PROUD TO BE DIFFERENT is a powerful episode with my dear friend, producer Aaron H. We both decided to dig in deep and explore love & sexuality from a bisexual point of view and see how we both felt about that particular sexual identification being a bit like a bastard child amongst the others. Aaron vulnerably shares about his upbringing and the events that shaped his sexuality in the long run. After all, bisexual men are in the minority. And society accepts bisexual women quicker, partly due to a one-sided representation on most porn sites. Listen in for yourself to see where you land when it comes to sexual orientation, gender, sex etc. From all of us to you: Happy Pride Month! I recently decided that I would dedicate the next 100 episodes or so of my podcast to implement all the tools and strategies I had learned from the first 100 episodes. I see it as my Ph.D. in the exploration on intimacy. Now it's time to bring my wife on the show again and find out where we stand as husband and wife. The next episode will be with my wife and we'll get real about our marriage so that I can create implementation strategies on how to become the husband of her dreams. Listen in and feel the change of direction. We're excited and I hope you guys are too! Much love! For more information on this podcast, visit www.youlovelifepodcast.com

The HBO documentary "Leaving Neverland" (Part 1+2), as well as Oprah's interview special with Michael Jackson's two accusers Wade Robson and James Safechuck, really touched a nerve in me and I wanted to express my opinion on the matter as well as propose some tangible steps we as parents can take to prevent our children from ever having to face such a dilemma. HAPPY SELF LOVE DAY is a delightful conversation with my favorite guest, my wife Tatiana. On this commercially created 'day of love' we both examined what Valentine's Day means to both of us. What if we changed it to 'Self Love' day? Wouldn't that make sense since so many of us rush around in life looking for someone to complete us? When in fact nobody can do that for us. We have to do it for ourselves first before we can truly love someone. Listen in and let us know what you think... For more information on this podcast, visit www.youlovelifepodcast.com

LAZY SELFISH LOVER is a personal declaration of selfishness and laziness in the area of love, sex, and intimacy with my wife. As a husband, I have miserably failed in the past to really satisfy my wife's needs. In the literal sense. I have been selfish in seeking pleasure and not giving pleasure and not every really paying attention to what my wife needed. I wanted to share my thoughts on this subject with the world and I hope you find some value in it. Maybe you're also a lazy selfish lover waiting to come clean and admit it to your partner? Maybe you know someone who is? Please feel free to share the episode with friends and family and let's all get real here. Nobody is perfect. Everybody can take their relationship to the next level. I urge you to listen to this podcast if you are not complete with either one or both of your parents. Being 'not complete' simply means that you still carry resentments about them that you are unwilling to let go. Look, it's not gonna happen overnight - it's a life long process. WANDERLUST is a fun, in-depth look into an open relationship between filmmaker Imari and healer Vero. The two are completely in love with each other and consider their relationship a 'home base' for their love. But the two have given each other complete freedom to be with whomever they choose to at any given moment. They can have sex with someone else, they can flirt, kiss, make out, do foreplay and more if they so choose to. But there is a common agreement that they do not lie to each other or hide pertinent information from each other. They firmly believe that having an open relationship is more freeing than being in a committed relationship. Sure, they are also committed to each other and especially to each other's growth, but they don't believe in monogamy... at least not at this point in their lives. Listen in and find out who they both got there, what their fears and desires are, and especially listen in if you've ever considered an open relationship. @freeimari @verojamie For more information on the podcast, visit www.youlovelifepodcast.com

ATTENTION DEFICIT DILEMMA was a must-record episode for me today, after a small but extremely significant epiphany I had last night while out biking along the beach with my 9-year old son. Ever since he was diagnosed with ADHD about 3 years ago by 'medical professionals', my wife and I have been on a quest to find alternative ways to 'heal' him. We don't believe in medicating our son and so for us it's always been about finding ways to change the environment, the diet, the family dynamic and so on. We are big believers of 'digging deeper' and continuing to take full responsibility for what's present in our family. Even if it's something that our society might consider a 'disorder' or a 'medical fact'. Last night, I saw the term ADD or ADHD for the first time in a new light... this episode will give you insight into that epiphany and I hope that you take away a nugget or two for your own life or share this with someone who has a child affected by this so-called 'disorder' (I cringe when I say this word). WE ARE WHAT WE LEARN is a quick but dense rant about how 'hand-me-down' parenting shapes the way we are in the world. It creates patterns that essentially are not our own. Sure, we are now the owner of those patterns, but we can stop them running our lives at anytime and create our own, new patterns that serve us instead of run us. But what does it take to interrupt them? How do we identify them? When did they start? What happened back then when we were children? I wanted to explore some of these thoughts in this rant and I hope you enjoy it. For more information on the podcast, visit www.youlovelifepodcast.com
