Ahead of the Big Share next week, host Dana Pellebon speaks with Cheri Dubiel of Community Shares of Wisconsin and Alex Lindenmeyer of Urban Triage. Community Shares is a member-based fundraising organization that you might be familiar with from workplace giving campaigns or the CHIP program at Willy St. Coop. They focus on supporting social justice and environmental causes.  Urban Triage is a community organization that offers direct services like housing initiatives and urban agriculture. Their farm serves multi-generational Black and Brown folks, and the organic produce they grow is donated back to the community. Lindenmeyer describes Urban Triage's upcoming art exhibit, Seen and Unseen, that will open at the Wisconsin State Capitol on March 3. This immersive, outdoor installation is designed to deepen community understanding of homelessness and the real pathways to housing stability, representing crisis response, case management, and long-term housing solutions. They also discuss how federal funding cuts are affecting community organizations, especially those that are working to alleviate housing insecurity and follow housing-first principles. Youth are the largest group of folks at risk of becoming unhoused, and it's estimated that 1400 kids in MMSD will experience homelessness this year. Alex Lindenmeyer is a proud founding board member of Urban Triage and was just hired full-time this year as their Development Manager. Cheri Dubiel has served as Executive Director of Community Shares since January, 2017. She has worked at Community Shares of Wisconsin for a combined total of 17 years, being hired first as Development Director.  Featured image of artwork from the Seen and Unseen installation. "Don't be afraid to say I don't know. - Will Ritter"  Corrosion is expensive, relentless, and easy to underestimate—until a "lasagna battery" turns aluminum foil green and reminds you what electrochemistry can do in the real world. This conversation reframes corrosion coupons as what they actually are: a repeatable field test that can sharpen your decisions—if you treat the process with consistency.  Respect the coupon, protect the data  Trace breaks down why coupons became non-negotiable in his systems: they turn guesswork into usable corrosion-rate intelligence. Will Ritter of MetaSpec (formerly Pacific Sensor) explains the fundamentals—pre-weighed coupons, exposure time, cleaning, and calculating corrosion rate in MPY (mils per year). The point isn't that the coupon is your pipe; it's that the coupon becomes a reliable, relative gauge over time when variables are controlled.  The "five things" that make results repeatable  Will outlines practical failure points that quietly ruin comparisons quarter to quarter: alloy selection (and staying consistent), surface area (and what happens when hardware covers the coupon), surface finish (including why scratches and pits matter), weight accuracy (and why kitchen/postage scales don't belong in the workflow), and protective VCI packaging that prevents premature corrosion in storage and transit.  Brand building, trade shows, and getting comfortable saying "I don't know"  Will shares his path from Pacific Sensor to MetaSpec and what it looks like to merge brands intentionally heading into 2026. The discussion also moves into trade show presence and digital marketing, plus a simple confidence framework: get comfortable saying "I don't know, but I can find out," and build communication reps—he points to Toastmasters as a low-stakes way to do that.  Listen to the full conversation above. In this live episode from the AHR 2026 Podcast Pavilion, Bryan sits down with Copeland's Josh Souders (Manager of Commercial Unitary Product Management) and Jeff Kukert (Compression Senior Technical Trainer) to dive deep into Enhanced Vapor Injection (EVI) technology and its transformative impact on HVAC systems. This conversation offers both technical professionals and industry newcomers a comprehensive look at how vapor injection is revolutionizing heat pump performance, particularly in challenging climate conditions. The discussion centers on how EVI technology addresses one of the industry's most persistent challenges: maintaining high heat pump capacity in extremely low-temperature conditions. Josh and Jeff explain that vapor injection can deliver up to 20% added capacity and 10% improved efficiency while simultaneously enhancing compressor reliability. This technology, which has been a staple in refrigeration applications for years, is now becoming increasingly prevalent in commercial and residential HVAC systems, especially as cold climate heat pumps gain traction across North America. The guests make the complex topic accessible by breaking down how the system works—taking liquid refrigerant from the condensing line, running it through an expansion device and brazed plate heat exchanger (economizer), and injecting the cooled vapor directly back into the compressor scroll at a specific intermediate point. What makes this episode particularly valuable is the practical guidance offered for field technicians. The conversation moves beyond theoretical explanations to address real-world implementation challenges and troubleshooting strategies. Josh and Jeff emphasize the importance of understanding operating envelopes, pulse-width modulated (PWM) valves, pressure transducers, and modern control