WHERE IS THE C*M!?! No seriously you guys that's the question we're asking today and also apparently…. men are BEGGING for this? News to me.On today's episode, I sit down with L.R. Fox, founder of NEXT Life Sciences - the man creating birth control for men among other science breakthroughs for both men and women. That's right - GET EXCITED because it's finally here. Ladies... we're almost free!!We break down Plan A—the non-hormonal male “IUD,” a hydrogel designed to prevent pregnancy for up to 10 years and be reversed whenever he's ready for a baby. Boom, bam—it's baby making time. We also get into the PausePill, an on-demand birth control pill for men. Guys in relationships could take it daily, while the single lads could pop one just two hours before sex for 24 hours of protection. INSANE, RIGHT?! But perhaps not as insane as one unexpected side effect.... it may help men last longer.Ladies, forget flowers. One day, the hottest anniversary gift might be your man looking you in the eyes and saying, “Babe, you can get off birth control. I've got this.”SEND THIS EPISODE TO YOUR MAN BECAUSE HIS TIME IS COMING... AND IT'S TIME TO STEP IT UP.Learn more about Plan A, the Pause Pill and everything NEXT Life Sciences is developing:Plan A for MenNEXT Life SciencesFollow L.R.Fox and PlanAForMen on Instagram.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

The high-value, low-price gym floor doesn't look — or feel — like it did a decade ago, and the operators who've caught on are the ones pulling ahead. Todd Scartozzi, the COO of Retro Fitness, joined the Club Solutions Magazine podcast to unpack how strength training, recovery amenities and a hospitality mindset are reshaping what members expect from an HVLP membership and why clubs that ignore the shift risk falling behind. Scartozzi traces his path from two decades in hotel operations to running Retro Fitness' growth engine. He digs into Gen Z and Millenial members' pivot toward strength and specialized training, how recovery has moved from an add-on amenity to table stakes and why value perception — not price alone — now drives HVLP loyalty. For operators rethinking their floor plan or membership tiers, Scartozzi's playbook offers a concrete blueprint. Subscribe to our Newsletter: https://clubsolutionsmagazine.com/new... Was steckt hinter diesem ausdruckslosen Ausdruck?

With so many listeners asking for this episode...and with the timing feeling more relevant than ever, there's never been a better moment to revisit this eye-opening discussion. We've all been handed the same blueprint for a successful life: get married, buy a house, have kids, retire someday. But what if that path isn't yours—and what if your financial plan shouldn't be either?Lo is joined by Dr. Jay Zigmont, PhD, MBA, CFP®, bestselling author, founder of Childfree Wealth®, and one of the nation's leading financial planners specializing in childfree adults. Show Notes A wholesome movie about the friendship between a grown man and a child - no, really. We watched the video game adventure Wreck-It Ralph. Ralph and Vanellope share multiple things - a desire to be appreciated and drive to show what they can do as well as the sense of humor of a six-year-old boy. For a movie full of fart jokes and swearing retro video game characters, there is a ton of heart, great sight gags, a healthy dose of nostalgia (shout out Millenials) and puns galore. Also a fantastic Ed Wynn - er, Alan Tudyk - performance. A detour into gender and fraud data, including a striking stat Kelly cites from a colleague's fire department embezzlement research: women make up only about 3% of fire department staff but account for roughly 28% of thefts. Melissa admits her own SIU team doesn't currently track gender breakdowns — but wants to start. From Direct Bill Clerk to SIU Investigator Melissa traces her 12-year (and counting) career at Crum & Forster: a psychology degree from Ramapo College, an entry-level insurance ops job in 2014, a move into policy operations, and a leap into the Special Investigations Unit as an analyst in 2017 after spotting an internal job posting. She was promoted to investigator in 2022 and now works alongside a nationwide SIU team of 15–16 people. Why Insurers Have the Data Advantage Kelly and Melissa talk shop on how much visibility insurance companies have into patterns of behavior — from claims data to spending anomalies — and how that data gets put to work across property/casualty, auto, workers' comp, and even pet insurance claims.Building the "OSINT Millennial" Brand Melissa describes how she got into public speaking after approaching fellow investigator Joe Stevenson at a conference in Hersheypark in 2019, which led to her first joint presentation. She's since built her own social-media-investigations talks under the "OSINT Millennial" tagline, using only publicly available content (never her active casework) to teach audiences — including a recent stop in Leominster, MA that packed the room.Industry ShoutoutsOsmosisCon and Cynthia Hetherington — Melissa has FOMO for missing this year's conference and hopes to attend next year.Ritu Gill and other women in the OSINT/investigations space Melissa admires and reshares often.Christina Fiscella— noted for her work on gray-collar crime and elder fraud cases.Hank Asher/"Hank Venice" (as referenced in the episode) and Brian from Diligentia Group — mentors and friends from the investigations conference circuit.Age, Assumptions, and Social Media Investigations A deep dive into why investigators shouldn't assume older subjects are "off the grid" — and why understanding how each platform works (not just whether someone uses it) is the real skill in OSINT investigations.Fraud in Pop Culture Melissa's take: reality TV like Survivor is basically fraud and manipulation for sport. Kelly recommends checking out a Hacks episode (Season 5) with a surprisingly relevant survivor-style storyline.Investigative Philosophy: "Dig" and "Trust but Triangulate" Both hosts bond over shared investigator vocabulary — the instinct to "dig," and Kelly's own mantra, "trust but triangulate," as a more generous alternative to "trust but verify."Ball Hockey — More Than a Hobby Melissa opens up about her ball hockey career, playing internationally (including in the Dominican Republic) and around the U.S. (Nashville, Buffalo, Vegas), plus a women's league in South Jersey. She credits the sport with building a diverse, tight-knit community — and even a professional networking connection with a teammate who works in arson investigation.NJSIA Shoutout Melissa is a board member and incoming Vice President of the New Jersey Special Investigators Association (NJSIA), which is gearing up for its 35th annual conference and networking seminar in Atlantic City this year. All are welcome to attend.https://www.linkedin.com/in/melissajones33/https://www.instagram.com/osintmillennial/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6P0m2KpUWA

On this episode of “Tommy Talk,” Tommy discusses why we all need a '90s kind of summer. Nostalgia is having a major moment, and fascination with the '90s has only grown over the past year. Maybe it’s because we crave simpler times. Maybe it’s because we want to reconnect with some of our favorite memories. Tommy reflects on what made summers in the ’90s so special, from carefree days and unplugged adventures to the sense of being wild and free. He also shares ways we can recapture that magic today and bring a little more of that nostalgic '90s summer spirit into our lives.Subscribe, rate, and leave a written review if you enjoy this conversation! Let's talk about… Love Island and why KC needs to leave my screen. Why arguing online is pointless once you remember how dumb the average person is. More nightmare dates, why you should NEVER give the ugly guy a chance, the craziest lies men have told women via Reddit, and why I'm pressing pause on the podcast this summer.. so this is our last episode for NOW

Violet is back with another Series of Unfortunate Events, and this time she's unpacking her “Coming to America” origin story. From her first deeply questionable attempt at fitting in, to the accessory that made her feel like the coolest Russian alive, to one night where being included maybe should've come with a warning label, this episode is peak Violet: embarrassing, unfiltered, and one bad decision away from a Dateline reenactment. Don't trust everything you're handed, don't trust gas station sushi, and for the love of God, Google first. Thanks to our sponsors:Nutrafol: Receive $10 off your first month's subscription and free shipping when you visit Nutrafol.com and enter promo code DADDYISSUES.Shopify: Sign up for your one-dollar-per-month trial today at SHOPIFY.COM/daddyissuesSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
