Joe has directed independent films such as Laughing Boy, Dead of Night, Lars the Emo Kid and Conjoined. In previous episodes, Andrew and former guest Gabe have talked about the Houston Mass Murders and Dean Corll, well Joe took the challenge and played Dean in a movie Called “In a Madmans World” that was filmed in 2013 but has not been released yet. Joe gives reasons why the film is not out and and explains what it was like to play Dean without knowing too much about the man himself, because spoiler alert, Dean died before anybody knew about the murders he committed and there are so many unanswered questions that surround dean and this whole case itself. Joe and Andrew also discuss the new Batman fan film called The Bat that is set to come out soon, in that Joe plays the Joker and he explains talk the difference between playing a fictional murderer and a real murderer and its really interesting what he has to say about that.
