For starters, It's a Final Four that we haven't seen in 17 years. All four one seeds are standing. Auburn-Florida. Duke-Houston will battle it out to see who'll match up in the championship game on Monday night. I'll preview both games, which is the one game that the country (and the networks) want to see, as we get ready for what we'll hope will be an epic clash of the titans come Saturday evening in San Antonio. (20:38) We're down to the final ten days of the NBA season. There's not much to talk about in the East. Out West is intriguing. I'll check the landscape and provide an update as to where we stand with the current playoff seedings. I'll touch on Ja Morant's latest incident, this time on the court and what could possibly come out of that? Anthony Davis's breakout game vs. Atlanta. The aftermath of the brawl between the Pistons-Timberwolves, with official ownership to one time MLB player Alex Rodriguez. And the Hall of Fame calls on Carmelo Anthony. There seems to be no World Series hangover in LA as the Dodgers are 154 wins for perfection. Same for the Padres as well. Will the Braves ever win a game in light of them losing their LF on an 80 PED suspension? There were a couple of signings to two infielders in MLB that'll be addressed. (56:03) With the NFL Draft three weeks from today, there have been some rule changes regarding overtime and the kickoff that has me a bit puzzled. Browns owner Jimmy Haslem admitted that the Deshaun Watson trade was a big swing and a miss. Will he draft a QB with the second pick overall later this month? Ethereum's transition from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake created a unique set of conditions (i.e. lack of protocol-level delegation, 32 ETH requirement, long exit queues, etc.) that led to Lido's liquid staking model to gain huge traction, significantly eclipsing other LSD providers on native PoS chains. stETH added on-demand liquidity, bypassing withdrawal windows, while also increasing DeFi utilization and increasing yields. Moreover, by allowing users to stake any amount of ETH in pools, it removed the requirement for 32 ETH increments, ultimately improving decentralisation through long tail distribution of individual stakers. Lido V3 introduces modular stVaults which enable staking customization. (free crochet pattern on Ravelry). Yarn has a lot of twist, got all tangly and we stayed after to untangle it together while other cast members performed on stage. On the first night of rehearsal one of my cast-mates asked about my knitting and through that conversation we figured out we've worked together before. She was the choreographer when I was in a production of Crazy for You at a local community college when I was in high school. I wore my Aurealis sweater (Ravelry Project Page) one night to music rehearsal and my friend Deana complimented it and I told her I knit it! Laura's sock drawer! We enjoyed visiting the Sphere to see the Postcards from Earth documentary. We checked out the Bellagio Conservatory for their beautiful display of Easter decor/flowers. Knitting at craps table with Jeff. The manager told me he doesn't see many firsts anymore but I was the first person he'd ever seen knitting in a casino before. He came back a few minutes later asking what I was making- definitely intrigued. It took until the last day- walking through New York New York to find Wizard of Oz slots Mom loved best. It was obviously a bittersweet trip. Ryan Wilson said it best when he said before talking about 2 winners- in some ways this is the most important year because its the first one without Mom and we're still doing it. More often, what works best is to start something new (or pick back up something that is exciting you). Ideally something small like a hat or a toy so you get that dopamine hit of finishing something fun to get those creative juices flowing. Search your Ravelry favorite or queue, browse Instagram or Pinterest and let yourself day dream a little. Creative time should be fun so find the fun and you'll be excited to get back into things. Author and professor Mauro Guillén joins the Talent Angle to explain how generational labels, such as “baby boomers” or “millennials,” can be counterproductive in the workplace. Guillén offers an alternative vision of a postgenerational society and advocates for a workplace in which individuals are not confined by their age. He urges HR leaders to instill a “perennial” mindset in their organizations to foster intergenerational collaboration and engage diverse talent pools.   Mauro F. Guillén is one of the most original thinkers at the Wharton School, where he is a professor of management and vice dean for the MBA for Executives Program. He combines his training as a sociologist at Yale and as a business economist in his native Spain to methodically identify and quantify the most promising opportunities at the intersection of demographic, economic and technological developments. He has received Fulbright and Guggenheim fellowships, was honored with the Aspen Institute's Faculty Pioneer Award, and was elected to the Macro Organizational Behavior Society and the Sociological Research Association.   Peter Aykens is chief of research in Gartner's human resources practice. He is responsible for defining research coverage within the practice and building and leading research teams that address clients' key initiatives. In prior roles at the firm, he spent over 25 years leading research teams focused on banking and financial services strategy, producing numerous studies that addressed business strategy, channels, marketing, customer experience and product issues in financial services. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from St. Olaf College; a master's degree in international politics from the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth (now known as Aberystwyth University); and a master's degree and a doctorate in political science from Brown University.
