My issues grew bigger and bigger, so I resorted to prescription medication. It helped me for a short time, but it quickly turned dark.I hit rock bottom and realized I had to change my lifestyle. I cannot continue living like this. So that's what I did. My lifestyle completely changed for the better, which helped me heal mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Food was my enemy and I really feared it, which led me down a dark route. After reaching rock bottom, I knew I had to change. I did not have a choice. In today's episode, I open up about my relationship with alcohol and partying. Alcohol seemed to cause more negatives than positives. It took me down a dark path. Luckily, I got out of the party scene at a young age and discovered what was important in my life. However, alcohol was still present and it affected my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Once I started my sober curious journey, life felt happy and fun.
