Can organizations trust an AI recommendation when they cannot understand the evidence, relationships, and previous decisions behind it? In this episode of Tech Talks Daily, I welcome back Jim Webber, Chief Scientist at Neo4j, to discuss the company's acquisition of GraphAware and its move from graph database provider to graph intelligence platform. GraphAware has worked with Neo4j for many years and developed Hume, an intelligence analysis platform used to connect and examine complex information. Bringing the two companies together gives Neo4j a direct role in applications serving police forces, governments, intelligence agencies, and other organizations handling connected data. Jim explains why context has become one of the biggest requirements for dependable AI. Enterprises already possess enormous volumes of data, but facts alone provide endpoints rather than the complete path leading to a decision. An agent needs to understand the knowledge available, the conversation taking place, and the record of previous decisions. It also needs to know which actions produced good outcomes and which produced poor ones. Jim compares these information layers to SimCity. Each can be viewed separately, but their greater value appears when they are combined. Knowledge, conversations, and decision traces can then help an agent understand why something happened and learn from the result. This introduces an interesting lesson from scientific research. Positive outcomes are frequently published, while failed experiments receive less attention. An AI agent needs both. Recording the breadcrumbs behind good and bad decisions provides the material required to improve its future behavior. We also discuss why large language models cannot understand every organization by themselves. Jim describes a model as a lossy compression of the internet. It can generate impressive natural language, but it does not automatically understand a company's policies, customers, history, evidence, or operating environment. Retrieval augmented generation can introduce relevant organizational information into the process. Graph RAG adds relationships between facts, helping the system understand how people, events, products, accounts, and other entities connect. According to research Jim references from the National Innovation Centre for Data, Graph RAG can improve accuracy while reducing costs by using fewer, higher-quality tokens. Explainability becomes especially important when AI supports decisions across policing, cyber defense, taxation, intelligence, banking, and government. A fluent answer may sound authoritative while containing a serious technical mistake. Jim shares an example from his own work where an agent confidently warned him about a "committed minority" inside a fault-tolerant computing protocol. The statement sounded plausible, but only a majority could commit within that protocol. Someone without Jim's technical knowledge might have accepted the recommendation and removed working code. This leads us to human oversight. Jim argues that the correct level depends on the consequences of the action. Automating a routine banking process with monitoring and safeguards may improve the customer experience. Ordering someone's arrest based solely on an agent's conclusion demands human involvement. We also consider digital sovereignty and why control over data has become a strategic concern for governments and large enterprises. Geopolitical instability, overseas technology dependencies, privacy requirements, and changing national policies are forcing leaders to ask where their data resides and whether they can retrieve or move it. Jim explains how Neo4j intends to offer organizations flexibility over where their information is stored and how it is deployed. The discussion also examines the opportunity for Neo4j and Hume to provide an alternative within a market where Palantir has held a powerful position. Looking ahead, Jim imagines intelligence analysts directing swarms of digital agents. Those agents could search data, connect evidence, identify relevant patterns, and present findings while humans retain responsibility for consequential decisions. If AI can connect information at machine speed, how do we ensure the person making the final decision can inspect the evidence and challenge the conclusion? Listen to the episode and share your thoughts with me.

When Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez laughed off Woke 1.0, she attempted to distance herself from a movement she not only helped build but also led. Because the DSA is ascendant, they're hoping to pivot to kitchen table issues just long enough to trick otherwise sane people into voting for them.Hasan Piker started wearing suits. Abdul El-Sayed is attempting to draw in Trump supporters by showcasing his white grandparents. And out in Texas, James Talarico is making ads with his Paw Paw. They're just regular folks, like you and me. Well, except that they want to tear America down to the studs and rebuild it as a woked-up socialist paradise. But shsh. Nothing to see here, move along, move along.Woke 1.0 wasn't just some silly thing that happened to them one time. It is a deeply held belief system that has been passed on through the generations and mandates conformity across all institutions and culture. It is not an ideology so much as the biggest cult in American history. As we've watched their power weaken after Trump's second win, we see them now more clearly than ever trying to cling to it. Calling white people racist gets louder. Ordering women to obey the rules of language, like the refusal to use the word “cis” or whether or not dating bisexual men, makes you homophobic. Cults must always control the