Dive into the truth behind UFOs with Rocky Mountain UFO Podcast Episode 133, where we unpack Luis Elizondo's explosive 2024 book, Imminent: Inside the Pentagon's Hunt for UFOs. Join us as we explore Elizondo's groundbreaking insider account of the U.S. government's clandestine efforts to investigate Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) and the seismic shift from secrecy to disclosure. In this riveting episode, we dissect Elizondo's revelations about the Pentagon's Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), the shocking evidence of UAP incursions over nuclear facilities, and the decades-long cover-up rooted in projects like the Robertson Panel and Condon Report. Discover chilling cases like the Nimitz “Tic Tac” encounter, the USS Roosevelt incidents, and the Brazilian Colares mass sightings—all backed by military reports, pilot testimonies, and declassified documents. Christopher Mellon's foreword sets the stage, hailing Elizondo as a pivotal figure in transforming UAP from a taboo topic to a national security priority. Learn how Elizondo's resignation sparked a chain reaction, leading to Congressional hearings, Senate-backed transparency efforts, and bombshell testimonies from figures like David Grusch and Commander Dave Fravor. We delve into the Pentagon's alleged “Legacy Program” to reverse-engineer crashed UAP tech, the eerie “hitchhiker effect” at Skinwalker Ranch, and the shadowy “Collins Elite” faction blocking progress. Elizondo's book challenges humanity to confront an imminent paradigm shift—whether UAP represent existential threats, extraterrestrial visitors, or a cosmic reality we're finally ready to acknowledge. Perfect for UFO enthusiasts and skeptics alike, this episode breaks down Elizondo's call for transparency, the science behind “the observables,” and what the future holds for UAP disclosure. Don't miss our analysis of Senator Schumer's declassification push, Lockheed Martin's rumored involvement, and the theological implications of redefining humanity's place in the universe. Tune in now to Rocky Mountain UFO Podcast Episode 133 for an eye-opening deep dive into Imminent—the book reshaping the global conversation about UFOs, government secrecy, and the truth that's closer than ever. Fans of the podcast should be familiar with Jim Ristow. He was the 2nd guest ever way back on Episode 3 and I reference him all the time. At that time he was a 10X Ironman Finisher and had plans to finish 2 more to become eligible for Ironman's Legacy Program.  His long-time dream was to "race" on the famous course in Kona, HI.Just 4 days after completing IMFL for his 12th full distance race, Jim agreed to share what the experience has been since we last spoke. He's changed jobs, moved to a new state and had to regroup after his original plan didn't work out the way he thought it would.Jim, in my opinion, exemplifies what it takes to be called and Ironman. He is resilient, determined, preservant and strong both physically and mentally. We congratulate Jim on his achievement, will be thinking about him as he prepares to take on a new challenge and routing/following him on race day.

