In the quiet Melbourne suburb of Ringwood in March 1986, 25-year-old nurse Ina-Doris Warrick was full of life — a former champion gymnast who had bravely returned to nursing after losing her husband to cancer. But on the night of March 21st, something went terribly wrong. After enjoying a dinner date, Ina-Doris never made it to her next shift. Four days later, a neighbour found her body in her bedroom — stabbed multiple times in what would become one of Victoria's most haunting cold cases.Intro Clip: https://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/national/imillion-dollar-cold-casei-preview-inadoris-warrick-20170328-4s97v.htmlSkip ahead to episode: 07.55www.cluelesscrime.com.aubuymeacoffee.com/cluelesscrimepatreon.com/cluelesscrimeinstagram.com/cluelesscrimepodcast

After a feisty encounter last week for Petersfield Rugby club, a calmer and more measured performance was required for an away game at Ellingham and Ringwood. The club is setting its sights on a promotion play-off place. https://www.petersfieldrfc.club/ In football, although the Rams men's senior side game was called off due to a water-logged pitch on Saturday, there's still a women's cup game on against Clanfield and the club also has a big announcement. https://www.petersfieldtownfc.co.uk/ . A monster clash for Pompey this weekend as they invite Southampton to Fratton Park for match of huge importance and high security. Liss Athletic have also suffered from postponed games, but they finally run onto the pitch again and look to regain winning form this time against Meon Milton. https://www.pitchero.com/clubs/lissathletic . Southampton University is a breeding ground for talented sportspeople, and our Hockey sides know that they will be tested as the men's first side and women's first side face off. https://www.petersfieldhockeyclub.com/ . The excitement is building in the Haslemere table tennis league as the top 2 sides of College Hill and Petersfield A side are back in action, both looking to position themselves for the final home run. After missing out on the lakes entirely last week—bar a few fleeting, frustrating hours by the river—I was itching for a proper session. The river had been enjoyable in its own way, but watching Chub ignore my hookbait for five hours tested my patience more than usual. You can catch up on all the drama from my last blog or video, but suffice to say, I was ready to return to somewhere with a proper bedchair, bivvy, and the solid thump of a big carp. This week, I'd cleared the decks: three nights at my disposal. I'd planned to arrive at the lake around 2pm on day one, but the weather forecast looked atrocious. Every radar I checked showed a deluge sweeping across the South. So, I took the gamble—called off my gardening jobs and pointed the van towards Ringwood. Looking back now, I probably jumped the gun. The rain just didn't show up near the lakes. Classic.

"Looking back, I can now see that {taking a break from collegiate running} was actually me listening to my body. And I actually feel I did the brave thing, taking that time off.” Kate Ringwood is an eating disorder (ED) therapist, working with clients in treatment and recovery to improve and/or mold their relationship to movement and sports. She's been a runner since she was 10, and competed at the collegiate level while navigating her own ED and healing process. Kate took a year off of running and training with her team, and talks about the importance of that year for her overall wellbeing, her relationship to running and competing, and her longevity in the sport. We also talk about what the Higher Levels of care, aka HLOC, mean in the ED treatment world, and what her work as looked like at various levels. You'll find Kate at serendipitycounseling.com.