women, separate them from their children. True for Charles Manson, Jim Jones, or Scientology. It's so bad on the Left now that the only right women fight for now is the right to kill their own babies. From White Fragility to protecting women in sports or locker rooms, not to mention children, the once and former feminists are MIA. Many of them are so desperate to be led and dominated by men that they are becoming Muslim reverts:Back in the 1970s, women were also vulnerable and impressionable because the Counter Culture revolution was all about leaving traditional values, like family and religion, behind to “find yourself.” Women were suddenly free, yet all they seemed to want was to find someone to follow. All of those white college girls of privilege were either sucked into cults, moving into vans, or shooting up banks.Meanwhile, the black community was vulnerable, too, and that is how cult leaders like Jim Jones took advantage of them. He was selling things not that different from today's Left. The Origins of Woke 1.0I'll never forget May 25th of 2016. I decided to splurge for my daughter's 18th birthday by taking her to see Hamilton on Broadway, with nearly the entire original cast. The tickets, flight, and hotel were too expensive, but we'd never get this moment back, so why not? It was the same year my daughter would visit the NYU campus, have her prom, and I would be doing everything I could to elect Hillary Clinton as the first female President of the United States, with the doomed hashtag #imwithher.I was part of a generation of parents who wanted to not just be better but to perfect ourselves, our children, and our world. I can't pinpoint exactly when we transformed from anti-establishment Gen-Xers to helicopter parents. But I know it had to do with the therapy culture of the 1990s, capped off by Columbine in 1999, 9/11, and the two wars in Iraq and Afghanistan that followed. Something was wrong, not just with all of us, but with our country too.The person elected to heal us from all of this collective, multi-generational trauma was Barack Obama, who became our spiritual leader and our male role model. 2012 was the moment Obama and the millennial do-gooder establishment that surrounded him sought to make our country better through indoctrination in public schools and universities.Hillary Clinton was chosen as the torchbearer, but she lacked Obama's charisma and had nothing to sell the public that they wanted except one thing: identity politics. It wasn't enough. Our cult over-reacted to Trump's win, as though it was the FBI showing up outside the Koresh compound. It was Doomsday and that dark cloud would cover everything we controlled, from Hollywood to the legacy media to book publishing to fashion to influencer culture. We drew a line, and if you wanted in, you could not cross it. If you wanted out, all you had to do was question authority. But it was what we weren't watching that would be our biggest problem later. We weren't watching the kids. Teenage WastelandWhat happened to the nation's young people, having been indoctrinated in the oppressor/oppressed mindset, where they saw racism, homophobia, transphobia, and Islamophobia everywhere they looked, even before Trump won, kicked into motion an apocalyptic fantasy that would justify everything they did, from protests to violence to assassinations. The internet was their fantasy world, which gave many of them absolute power. This was true whether it was social justice warriors who ultimately led the transgender contagion among young girls, or the boys who gravitated to 4-chan and would eventually lead to the rise of the mass shooter influencer, like Tyler Robinson, Matthew David Crooks, or Luigi Mangione. The first real sign of trouble happened nine years ago at Evergreen College. When I first saw this story, I was already pulling away from the cult, but even then, I was afraid to put it on social media because I knew it would be seen as “racist.” And yet, by burying this story, the Left set itself up for much worse down the road.Violence showed up as early as 2015 during Woke 1.0, when Trump supporters were often beaten, kicked, and spat on. The protests at Trump's inauguration seemed to be a natural extension of the mass hysteria that consumed the Left in 2016. It would only get worse. The violence we're seeing on the Left only escalated, culminating in a full-blown revolution on the streets in 2020, a mob demanding diners raise their fist for Black Lives Matter, and authoritarianism rising from a generation raised to believe they have the right to tear down what they didn't build and make the whole country pay because of it.That put power briefly back in the hands of Joe Biden, who pandered to the mob. They believed the false narratives around January 6th, decided MAGA was the cult, and walked away from this story. They barely even talk about it now.The entire Democratic Party became the administrators at Evergreen, too crippled by white guilt to provide the necessary leadership and discipline these kids needed before they graduated and joined the workforce. But even still, the most dangerous legacy Woke 1.0 leaves behind isn't what it's done to kids or to culture, to our sense of history or to our unity as a country. No, in dividing us into the oppressed and the oppressor, it opened the door to America's enemies to exploit the sitting ducks on the Left and name Islam as the most oppressed and thus hand it the most power. Then the enemy walked through the door we left open.Woke 2.0My daughter was three when the planes hit the towers. I remember waking up to the news. Imagine the days before we all had cell phones, or even social media. I had to call my friend and tell her to turn on the