards a repeat Lombardi Trophy in the 2025 NFL Season. Jalen Hurts seems to have galvanized his doubters, who are out at an all-time high, but as we discuss, that may serve to blow up in all of their faces. Another dinner with Michael Jordan before a Super Bowl could be on the horizon. The Phillies will only compete for a World Series if some drastic moves are made at the trade deadline, and it remains to be seen if the Front Office shares that sentiment, with the All-Star Break just a month away. Bryce Harper is still out with a wrist injury, although he has resumed baseball activities. Segments include: VetPhact, VetLine, Prem's MLB Picks.Courtesy of the Vet Alumni Members Association (VAMA)
Hour 2: Ike, Spike and Fritz discuss the available defensive stars in the NFL and if Howie Roseman should seriously consider bringing one to Philadelphia.

In today's episode of the Packernet Podcast, Ryan breaks down the ongoing madness of NFL speculation season, dives into the pros and cons of having an owner (featuring an absurd Jerry Jones quote), and explains why the Packers' unique ownership structure is actually a huge advantage. He also examines Bryce Huff's trade buzz, debunks the media's obsession with Howie Roseman, and addresses the swirling TJ Watt trade rumors. After the league failed to ban the Tush Push, the NFL is discussing salary cap changes that could be seen as another attack on the Eagles' front office wizardry. Could the Bryce Huff trade be part of the Eagles' salary cap maneuvering that the NFL wants to curb? Join us as we break down the impact on Howie Roseman's master plan and what this means for the Birds!
Bryce Huff gone! An organic discussion from Thursday's show spills over into Friday as the Eagles' hopes of repeating depend on their ability to replace a slew of departed starters, like Josh Sweat, Milton Williams, Darius Slay, Mekhi Becton and C.J. Gardner-Johnson. Which of those players will be the most difficult for the Eagles to replace, with the likes of Drew Mukuba, Sydney Brown, Kelee Ringo, Jalyx Hunt, Azeez Ojulari and Moro Ojomo involved, and which position will matter most to the Eagles' 2025 success? Fran Duffy, Zach Berman and Bo Wulf debate it as we head into the weekend.
Tek & Prem discuss the Eagles first OTAs of the offseason, with position battles looming and a fresh energy in the air. The Draft Class is strong, yet again, and the veterans are in place as the Birds prepare for a run at a repeat Super Bowl Championship. The Jalen Hurts doubters have multiplied, once again, and the Jordan-Brand representative has another year ahead of him proving them all wrong. Training Camp is around the corner. The Phillies boast the best winning percentage in the National League as they get set for a trio of games against the Brewers at the Bank this weekend. After taking 2 of 3 from the Braves at home this week, they will look to stay on track against an underachieving, .500 Milwaukee ball club. Kyle Schwarber continues his torrid pace of power, sitting tied for 2nd in MLB with 19 HR. Trea has come on strong in May, hitting .302 overall, which is good for 13th in baseball. Pitching will continue to lead the way, and with the trade deadline approaching in July, moves or a big move is expected to bolster this beleaguered and inconsistent bullpen. Dallas Goedert is back in Philadelphia to help spearhead the Eagles' offense and that means Deniz Selman can tell us why Goedert, not Saquon Barkley, was the key to the Eagles' success in the running game last year. After a flirtation with moving on from Goedert, Howie Roseman brought back the big fella, with Grant Calcaterra, Harrison Bryant and Kylen Granson now joining E.J. Jenkins in a suddenly deep tight end room. Join Deniz, Zach Berman and Bo Wulf for a roundtable session of Tic-Zach-Bo.

Howie Roseman cried poor all offseason about the Eagles' cash standing, leading to the departure of C.J. Gardner-Johnson and the posturing that Dallas Goedert was on the trade block. Then he picked up the fifth-year option for Jordan Davis, paying over $14 million for a player who doesn't play on third down, before twisting Dallas Goedert's arm into agreeing to a significant paycut. A masterful gambit from the league's best general manager, no doubt. Zach Berman and Bo Wulf unpack everything that happened with the main roster this offseason and what it means for the team moving forward.
