The art of dedicating yourself to the 'bit'....never gets the respect it deserves...On this episode we dive into the brilliant 'I Blame Society' from writer/director Gillian Wallace Horvat which is now streaming on Shudder in the US.It's the story of a struggling filmmaker who realizes that the skill set to make a movie is the same to commit the perfect murder.Blending reality and fantasy this is some stone cold satire that will send more then a few chills down your spine.  We had the distinct pleasure of talking with Gillian about the origins of the story, why she had to play the lead and how some of her other work doing historical documentaries about other films (Her "Johnny Guitar" docs are fantastic) informed her very first feature here.