systems. They introduce Copeland's latest product developments, including the YAW variable speed vapor injection platform (1.5 to 25 tons) and the upcoming YAB two-stage vapor injection system launching later in 2026. The discussion also touches on applications beyond traditional HVAC, including commercial water heating and boiler replacement systems where high discharge temperatures are crucial. Throughout the episode, the guests maintain an encouraging tone toward technicians who may feel intimidated by these advancing technologies. They stress that while EVI systems may appear complex with additional tubing, heat exchangers, valves, and sensors, the underlying thermodynamic principles remain the same. The key is familiarizing oneself with new components like PWM valves and modern controllers, and leveraging tools like Copeland Mobile to verify system performance against operating envelopes. This episode serves as both an educational resource and a call to action for HVAC professionals to embrace these emerging technologies that are rapidly becoming industry standard. Topics Covered Enhanced Vapor Injection (EVI) fundamentals – How EVI works, its history in refrigeration, and why it's now critical for commercial and residential HVAC applications Capacity and efficiency benefits – Achieving up to 20% capacity boost and 10% efficiency improvement, particularly in low-ambient heating conditions Compressor reliability improvements – How injecting cooled vapor into the scroll set manages discharge temperatures and extends compressor life under high compression ratios Operating envelope management – Understanding compressor operational limits and using tools like Copeland Mobile to verify field conditions stay within safe parameters Cold climate heat pump technology – Meeting DOE's Cold Climate Heat Pump Challenge requirements for 100% capacity at 5°F ambient conditions System architecture and components – Detailed explanation of economizers (brazed plate heat exchangers), pulse-width modulated (PWM) valves, pressure transducers, and advanced controllers Compression ratio challenges – Managing the increased work required when outdoor temperatures drop while indoor condensing temperatures remain constant New Copeland product platforms – Introduction to YAW variable speed vapor injection (1.5-25 tons), YAB two-stage vapor injection (launching 2026), and tandem variable speed configurations Applications beyond traditional HVAC – Water heating systems, commercial boiler replacement, and managing high discharge temperatures for Legionella protection Technician training and tools – Practical advice on learning PWM valves, thermistors, transducers, and system controllers; emphasis on using Copeland Mobile for dynamic performance analysis Market trends and adoption – How vapor injection is becoming standard in premium residential systems and increasingly common across commercial rooftop units and dedicated outdoor air systems Installation and service considerations – Proper system design to avoid oversizing, humidity control in hot-humid climates, and troubleshooting techniques for complex control systems   Have a question that you want us to answer on the podcast? TXV vs. EEV - Short #278

Play Episode Listen Later Feb 10, 2026 12:23

In this short podcast episode, Bryan breaks down the differences between a thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) and an electronic expansion valve (EEV). He highlights their strengths and weaknesses. In the basic refrigerant circuit, the metering device drops the pressure. TXVs and EEVs are both metering devices that cause the liquid refrigerant to drop in pressure and become a liquid-vapor mixture; they control evaporator feeding and maintain a constant superheat. TXVs achieve this by mechanical means; the bulb responds to suction line temperature and evaporator pressure at the valve. They are self-contained and easy to diagnose with basic refrigeration measurements. However, they are prone to mechanical failures, including clogged orifices and screens, cracked capillary tubes, and powerhead leaks. Installation errors are also easy to make, and TXVs can hunt in low-load conditions. Overall, failures are often mechanical and refrigerant-related. They win in the simplicity department. EEVs receive inputs from sensors and modulate in response to those digital signals. They have a wider modulation range and maintain stable control in low-superheat applications, and they do well in conditions with highly variable loads or where coordination across multiple coils is required. EEVs come in two types: stepper motor (small, discrete steps) and PWM (controlled solenoid valves). Stepper-style EEVs excel at fine positioning, and PWM-style EEVs are in applications that require a more robust valve (like CO2 refrigeration). EEV failures are often electromechanical or related to sensor control. They win in the controllability department. There is no "best" metering device; they merely have different strengths that make them better suited to different applications. However, EEVs are the future due to the greater degree of controllability we will need in newer equipment. Commissioning and airflow are also crucial for getting the most out of both metering device types in terms of longevity and reliability.   