This week Nathaniel Spiers interviews me about my own testimony of a real estate investment that was profitable beyond any reasonable expectation I had. Even more, it's a perfect example of the power of celebrating other people's wins and speaking forth their testimonies to manifest another testimony. 2 weeks ago I interviewed my roommate Ryan Wall on a recent breakthrough he had experienced. One of the declarations we made on that show was that people would hear his testimony and it would result in their own. Little did I know that would be me! Just today I signed a contract for the sale of my investment property that had 6 offers within 72 hours, at or above asking price! The offer I signed is for a full-price, all-cash offer. Without using debt of any kind, below are the returns I'm expecting in a few weeks based on the offer price (after subtracting all fees and taxes): Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 25% Net Present Value of almost $70,000 Total two-year holding period return of 55% 2500 times greater return on my money than I previously had in my savings account! Please check out Nathaniel's ministry at https://nathanielspiers.com/ If you like what you hear leave a review on iTunes, Stitcher, or TuneIn, and feel free to drop us a line at https://abetterwaypodcast.com
This week's interview is with Ryan Wall. Ryan is one of my roommates and a classmate from bible college who owns a digital marketing business called StoryMarque. Ryan had been going through the most difficult season of his life for the past year or so, but just experienced a profound breakthrough and change of perspective. Having just officiated his first wedding as a licensed minister this past weekend, Ryan describes a very insightful connection he made between humility and love for himself. This allowed him to have a deeper and greater love for people, which translates into a single-minded focus on relentlessly adding value to people through his business and life in general. One thing he said that really struck me is this: “Love does not stop at the door of business”. The results are that now clients are hunting him down to pay him and engage his services, whereas before the opposite was true as he was toiling and striving in his own efforts to build his business. Just in the last few months and particularly the last week, his income has increased 300%. Moreover, he is now experiencing more life-giving joy and fulfillment in serving and loving people through his business than he ever has before. You can connect with Ryan via email at ryan@storymarque.com, or give him a call at (719) 822-1776. Though it's currently undergoing major construction, you can also connect with him through his website: www.storymarque.com. James couldn't make it this week. So Gabe is joined again by Ryan Wall to discuss this highly unique film in the MCU. More akin to the action and chase films of the 90s than the modern Superhero genre, The Incredible Hulk doesn't quite fit in with this series. And in our opinion, this slick, stylish action romp is all the better for it.
