Erin is a Jesus loving wife to Wade and mom to four beautiful children. In 2016, she experienced several back to back life traumas resulting in significant weight gain and a devastating disconnect from her purpose as a daughter of God. In 2018, God spoke directly to Erin and told her "enough was enough" and she turned her health and weight around. Now she is seventy pounds lighter and deeply rooted in her purpose. As a result of her experiences, Erin started her own company, Rooted Health, LLC and became a Certified Biblical Health Coach to help other women tame their overwhelm and extinguish personal burn out, to reignite passion to their purpose & add energy to their days as a "Wholly Healthy Christian Mom". This podcast is designed to speak to busy, Christian moms who are hungry for practical and powerful messages to teach them how to make simple shifts in their lives for Kingdom impact.

Let's be real. As human beings, we aren't exactly the most patient ... and when we are called into a season of "waiting" we often ask "now what, God?"I get it. Believe me, even as an expert in the field, I still have these same thoughts and questions. The great news is that I have a toolbox full of productive actions you can take when you are in a season of waiting in the ark like Noah. There is so much more we can do than just twiddle our thumbs and count ceiling tiles when we are in waiting season, and here's the thing...God wants us to use our seasons of waiting just as intentionally as we use our seasons of working and long to-do lists.Check out this week's Wednesday at the Well to learn 4 simple things you can do while you are "a lady in waiting".Make sure to join my FB group here.