Have a question that you want us to answer on the podcast? Small Cap Breaking News You Can't Miss! Here's a quick rundown of the latest updates from standout small-cap companies making big moves today.1) Nextech3D.ai (CSE: NTAR) Nextech3D.ai launched Nextech Credit™, a $1-for-1 (1 Credit = 1 USD) enterprise currency designed to simplify how large organizations buy and use its event and engagement services across Eventdex, Map D, and Krafty Labs. The company says one purchase order can now fund multiple teams (HR, Marketing, Ops, regional groups), with tiered benefits that reward larger annual commitments (from $25K up to $250K+). CEO Evan Gappelberg called it a key engine for 2026 expansion, aiming to drive stronger adoption and more predictable recurring revenue.2) PyroGenesis (TSX: PYR) PyroGenesis confirmed the successful delivery of a 4.5 MW plasma torch to a U.S. aeronautics and defense client under a contract valued at about $4.13M (US$3.13M). Installation and testing are expected to begin once remaining components arrive in the coming weeks, and the milestone has already triggered $1M in recent invoicing. Management says this delivery also supports the next phase: a planned scale-up to a 20 MW torch for the same customer.3) Radisson Mining (TSXV: RDS) Radisson reported new drill results at its 100%-owned O'Brien Gold Project in Québec, including 23.37 g/t gold over 4.0 metres (with 60.60 g/t over 1.5 metres) and the deepest intercept to date: 15.70 g/t over 1.1 metres at 1,620 metres vertical depth. The company says “Trend #1” mineralization now extends to 1,450 metres vertical depth, about 375 metres below the current resource envelope. Management highlighted continued consistency beneath historic workings, with multiple wedges delivering mineralized intercepts, and noted six rigs active with two more mobilizing.4) Lahontan Gold (TSXV: LG | OTCQB: LGCXF) Lahontan posted fresh results from its Santa Fe Mine Project in Nevada's Walker Lane, highlighting shallow oxide gold mineralization at Slab that extends below and beyond the current conceptual pit outline. Key intercepts include 68.6 metres at 0.45 g/t Au Eq (including 16.8 metres at 0.81 g/t Au Eq) and 41.2 metres at 0.32 g/t Au Eq. The company plans to fold these holes into an updated mineral resource estimate in the coming months, followed by an updated PEA, and says future pit outlines will also support state and federal permitting planned for later this year.5) Gladiator Metals (TSXV: GLAD) Gladiator released final 2025 assay results from Cowley at its Whitehorse Copper Project in Yukon, led by a standout near-surface intercept: 92 metres at 1.03% copper from 2 metres, within a broader 130 metres at 0.78% copper from 2 metres, with reported molybdenum plus gold and silver. The company now describes Cowley as having a footprint of roughly 1,200m strike, 450m width, and 300m depth, and says it remains open in all directions. Management also pointed to a new sub-parallel zone and highlighted its goal of delivering a maiden NI 43-101 inferred resource in 2026, supported by further drilling once permitting allows more systematic work.Want more breaking small-cap updates like this? The evolution of mobility aids has seen significant advancements over the years, particularly in the realm of wheelchairs. Traditional wheelchairs, while essential for many individuals with mobility challenges, often fall short in providing the versatility and accessibility needed for diverse environments. This gap in functionality has led to the emergence of innovative solutions aimed at enhancing mobility for wheelchair users. One such groundbreaking development is the WheelMove, a compact and lightweight add-on that transforms any manual wheelchair into an off-road and power-assist wheelchair.Enhanced Mobility for Wheelchair UsersWheelMove, a French startup founded by Kevin Surbled, the CEO and CTO, addresses a crucial need in the mobility sector: enhancing the independence of individuals who use wheelchairs. The inspiration for WheelMove stemmed from personal experiences, particularly that of Kevin's associate, Amory, whose father-in-law faced challenges navigating difficult terrains. Recognizing the struggles faced by wheelchair users, Amory and Kevin set out to create a solution that would empower individuals to traverse a variety of environments, from grassy gardens to cobbled streets, without the constant need for assistance.Designed for PortabilityThe WheelMove device is designed to be portable and user-friendly. Weighing only 17 pounds, it can be easily carried in a backpack, allowing users to transport it without assistance. Installation is straightforward, taking just a few seconds to attach to the wheelchair. Once in place, users can activate the power-assist feature with the push of a button on a remote control, which lights up the front wheels, enabling smoother navigation over challenging surfaces. This innovative design not only enhances mobility but also fosters a sense of independence for users, allowing them to participate in social activities and outings without the barriers that traditional wheelchairs often impose. The development of WheelMove is particularly timely, given the projected increase in the global population of wheelchair users, expected to reach 75 million individuals in the coming years. As the demographic of wheelchair users expands, so does the need for solutions that cater to their diverse mobility requirements. WheelMove