Have you ever struggled with finding your true identity or found yourself feeling unfulfilled by the things of this world? This week's guest and my friend, Gabe Salazar, is a world-renowned teen expert and international motivational speaker, but his life had very humble beginnings. In this episode of Unapologetic, Gabe and I discuss the impact of fatherlessness, what heals the wounds that come from growing up without a dad and the freedom that follows forgiveness. We also discuss what it means to be a “step-up” dad and when it's OK to share about past mistakes with our own children. Gabe speaks at more than 200 events each year and has spoken to more than a million students. He‘s been recognized as America's No. 1 Latino Youth Speaker by Popular Hispanics Magazine. You do NOT want to miss this powerful conversation.
