In this one I go deep into the mind of people stuck at a life that is what you might call "average". They get to a certain point, but they can't seem to get beyond it. Life is "OK" but it's not amazing. It's had some success, but there's also lots of frustration.  In this podcast I describe a real-life situation I encountered with a PT who had quit her job but in the last 3 years hasn't been able to get her salary above that what she was making when employed.  There' s probably a lot of reasons for it, but one is that she's being held back what I call "shadow weaknesses" in her life that until recognized are a permanent source of frustration that delay progress. Millions of people live with one or more such weaknesses. I wonder if you can recognize any of what is happening to this PT in your own life??  Turn me up nice and loud and listen to the show.