aims to fill this void by offering an affordable and effective product that addresses the unique challenges faced by wheelchair users. Priced at approximately 4,000 euros in Europe and around 6,000 euros in the United States, WheelMove is positioned as a cost-effective option in a market where medical devices can often be prohibitively expensive.Collaborations Bring Greater AccessibilityThe accessibility of WheelMove is further enhanced by the startup's strategy to collaborate with medical resellers and distributors. By partnering with established names in the medical and mobility sectors, WheelMove aims to ensure that its product is readily available to those who need it. This approach not only facilitates distribution but also helps raise awareness about the product among potential users and caregivers.Participation in events like the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) serves multiple purposes for WheelMove. It provides a platform to showcase their innovative product, connect with potential distributors and investors, and engage with a community that shares a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with mobility challenges. At CES, WheelMove stands among other groundbreaking technologies that have emerged from the necessity to address real-world problems, highlighting the importance of innovation in the mobility sector.ConclusionIn conclusion, WheelMove represents a significant step forward in the quest for innovative mobility solutions for wheelchair users. By addressing the specific challenges faced by individuals with mobility impairments, WheelMove not only enhances physical accessibility but also promotes independence and social inclusion. As the demand for such solutions continues to grow, the development of products like WheelMove will play a crucial role in shaping a more inclusive future for all. The journey of innovation in mobility aids is a testament to the power of empathy and creativity in addressing the needs of those who navigate the world differently.Interview by Don Baine, The Gadget Professor.Sponsored by: Get $5 to protect your credit card information online with Privacy. Episode Summary In this special live episode of the Ninja Selling Podcast, Eric Thompson records in front of a live audience at the first Ninja Installation of 2026 in Fort Collins, Colorado. Eric is joined by Denver agent Dave Hetrick of RE/MAX Professionals and Dave's Ninja Coach, Julie WIll. Dave had his best year yet in 2025, growing his business 62% year over year in a market that was essentially flat, and he broke through a major income milestone by earning just over $300,000 for the year. The central theme of the conversation is flow, specifically hyper flow, and how Dave creates massive results without asking for referrals. Dave is known in the coaching community as Mr. Gratitude, and he shares how leading every coaching call with wins and gratitude keeps him in a powerful mindset that helps him see opportunities, stay positive, and show up better for clients. Eric and Julie highlight that Dave's breakthrough came as he learned to trust the process, lean into consistency, and stay committed to incremental progress rather than perfection. Dave explains how he has structured his life around live flow through intentional networking groups, coffees, lunches, and social time with friends, turning everyday connection into a predictable business engine. He shares how he built clarity and focus by knowing his numbers, maintaining a database of 426 people, and identifying a top 100 "client base" who receive extra attention and meaningful experiences such as an intimate annual pie party. He also shares the strategy that made his pie party so effective, emphasizing that the real power is in the touches before and after the event, including calls, texts, handwritten notes, and personal deliveries. Julie shares how Dave's growth accelerated when he stopped rushing out of conversations to handle lower value tasks, and instead stayed present in relationship building while delegating operational and marketing tasks to his wife, Christine, who now works full time in the business. Dave closes by sharing his 2026 goal of 95 transactions, along with the visual accountability anchors he is using, and the creation of a "President's Club" travel reward system that celebrates their success and reinforces the life they are building. Key Takeaways Gratitude is a performance advantage and Dave uses it intentionally to fuel mindset, energy, and opportunity awareness Trusting the process creates momentum and Dave's results grew when he stopped forcing what he thought he should do and committed to what works consistently Flow fixes everything and live flow in particular becomes a predictable engine when it is scheduled and protected on the calendar Hyper flow does not require asking for referrals when relationships are nurtured with genuine care and consistent connection Incremental progress beats perfection and Dave does not miss twice because anything missed gets scheduled and corrected the following week Know your numbers because your database is your primary asset and Dave can immediately state his database size and what matters most within it Focus on a top 100 client base and give them extra love through deeper experiences and more intentional touches Events work best when you maximize the before and after