The guest this week is Linda Deir. We talk about her book 'Guided: Her Spirit Guide Angels Were Her Best Friends and Life Coaches'. At the hands of her bully mother, just 20 months old, Linda's life was in danger. Out of options, she ran away from home only to be returned by the Sacramento police. It was the 1950s, a time when there were no child protective services, so the police officers chalked it up as a family matter. After they left, her mother brought her inside and beat her into unconsciousness. Waking up on the floor in a puddle of water, Linda was terrified to find herself right back in the hell she tried to escape. Now, completely out of options, she cried out loud for someone to help her. That's when her Spirit Guide Angels materialized all around her. As they looked down at her, on her hands and knees, in their calm and steady demeanor they telepathically broke through her amnesia by reminding her what she already knew, that “This world is not all there is.” With that heightened awareness, the pressure was instantly released, and she was connected and easily able to understand them. From that connection, she could now see what her Spirit Guides and Angels saw. There was no separation. Next, her Guides showed her that, “The biggest tragedy of our times is that most people will die having lived fear-based lives.” From that one encounter, fear no longer had a grip on Linda. In fact, from that single encounter with her Spirit Guides and Angels she had a vital connection, a connection she would need to bring the clarity and understanding throughout her difficult childhood. With the help of her Guides, she survived. From this connection to them, her awareness was heightened.
