In this episode I speak with author/podcaster Alan McGill based in the US. Alan wrote and narrated ‘A Cry in the Moon's Night' audio drama. It's a fantasy story Alan has written and self-published along with producing the podcast version of the same story. The story was listed on Podbean's Top 10 in Fiction Drama in 2021.This episode by the way was recorded on New Year's day for myself and in the ultimate hour of 2021 for Alan. I don't usually release podcasts so long after they are recorded, but my schedule because of covid as been just one factor in its delay.Together we talk about the story, its success, of course the inspiration for the story and sequel. Some have low expectations, those passionate about the source material have something higher. Dan and Dave aren’t doing a good job and are robbing us. “The Long Night” is one example of the failure of the writing on the show in 2019.
