Join us as we wrap up exploring the scriptures concerning the destiny of the believer.Destiny is God's divine will for your existence. It's your appointed and ordained future into what God has called you to become.
There is a difference between fate and destiny. Fate is predetermined outcomes set by outside forces, while destiny is a journey you are called to join but have a choice of whether or not you will accept the calling.Destiny is God's purpose for you. It's your appointed and ordained future into what God has called you to become.
There are promises, goals, and dreams that God has placed in your heart. You didn't come up with them on your own. Those aren't just your desires; God put them there. The “secret petitions of your heart” are the things you dream about, that you haven't told anyone. They seem too big, too far out. That's your Destiny Calling. That's God telling you what you can become.

Most people are stuck in "The Loop" because somehow they think they're going to get a different result in their life by doing the same thing they've been doing, only doing it harder and faster. The Loop gives no rewards for effort. No matter how hard you work at it, you always end up back at the same place. You only break out of The Loop by making intensely different decisions. By taking a completely different path. That's the message of this week's podcast Getting out of The Loop requires you to step outside of your comfort zone. This is almost always uncomfortable, and all growth comes outside your comfort zone. The comfort zone is where dreams go to die. Receiving a diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease initially threw me into a dark, scary loop. Breaking out of that loop required effort and some new tactics (which I documented in my upcoming book, Read This or Die), but in the end, I broke free from it. To be able to experience it in the future, you must be able to imagine it now. This is true anytime you're trying to create a new reality for your future. Whether it be a new career or new business, or a new relationship, or living in a new city, or a different home… If you want something radically different in your future, you have to do something radically different in your present. And that can be scary. I can promise the first steps will probably not be easy. But you don't need “easy”. You just need “worth it”. What big, scary, uncomfortable decision have even thinking about lately? If it keeps coming to mind, it is likely the one decision you need to make in order to change your life. The one decision you need to create that new life you really want. Most of us are quite skilled at thinking about the scary decisions, and coming up with all the things that might go wrong. I suggest a different experiment this time around… I encourage you ask yourself, “What if this went incredibly right?” What would that make possible? A tough game at promotion chasing Port Vale ended in defeat but a good fighting effort by the team meant it was a close thing at 3-2. Off the field, we look ahead to what our options are as a fan base as relegation stares us in the face and the owners appear to be no closer to reaching a deal to sell the club - this really is our destiny calling. Surrender to your destiny. Your heart wants what it wants. Your authentic self is in alignment with your destiny, and this past year we have experienced unique challenges that have pierced holes in our armors. Now that authentic self is a magnet to your destiny, and that destiny is calling you. It may be something very different from what you had thought or prepared for... Trust your heart, know that the mind is doubting you because the path is not logic. Allow your energy to magnetize your desires towards you. Doubt is resistance to your calling. Give up the resistance and stop fighting your destiny. Recording from our Membership community. To join, FREE 7 day trial go to https://www.astridhalvorsencourses.com/courses/membership

Welcome to the first episode of the Dreamster Podcast! This show is the (very honest) story of me--Brandon Beeyard--chasing my lifelong dream of becoming a broadcaster and producer. The only catch is: after a decade of working in other careers, I’m starting over at age 35. Is it too late for me? I don’t think so. (At least I hope not.) No matter what your dream is, I hope the lessons I’ve learned will help you. In this episode I quit my soul-crushing job at a financial firm’s cubicle farm with no plan and no prospects. I attempt to become a YouTube star and put a lot of pressure on myself. I wrestle with the darkness and self doubts. I talk about how “The Price is Right” shaped my life, and I get arrested! Episode Highlights, Lowlights and Takeaways: Is it possible to start a media business and run it from anywhere in 2019? When you’re meant for something there are signs Promote or Die! Falling into the false life And I get arrested! Full show notes available here: https://dreamstermedia.com/s1e1-destiny-calling

"Father's Day is hopefully a time when the culture says, 'This is our moment to look at who our men and boys are."~ Michael Gurian "A Date with Destiny" is designed to help motivate, inspire and EMPOWER you to live your life in the highest context of love, peace and joy! It will help you to take a closer look within yourself and discover the great, "I AM" that dwells there. It will help you to have a better understanding of the Laws of the Universe-"God's Laws," and how it was designed just for YOU to have all you could ever want. Back by popular demand! The show received an overwhelming response since last week that we decided to re-air it today! Calling all dads! What does it take to be a "good-father?" Tune in as we discuss with a panel of men, the role of a father and what it means to the well being of our children. "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy." ~Martin Luther King, Jr