touches because invitations, reminders, thank you calls, notes, and follow up visits create multiple flow opportunities Personal delivery creates outsized impact and Dave generated seven referrals from delivering cookies and handwritten notes to people who could not attend his event Networking groups are only the beginning and the real value comes from turning brief interactions into coffees, lunches, dinners, and deeper relationships Delegation increases flow capacity and Dave's wife took over tasks that do not require a license, freeing Dave to stay in high value conversations A strong warm list is built by listening for change in FORD and Dave is consistently adding people each week because he is in frequent live conversation Anchors increase accountability and a simple visual reminder can keep a goal present and actionable every day Coaching becomes leverage when it shifts from cost thinking to value thinking and when the cadence is customized to what keeps momentum alive Memorable Quotes It was not a strategy. It was a way of life Trust the process The most powerful form of flow is live flow Consistency and just doing the same things every week If you miss it once it is a mistake, miss it twice it is the start of a new habit Consistency brings power It is not just about the event, it is about what happens before and after the event What is it worth, not what does it cost Links: Website: https://ninjaselling.com/ninja-podcast/ Email: TSW@NinjaSelling.com Phone: 1-800-254-1650 Podcast Facebook Group: http://www.facebook.com/groups/TheNinjaSellingPodcast Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/NinjaSelling Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ninjasellingofficial/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/ninjaselling Upcoming Public Ninja Installations: https://NinjaSelling.com/events/list/?tribe_eventcategory%5B0%5D=183&tribe__ecp_custom_2%5B0%5D=Public Ninja Coaching: http://www.

Introduction de la recherche hybride. In this engaging episode of the HVAC School podcast, host Bryan Orr sits down with Leo and Paul Sharkey, a father-son duo of mechanical engineers who made the leap into the HVAC business. Leo and Paul share their remarkable journey of purchasing an HVAC company in September 2020 and quadrupling its revenue within five years. Their engineering backgrounds bring a refreshing, data-driven perspective to an industry that often relies on rules of thumb and outdated practices. The Sharkeys operate in the challenging Northeast market, where homes can date back to the 1600s and 1700s. They discuss the eye-opening discovery that traditional HVAC sizing methods—like the simplistic "one ton per 400 square feet" rule—fail dramatically in older housing stock. Their commitment to running thousands of Manual J calculations has transformed their approach, often resulting in smaller, more efficient systems than competitors propose. The conversation dives deep into the unique challenges of working with centuries-old New England homes, including extreme infiltration rates, non-linear heat loss curves during harsh winters, and the complications of mixing modern additions with ancient construction. Beyond sizing, Leo and Paul tackle the practical realities of heat pump installations in cold climates. They explain why turndown ratio is critical, how they handle homes with heat loads that triple their cooling loads, and when backup heating systems are truly necessary. Their consultative approach rejects the "one-size-fits-all" mentality that has flooded the market with incentive-chasing installations. They candidly discuss the problems created by Massachusetts' generous rebate programs, which have attracted fly-by-night operators who prioritize rebate qualifications over proper design and long-term performance. The episode also explores the balance between ductless and ducted systems, revealing when each approach makes economic and technical sense. The Sharkeys share fascinating case studies, from a 1748 house with the equivalent of a full-size door's worth of air leakage to underground concrete dome homes requiring specialized dehumidification. Their willingness to take on complex projects that other contractors avoid demonstrates how engineering thinking, combined with trade expertise, can solve challenging HVAC problems. This conversation is essential listening for anyone serious about understanding cold climate HVAC design, building science principles, and what it takes to deliver quality comfort solutions in real-world conditions. At the Threshold is a short arts–health monologue that explores Alzheimer's through time, pause, and listening. Drawing on lived observation, personhood thinking, and the experience of apraxia, the piece focuses not on loss of memory, but on moments where action, recognition, and agreement arrive out of sequence — and sometimes return. Structured around the sound of wind moving through a room, the monologue invites the listener to stand in the space before decisions are made: where consent is not refusal, stillness is not absence, and waiting becomes a form of care. This work sits between theatre, medical humanities, and sound piece. It is an invitation to imagine the other — not as someone disappearing, but as someone navigating changing thresholds of access, timing, and recognition. Listeners are invited, at the end, to close the door if they wish.

