This is the perfect guest for the week leading up to the HDI conference in Orlando next week!Terri Oropeza is known throughout the IT Services and Support Community by those in the know. I like to call Glenn Cruz the coach of all coaches. He's soft spoken, humble, but don't let that fool you. He's the founder of Coach Management Consulting, a practicing IT leader at UC Berkeley and a certified badass coach in Volleyball, IT, and life.