2. No te preocupes. Ocúpate. Si tiene solución lo resuelves y si no tiene solución, ¿qué vas a hacer? 3. No te juntes con gente que te limite, júntate con gente que piense que todo es posible aunque no lo sea. Porque you never know, amenos que lo trates. In the episode we hear from 11 time Ironman Finisher, Vicki Muir Cherin. Vicki is signed up and will be going for finish #12 at Ironman Texas on April 22, 2022. Vicki currently lives in Boca Raton, FL with her husband and they 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. Vicki talks through how she got introduced to the sport of triathlon. Because of an injury, she had gained some weight. After the birth of her granddaughter, she found that walker her in the stroller allow her to become more active without pain. Six months and 60lbs lighter Vicki no longer required medication for pain management. Vicki explains that her original plan was to complete every Ironman race in the upper 48 states. When the Legacy Program was announced she realized that would be a great opportunity to race Kona. She actually lived in Hawaii when she was younger. When I ask her how she's feeling coming into IMTX, Vicki says that she is feeling good. Her back is not giving her trouble and she's been able to get in quality work. She seems particularly satisfied with her bike workouts.Vicki gives a little history of when she met Jim Ristow. Jim was my guest on episode #3 in July of 2021. I We learn that Jim's wife Kim, who has been referred to as “the world's best sherpa,” as taught Vicki's daughter all that she needs to know and is now Vicki's sherpa. I announce that Kim has agreed to be a guest on an upcoming episode where I hope to get her to provide insight into how to best assist an athlete during race weekend.Because Vicki has been on the quest to finish 12 full distance races and qualify to race in “Kona” and because in May 2022 Ironman will hold the World Championships somewhere other than Hawaii for the very first time, I ask Vicki her thoughts. Because of the current uncertainty of if/when the World Championships are actually going to return to Kona and the ongoing concern of her back, she acknowledges that she would welcome the opportunity to race in St. George, UT if invited. Our conversion gets real when Vicki talks about the recent passing of her mom. Her mom loved Hawaii and Vicki has plans to return there to memorialize her either as part of Ironman or not. We talk about how small the world can be sometimes. John Lueder, who I met at IMTX in 2018 and was my 1st guest in Episode 1, was with Vicki on course in Santa Rosa a few years back. John provided support to Vicki during the run portion when her back was giving her trouble.I take the opportunity to provide a little insight and course recon for the IMTX road conditions. The last time Vicki raced in Texas the bike course went through the Sam Houston forest. The Hardy Toll, while relatively flat, has its challenges.Since part of the Legacy Program requirement is to complete at least one full distance race per year until your “Kona” opportunity is realized, I ask Vicki what race see is targeting after completed her 12th at IMTX. She acknowledges that she and Jim have had that conversation and the plan is to race IMTX in 2022. Which means that when she finishes IMTX in 2022 she will have almost a full year to do something other than triathlon! I eventually get around to asking Vicki what bike she rides. At the time of the recording, she shares that she is on a “basic” Cervelo P3 that she actually has to “shift the gears.” Since the recording, she has ordered a new Cervelo with Di2 and disc brakes. IMTX is scheduled to be the last race on her P3.As expected, Vicki shares some insight and wisdom that she's learned over the years as well as her plan to dye her hair purple to promote Dementia awareness. Vascular Dementia is what Vicki's mom was diagnosed with before her death. We wish Vicki and Jim both well as they attempt to finish their 12th full distance Ironman race on May 23, 2022.

For many donors, the largest gift they will ever make to charity is the one they leave in their will. Carrying on their legacy and keeping alive the values that were important to your donors in their lifetime is a tremendous responsibility. It's also a tremendous opportunity for you to increase your organization's impact in the world. Most donors only include charities in their will that have done a great job of communicating shared values, stewarding them, and building the kinds of relationships that are mutually uplifting and significant. That's why the state of your legacy giving program is also a great indicator of the overall health of your fundraising operations—because valuable donor relationships don't happen overnight. If you are ready to launch, build, or improve your legacy giving program, today's show is for you.We are talking to Hala Al-Madi from Amnesty International. Hala has been the Legacy Giving Marketing Officer at Amnesty International in Ottawa Canada since 2013. ACCEPT YOURSELF BEFORE YOU WRECK YOURSELF is a powerful rant about a recent breakthrough (or awareness) I've had. To be exact, it happened at 7:15PM on August 1st, 2018 on the second level staircase of my home. I will remember this time, day and place for the rest of my life. It was an undeniable awareness that washed over me as I was walking down the stairs to go to my weekly leadership program (Legacy Program at MITT in Culver City, CA). A conscious presence simply said "What if you just accept yourself." Not a question mark, just a period. A statement. I thought to myself, what if? What if I actually and finally accepted myself for who I am and who I'm not? And all I could come up with was a clear and powerful 'Yes'. In that moment I had left behind 48 years of blame, shame, self-hatred, sadness, fear and more... I was free. I hope this episode will inspire many of you to start the process to tap into the same kind of freedom! For more information on the podcast, visit www.youlovelifepodcast.com

I hope everyone is enjoying their Memorial Day. However you recognize the holiday, I hope you take a moment to remember those that paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country. In theme with Memorial Day, we'll be looking at the Veterans Legacy Program on this week's podcasts. The Veterans Legacy Program (VLP) is National Cemetery's Administration's educational outreach initiative. Their mission is to memorialize our nation's Veterans through sharing their stories of service and sacrifice. They partner with universities, schools, teachers, professors, and students of all levels to research Veterans interred in NCA cemeteries and how they contributed to their country as service members, and how they contributed to their community as Veterans. First, on a Benefits Breakdown edition of the show, I bring on Bryce Carpenter, Educational Outreach Programs Manager for NCA and a proud Army veteran. Bryce will tell us about the inception of the program, the value it brings to our community, how schools are using it for education, and how it has impacted him as a Veteran.
