In this episode, I give some insight into the collective energy that seems to be going on in the world right now and share where I've been. Sometimes 'glowing up and vibing high' isn't so cut and dry. But when we know where we are, we can move forward. If you are in a similar season, know that you're not alone and a better day will come! Do what you can to let go of what doesn't serve you, get clear about how you're feeling and take baby steps towards your heart's desire and focus on how you want to feel; but don't beat yourself up if you don't shift into your best self but so quickly. You will get there a little at a time; just start by getting clear on where you are and what is coming up for you. The rest will follow.

Many of the thoughts and beliefs that we hold today as adults, became ingrained in us as children. This is why so many times, we stay stuck in a feeling or stuck in 'in-action', or we don't like the results we get when we do take action. As we enter the week of Thanksgiving here in the U.S., and stemming from last week's episode on gratitude, I'm reminded of the importance of being present and staying present in the day to day, and especially in the face of anxiety and overwhelm. Eckhart Tolle said "Gratitude is an essential part of being present. When you go deeply into the present, gratitude rises spontaneously." In today's episode, I provide tools and tips and personal experiences from the last few weeks to show how I have been able to effectively stay present and keep a (mostly) high vibe feeling through the day to day busy-ness that can create anxiety and overwhelm. Here we go! I explain my why of creating this podcast, and realize that I am taking messy, perfectly imperfect action by just starting. Action is the antidote to fear. Many times that's what life is all about. When we feel stuck or uninspired, ‘just start.' Micro actions can take us far slowly but surely.