news. This was the first time America had been attacked on this level since Pearl Harbor. But terrorism accomplished very little for Islam. It turned the US and the world against them. They were feared and even hated. Our country would transform into a surveillance state, and there's an argument to be made that everything we're living through now is not because of COVID but because of 9/11.Changing hearts and minds would be the way the Islamic world would rise from the ashes. Before long, there was a new word that controlled our thought and speech: Islamophobia.I didn't realize how deep it all went until 2017, the same year as Evergreen. Wonder Woman had come out. My daughter really loved it, but she was afraid to say so online. Why? Because Gal Gadot was an Israeli who trained with the IDF.I was as shocked by this development as I was when she told me her friend was becoming a “he” and wanted “top surgery.” What on earth were they teaching our kids? Idiot liberals like me had no idea. And by the time many of us figured it out, it was too late.Palestine joined the wheel of oppression and took its place in the hierarchy long before October 7th. Hamas attacked Israel, and Putin invaded Ukraine with Joe Biden in power. They clearly saw him as a weak and addled president who would not be able to manage these wars, so what better time to test the hearts and minds campaigns and the way our enemies had begun to destroy us from within.October 7th wasn't a random attack. It was an act of such extreme violence that Israel would have no choice but to go to war, and in so doing, a worldwide campaign to defend the oppressed in Palestine could turn the entire world against Israel. But it wasn't until the rise of Zohran Mamdani, Hasan Piker, and now Abdul El-Sayed and the entire DSA that we could see how fruitful the decades-long hearts-and-minds campaign really was. The Holocaust, to these young people, barely matters. They have no idea what Stalin did, what Mao did, or even really what Hitler did. And they know better than to criticize Islam because that would make them a racist. There was only one place left to go.Just like the leap from World War I to World War II, so too would the jump from Woke 1.0 to Woke 2.0 land on the eternal scapegoat: the Jews. It's like shooting fish in a barrel. Islam and Socialism. Islam and Black Lives Matter. Islam and Medicare for all. These two movements have so much in common, from controlling thought and speech to controlling women and children. But really, it's all about their shared enemies, Israel and the US.Woke 2.0 isn't just the Left, however. It's also a large portion of the Right who have named Israel as the ultimate evil as well, so much so that they are following Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson down the rabbit hole to deflate any offense against the rising radicalism — terrorism - on the Left. Both Nick Fuentes and Hasan Piker have chimed in to declare Candace is helping to defeat the Right and absolve the Left. They can't believe their luck. What unites all of them is their conclusion that Israel and the Jews are the problem.China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea know us better than we know ourselves. Who needs bombs when you have white fragility? Who needs censorship when you have cancel culture? But Islam that wants more. They seek to overtake and convert the United States the way we once feared the Communists might. With the oppressor/oppressed ideology and the rise of Islamo-Marxism, there is no stopping them now. A TikTok user quoting Sharifa Alkhateeb and an Iranian. They just needed the right script, and they found it with helpless resistance libs who have run out of options and Gen-Z, raised on convenience culture who are lured in by the promise of free stuff. Who needs suicide vests and box cutters when you have TikTok?We would start two failed wars after 9/11 called the “War on Terror.” People like me were convinced we were wrong. Now, just as with Joseph McCarthy and the Red Scare, considering how it all turned out, I have to wonder. This is a public episode. "This corner... I love seeing it every day. It kinda sums up Vietnam for me — an amazing juxtaposition of the old and the new."Welcome to the very first Vietnam Lunch Walks; a new series where I take you along on my actual lunch breaks around the neighborhood I love most in Saigon. This one's been a while coming: it's the first new Discover Vietnam episode in six months, after a stretch of low motivation and a busy year setting up Saigon Podcast Studio. In this episode, I walk you from the studio on Pasteur Street to my favourite halal phở spot near Bến Thành Market, order my usual (phở gà with extra chicken), and then take you on a loop through the neighborhood — past the old bank building, the stock exchange, and my favourite bridge in the world, with a few old Saigon stories along the way.Key TakeawaysConsistency is hard, even for the host: Six months between episodes isn't unusual for Discover Vietnam — motivation for content creation comes and goes, and this episode is a reminder to just start again.Old vs. new is the whole vibe: The view of the old bank building against the Bitexco Tower is a favourite spot precisely because it captures Saigon's mix of old and new.Great phở comes down to small details: Good white breast meat over tough "walking chicken," a light hand with chili, and sawtooth basil are what make this order worth repeating weekly.Documenting a neighborhood before it disappears: Older buildings nearby are quietly being replaced with modern glass developments, which is part of the motivation for filming these walks now.Chapters and Timestamps00:00 – Welcome to Lunch Walks: launching a new