The Shaping a Life You Love podcast is an incredible source of inspiration and motivation. From the moment I started listening, I was captivated by Jojo's enthusiasm and genuine passion for helping others. The episodes I've listened to so far have not only kept me interested, but they have also sparked my curiosity and left me with a desire to learn more. It feels like I'm hanging out with friends, learning about their lives and memories, which creates such a sweet and intimate experience.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the reminder of community and the power of simplicity. In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and forget about the importance of connection and taking time for oneself. The podcast highlights these aspects in such a magical way, emphasizing their relevance even more in today's society. Jojo has a talent for expressing these concepts with clarity, making them easy to understand and incorporate into daily life.

Another great aspect of this podcast is Jojo's ability to inspire her listeners. Her words are filled with wisdom, positivity (but not the toxic kind!), and honesty. She speaks from real-life experiences and offers practical advice that can be easily implemented. Listening to her speak feels like having a cup of tea with a close friend you've always wished for but never had until now.

While I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to this podcast, there really aren't any major negatives that come to mind. If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be that each episode leaves me wanting more. The content is so engaging that I find myself eagerly waiting for the next episode to be released so that I can continue my journey of personal growth.

In conclusion, The Shaping a Life You Love podcast is an absolute gem. It provides an inspiring and thought-provoking experience that stays with you long after you've finished listening. Jojo's genuine enthusiasm and purpose shine through in every episode, lifting spirits and encouraging listeners to keep moving forward. Whether you're feeling stuck or simply looking for a dose of positivity, this podcast is the perfect companion.

In “Who Are You, Really?” Jo Jo takes the time to share how she emotionally balances being a parent and pursuing her dreams. There is no balancing act because she loves being a parent and her children reflect back what she has poured in to them.    It isn't the same for every person and that is okay. In a world where we are told we aren't enough in many ways such as careers, relationships and parenting, Jo Jo is sharing how you don't have to miss out on who you really are, not matter how you identify first.    This episode is not only inspiring for parents, but for anyone who may have just a little more buried inside. There is still time to bring it out and make the impact on the world you have always dreamed of! Are you having a realization about who you are or what you want to do next? Jo Jo would love to hear from you! It is so important to live in the "now" with loved ones and your community. In this episode Jo Jo talks about how she and her family have worked together to center themselves, so that life feels like the holidays more often. Setting the intention to live and love is so important.  The most important goal of the year is spreading the love and community support that is shown around the Christmas season all year round. One idea is “Christmas in June” where the world could ramp up the joy, love and giving in the middle of the year, and not wait a full 12 months. People are always in need. With these priorities, there are so many successes, large and small. Jo Jo invites you to share your successes via email info@jojosdance.com, Instagram @jojos.dance or connect on her personal Facebook Page: Callie Rich Neal or @jojosdancestudio
