Join us this week for the sequel episode of the Point Five Podcast, a derivative of the TurtleDub Podcast.  Doug and David talk 2016 video games this week.  We touch on new releases like Tomb Raider, Firewatch, Rocket League for Xbox, and Far Cry Primal.  We look forward in 2016 to Mirror's Edge Catalyst, The Division, Ar1ft, Doom, Overwatch, No Man's Sky, Gears of War 4, Eve Valkyrie, Quantum Break, and most importantly a new expansion for Destiny.  Was Destiny good when it came out, and does it still retain any goodness it had at that time?  We discuss Destiny in detail during this week's episode.  We also talk about the prospects of a new Rockstar or Bethesda game this year, although we're dubious.  We wrap up the Point Five podcast with a discussion about the evolving nature of social gaming and how disappointed we are with the nonexistence of splitscreen gaming and LAN games.  In any case, 2016 is sure to be a great year in gaming, despite a possible lack of sequels to major franchises.
