Fairfield was represented by longtime head coach Jason Krause along with senior quarterback Talon Fisher (United States Naval Academy commit) and senior linebacker Jordan Baker. Fairfield (7-4 in 2022) will be tested in the season opener when it plays at Huber Heights Wayne (6-5) on Aug. 18 before the nine-game Greater Miami Conference schedule. Fairfield has 23 seniors including quarterback Fisher, who is a four-year starter. There is also a great deal of other talented skill position players including junior wide receiver/defensive back Noah King, junior cornerback/wide receiver Derion Prophett and Baker, who had 62 tackles including five sacks last season. Krause is starting his 27th year overall of coaching high school football. "Just being around the young guys and seeing their energy - see how much passion they have for playing this game," Krause said this summer. "A game that we love. When the time came for Fairfield (Ohio) defensive back Josiah Jackson to make a college decision, he looked no farther than what he's experienced since he stepped foot on his high school campus. Family is often a word overused by coaches at all levels, but Jackson and his twin brother Jordan Jackson experienced its real meaning when they started playing for Fairfield head coach Jason Krause. Fairfield head coach Jason Krause has enjoyed many great wins during a coaching career with 150 career wins. However, to get to his 150th win, Krause needed his team to fend off a late rally by Huber Heights (Ohio) Wayne before walking away with a 41-24 victory over the Warriors. Krause has coached many great players during his coaching career, including MLB All-Star Kyle Schwarber and NFL players Jackson Carman (Bengals) and Josiah Scott (Eagles). However, Krause feels his 2022 Fairfield squad may be his most talented group. The College Football Playoff National Championship Monday night in New Orleans will feature two area high school products aiming for their second straight title for Clemson Monday night. Clemson sophomore offensive tackle Jackson Carman (Fairfield) and redshirt sophomore guard Matt Bockhorst (St. Xavier) will be in the spotlight as Clemson (14-0) plays LSU (14-0) at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN. Fairfield coach Jason Krause joined the WCPO High School Insider to discuss Carman’s growth on and off the field and the anticipation of Monday night's matchup. Krause is leaving Saturday night to attend the game in person with family and friends at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Krause discussed Carman’s All-American journey from Fairfield to Clemson including the time he played on a guitar in Clemson coach Dabo Swinney’s office during a recruiting visit. He also described the rapport between Carman and Bockhorst. Krause has stayed in touch with Carman via FaceTime throughout the season. He explains why Carman has become a student of the game and an example for current high school players at Fairfield.

Fairfield (Division I) and Turpin (Division II) are among 18 area Ohio high school football teams that are undefeated entering Week 4. Fairfield coach Jason Krause and Turpin coach Kent McCullough joined the WCPO High School Insider Wednesday to discuss their respective teams. Fairfield is 3-0 for the first time since 2015 after the Indians defeated Middletown 47-7 last week. The Indians play host to Hamilton (2-1) Friday night. Turpin is 3-0 for the first time since 2016. The Spartans defeated Troy 62-13 last week after leading 55-6 at halftime. Turpin plays host to West Clermont (0-3) Friday.

The practice employs every facet of technology available to dentistry today. Dr. Busch has a relentless passion for dentistry and giving back. He is married to his wife Natalie and has four children. He is presently the Team Dentist for the NFL Kansas City Chiefs. Dr. Busch has written many publications, including technology articles, book chapters in the Computerized Dentist, his own book “Digital Technology Integration for Efficient Clinical Workflow” and has his own blog the Dentrix dentist. He has lectured extensively on the paperless dental office, CAD/CAM technology, digital dentistry integration, implantology, Cone Beam technology, imaging, and practice management software. He has given many training courses on new technologies in his office for over 25 years and continues to educate, motivate, and inspire his colleagues. His office is completely digital. His current project is to make is dental lab digital and plaster free.
