A stand-out age group swimmer in Scotland, Rob Robson was very outcome driven. After a disappointing period around the age of 16 - due to a 'negative mindset' - he quit the sport altogether. Rob then worked long hours in his 20s and took part in no sport at all. Wanting to return to better health in his 30s, he began swimming again and now takes a different approach to the sport, finding joy from racing no matter what the outcome. In partnership with TheMagic5, get 15% off a pair of goggles by using this link: www.themagic5.com/freestylemedialimited
