My brand new book "Born Magic" is all about expanding our energy and stepping into our authentic selves.  We were all born magic and different stages of energetic alignment can shape our perception of ourselves and the world around us. By letting go of the stories that hold us back, we can consciously create the life we desire.  Here's what we are chatting about in today's episode: Everything is Energy: From the way we relate to the world around us to our relationships, money, and even our bodies, everything is energy. Understanding this fundamental truth allows us to change our perception and consciously create the life we desire. Embrace Neutrality: Let go of the stories that hold you back and approach life with a neutral perspective. When we detach our self-worth from external circumstances, like debt or past decisions, we open up space for growth and expansion. Perception is Key: Every experience and memory is filtered through our unique perception. This is why people can have different recollections of the same event. By recognizing that everything is only what we think it is, we can liberate ourselves from the constraints of a constricted energy state. If you want to discover more insights and practical tools for reclaiming your innate magic, don't miss out on reading Born Magic. Plus, when you purchase the book by the end of the month, you'll receive exclusive bonuses, including an Inner Child Healing class and a special edition digital magazine. Click here to grab your copy before the Bonus Pack is gone! Remember, you were born magic! Embrace your authenticity, make peace with your stories, and create a life that feels utterly enchanted. Northumbria's ‘holy island', Lindisfarne, was invaded by Vikings on 8th June, 793 in a smash-and-grab, ‘shock and awe' attack that left locals reeling for decades.   The completely unexpected incursion was not, in fact, the first time Viking forces invaded the English coastline, but was, undoubtedly, the moment their reputation as merciless warriors and pirates was sealed. In this episode, Arion, Rebecca and Olly explain why the Vikings targeted so many of their raids on monasteries; consider why Lindisfarne was, in the first place, regarded as such a spiritual site; and explain why many Englishmen viewed the raid as vengeance from God… Further Reading: • ‘The Holy Island of Lindisfarne' (Visit Northumberland): https://www.visitnorthumberland.com/explore/destinations/islands/holy-island • ‘The Viking Raid Of Lindisfarne In AD 793: Your Guide' (HistoryExtra, 2019): https://www.historyextra.com/period/viking/guide-viking-raid-lindisfarne-what-happened-when/ • ‘Viking Raid on Lindisfarne (AD793)' (Simple History, 2019): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rS3YfhAiXHU But our discussion about Lindisfarne doesn't end with today's episode... there's also a chat about WIlliam of Normandy's Viking connections, the perfect weather for a Viking invasion, and the identity crisis of Northumbrian Christians - but, to hear that, and a bonus bit like it each and every week, you need to subscribe to ‘The Bonus Pack' on Apple Podcasts, or at https://patreon.com/Retrospectors. Becoming Pharaoh at the age of 24, Ramesses ‘The Great' II had his coronation on 31st May, 1279 BC - a fact we know because he had it chiselled into stone. Repeatedly. He lived until the age of 90 and reigned for 66 years - which gave him plenty of time to commission statues of himself, name towns after himself, and generally make sure that even in 2022 we have a reasonable idea of what he actually looked like.  In this episode, Arion, Rebecca and Olly explain why he was so keen on commemorating his achievements; consider what he had in common with Donald Trump; and ask just how young is too young to inherit an Empire… But the story of Ramesses doesn't end with today's episode... ... there's also the mysterious tale of what happened when he was DUG UP over 3,000 years later - as Arion, Rebecca and Olly reveal in today's bonus bit, cut-for-time from the main show and exclusively available to supporters of the show. I'm an ENFP and sometimes I need to be alone. Like really alone. Lock the door and power up the bluetooth headphones alone. So does this mean I'm not an extrovert? But aren't ENFPs extroverts? Well, the answer is, complicated. I'm continuing my look at The Big 5 Personality Traits and The ENFP Personality. Today we're looking at Extroversion. It's an interesting topic since more ENFPs than you'd expect can have social anxiety and, unrelated to anxiety, a lot of ENFPs like to have time alone. ►The Big 5 Bonus Pack◄ https://www.DreamsAroundTheWorld.com/Big5enfp/ If you are ENFP here is a FREE training I have for you https://www.dreamsaroundtheworld.com/forenfps/ Don’t miss future episodes of this podcast, subscribe here: Apple Podcasts | Google Play Music | Stitcher | TuneIn | If you enjoy the podcast and would like to submit your own question for a future episode, you can do so here: www.DreamsAroundTheWorld.com/ask-dan/ If you want to follow my travels or catch some shorter videos and updates I share, you can find me on Facebook (DreamsAroundTheWorldHQ) | and as TheDanJohnston on Instagram  I publish new videos weekly on YouTube as well.
