Taking it a step further, the boys were joined by gun AFL reporter Josh Gabelich and the discussion included:* The Jack Ginnivan deal and everything that it entails. An ANZAC Day medalist as a 19 year old and where he fits in this Hawthorn team;* Brandon Ryan, we hardly knew ye. A massive deal where Ryan effectively gave Hawthorn the ability to bring Jack Gunston home and get Mabior Chol over the line to transform the Hawthorn forward line; * We said farewell to Jacob Koschitzke and hinted at what he could provide for the Tigers;* Questioned if Massimo D'Ambrosio would walk into the Hawks team or if that spot was already earmarked for Changkouth Jiath;* Looked at the points Hawthorn accumulated for this years draft, and what sort of points we would need for McCabe and Dear;* And so, so much more…Thank you to everyone for their support over the Trade Period, we've thoroughly enjoyed bringing you rolling coverage of what turned out to be a hectic period. Please consider a paid subscription to Hawks Insiders to get access to paid content that free subscriptions won't allow you access to. Subscribe to Hawks Insiders for all the news through Hawthorn-tinted glasses and more exclusive content. The second to last day of the Trade Period and although no official Hawthorn deals were done, there was PLENTY of action as far as the Hawks were concerned.A couple of late scratching's meant that Danny hosted a rag tag bunch of Hawthorn nuffies including Brad, Simon, AJ and Nat. The boys got about discussing everything Trade Period Final Day eve:* The first point of call was unpacking the Jack Ginnivan news and Brad dropped a bomb off the bat, claiming he'd been told that Ginnivan will be a Hawk tomorrow;* Discussions around Brandon Ryan and his worth to the Hawks and the Lions. Would we take a future second round pick if Ryan wanted the security of the three year deal on the table from Brisbane; * The Mabior Chol and Jacob Koschitzke deals seem destined to become one;* Allowing Massimo D'Ambrosio to walk to the Hawks as a delisted free agent would free the Hawks up to focus on other deals;* Jack Gunston and what he would bring to the Hawks, as well as what he would cost;* Plus so much more…We appreciate your ongoing support for what we do at Hawks Insiders, and we will be back with more Spaces, podcasts and articles over the course of the Trade Period, keep a close eye on Substack and your preferred podcast provider.Join the Hawks Insiders community on Twitter and Facebook. Inpensi Omnia25:02 08. SupernovaExtreme music has kept me together and given me meaning throughout my life. In addition to becoming an independent filmmaker, I also served as a member of the band Vertigo Freeway during my high school and college years. It was a dream come true for me to be able to express myself through music on the guitar with my two friends Brandon Ryan and Austen Winquist. Brandon Ryan is no longer with us, and this was his final piece of music. We spent an entire summer working on this record, and it means more to me than you can imagine. Many happy memories come to mind as I recall eating a slice of pizza down the street and totaling my father's car and his drumset on the way to rehearsal.Because Brandon passed in the middle of the record, it was put on hold to mourn. Thanks to Alex Gross (Vocals), Mike Marion (Drums), and Collin Folger (Drums), we were able to pick up where we left off. This album assisted Nick King and me in dealing with our grief following the death of a close friend. Sharing this album gives me peace of mind because it signifies the end of a chapter in my life that was very valuable to me. "Supernova" is one of the album's standout tracks. I had the opportunity to meet Corey Taylor outside the bus of a Stone Sour gig and express our admiration for his work as well as my grief at the passing of a friend (a Slipknot fan). He seized the microphone on stage to show gratitude while I was weeping in the audience. We had many times bonded through our love of that band, and it all came full circle that night.- Jonathan LambertSupport the show