The Kraus EZ‑Shift of M8 and Twin Cam motors is a popular aftermarket shift assist for Harley-Davidson motorcycles designed to improve the feel and ease of gear changes. It works by altering the shift linkage's leverage ratio so that finding neutral — especially from a stop — becomes much easier and more positive, which can reduce clutch wear by allowing riders to drop into neutral quickly and release the clutch instead of dragging it at lights. Made in the USA from high-quality billet aluminum, the device bolts on in just a few minutes and is compatible with both stock and many aftermarket shift levers. Riders report smoother, more confident shifts across all gears, with up to about 20% less effort required compared to stock linkage feel. What's REALLY Going On Behind the Scenes… The Stealthport Motorcycle Battery Charging & Accessory Port and related Stealthport adapters are aftermarket solutions for Harley-Davidson riders who want a clean, factory-style connection point for charging their bike's battery or powering accessories without dealing with the standard dangling SAE pigtail. Instead of fumbling with the loose cable under the bike, a Stealthport install mounts a low-profile port in a convenient location on the frame or bodywork, using existing threaded holes on many Softail, Touring, and other Harley models. Once installed, the port connects to your bike's OEM battery tender lead, giving you a weather-protected, easily accessible charging point that can also be used for heated gear or other 12 V accessories — all while keeping the look tidy and integrated. Installation is typically straightforward and reversible, and multiple mounting options let you choose how hidden or accessible you want the port to be. Sponsor-Ciro 3D CLICK HERE! Caroline Bourgeault, a Ninja Realtor® in Pueblo, Colorado, became the #1 agent in her market in just two and a half years. A mother of four (including a newborn) and a recent Ninja Installation graduate, Caroline shares how intentionality, discipline, and deep care for her "extended family" of clients have fueled her rapid rise, without a traditional assistant. Caroline, originally from Australia and now thriving in Pueblo, Colorado, has built a high-production, relationship-based business on pace for 100 transactions in 2025, following 91 transactions in her first full year. She discovered Ninja through the Ninja Selling book, then flew to the Installation seven months pregnant, choosing to double down on her commitment by also enrolling in Ninja Coaching with Steve Mangelson. Shortly after her Installation, Caroline experienced a complicated C-section and a ruptured uterus, yet she continued her affirmations, gratitudes, and even wrote contracts from the hospital. Guided by her mantra of "God and gratitude before the grind," she built work/life harmony by scheduling what matters most first: breastfeeding, family, mindset, then layering her Ninja Nine and client work around those priorities. Caroline treats her 350-person database as extended family, organizing detailed FORD notes and staying in consistent flow through texts, personalized touches, and thoughtfully designed 8-in-8 campaigns. She also leverages housewarming parties, staging expertise, and hyper-personal gifts to make real estate deeply relational, not transactional. Steve adds powerful insight into how her success comes not from tactics alone, but from who she has become: a person whose business is simply an expression of service and love. Key Takeaways Momentum Is Consistency, Not Noise: Caroline's success is built on the belief that "momentum isn't loud, it's consistent," and that small, steady habits compound. Ninja Your Way: She customizes Ninja, leaning on staging skills, math strengths, and an internal scoreboard for her Ninja Nine. Database as Extended Family: Her 350-person "extended family" is tracked with detailed FORD notes and regularly updated insights, not just static contact records. Structured 8-in-8 Follow-Up: After meeting someone (often at a housewarming party), she runs a pre-planned eight-touch sequence of texts, calls, reviews, and face-to-face meetings. Housewarming Parties as Flow Engines: Streamlined, repeatable celebrations for buyers deepen relationships, generate introductions, and create natural reasons to stay in flow. Work–Life Harmony Through Scheduling: "Priorities don't fight for space; they get scheduled," she built her calendar around feeding a newborn, family, mindset, and then business. Service as the Business Model: Caroline's guiding question is: How can I use this to serve more people? The relationship itself is the leverage. Memorable Quotes "Momentum isn't loud. It's consistent." "Discipline doesn't disappear, it adapts." "God and gratitude before the grind." "Priorities don't fight for space; they get scheduled." "Show up, serve up, and keep swimming." "This is not transactional, this is relational." "If you love on people, you will serve them like no other."