series after a 6-month break02:00 – A favourite view: the old bank building against the Bitexco Tower05:00 – Ordering phở gà at the halal spot near Bến Thành Market13:00 – Walking tour: the canal, the favourite bridge, and a 2016 street story17:00 – Watching old Saigon disappear, then back to the studio to wrap up"Send me a message!"Book a free call with me here if you want to start your own podcast! For summer recess, we return to our favourite episodes of all time where we explain the very essence of our conception of the Enduring Disorder as a period where international institutions tend not to work and where coordinating the allies to stay on the same page about things like defence, climate change, and taxation is a tremendous challenge. The rare exception is NATO, it mostly works even if Trump rails against it. This episode explains why. If you didn't hear this when it came out in October, 2023, I think you'll enjoy checking it out now. Nation states no longer work effectively in tandem. Gone are the days of hegemonic US power directly ordering the allies. Furthermore, groups like the UN are ineffective, with disruptors often calling the shots. However, NATO stands apart as an example of how countries can work together successfully and how a global institution can remain largely uncontroversial, while doing serious coordinating work to solve real world problems. In this episode our hosts and guests relate their perspectives about what NATO stands for, its strengths and limitations, and the threats it faces. Former NATO Deputy Sec General, Jamie Shea tells about how the organisation worked in the Balkans and Afghanistan, while Kori Schake mulls over the role of the US as NATO's hegemonic leader. Timothy Garton Ash comments on distinctions between NATO and the EU especially as pertains to values like liberty. Finally, Charles Kupchan examines why Russia chooses to actively disorder. Charles and Jason disagree agreeable on China's role as an orderer vs. disorderer. Were Italian soldiers really cowards in World War Two? Think again! In this episode of History Rage, host Paul Bavill is joined by author, former journalist, and WWII enthusiast Karen Farrington to challenge the widespread myth of "Italian cowardice" during the Second World War.Together, they dive deep into the overlooked history of Italian soldiers, the harsh realities of the Allied prisoner-of-war camps in Italy, and the incredible, highly dangerous escape network that saved thousands of Allied troops following the September 1943 armistice.Key Takeaways & Historical Myths DebunkedThe Myth of "Italian Cowardice": Karen dismantles the long-standing stereotype that Italian forces simply ran away or lacked courage. She highlights the severe logistical handicaps, poor leadership, obsolete equipment, and disease that crippled Italian troops in North Africa.Bravery on the Eastern Front: Over 200,000 Italians were sent to Stalingrad, fighting in brutal conditions alongside German forces, often receiving recognition for their courage despite inadequate equipment like faulty red devil grenades. The Scale of the Italian POW Network: Italy held roughly 80,000 Allied prisoners of war from across the British Empire. The Italian-run camps were remarkably secure, with almost no successful escapes prior to the 1943 armistice. The "Stay Put" Order & The 1943 Armistice: Following Mussolini's fall, Allied High Command ("Whitehall") issued controversial orders for POWs to stay inside the camps. Despite this, around 50,000 men escaped, with roughly 10,000 staying on the run for extended periods.Italian Civilian Selflessness: Thousands of ordinary, impoverished Italian civilians risked (and lost) their lives, homes, and freedom to feed and shelter Allied escapers from German occupiers. The Role of the Church & Vatican: Figures like Monsignor Hugh O'Flaherty organized complex escape lines in Rome, hiding fugitives with support from both local clergy and wealthy citizens.A-Force & Bold Escape Operations: Special Allied units like "A-Force" operated behind enemy lines—sometimes marching down occupied roads in full British battle dress—to recover POWs via beach extractions like Operation Darlington 2.Guest Information & Featured BookGuest: Karen Farrington (Writer, journalist, and WWII author)Book: The Great Italian BreakoutSupport the Podcast: Please use the link in these show notes to buy the book via the History Rage Bookshop: https://uk.bookshop.org/a/10120/9781837733736! This week on Disorder latest, Jason is joined by Dr Florence Gaub, futurist, military strategist, and Director of the Research Division at the NATO Defense College. Florence has spent her career thinking professionally about something most of us do rather badly: systematically plan for the future. Her book, The Future: A User's Guide, was a best seller in German. It is now available in English from Hurst. It argues that the future is not simply something that happens to us. We imagine it, fear it, misunderstand it and — crucially — in thinking about it in certain flawed ways, help create it. Jason and Florence discuss why humans are simultaneously obsessed with the future and terrible at thinking about it: from catastrophising and the Cassandra Complex to optimism bias, surprise and science fiction. They explore why governments are so often blindsided by seemingly predictable crises — and whether strategic foresight can help Orderers stop responding to yesterday's problems. In Ordering the Disorder, they discuss how imagining positive futures might itself be a tool for Ordering the Disorder. Like even after they're a bit battered and scratched. New glasses cost a few hundred dollars so it's nice to avoid the cost and hassle. We've both been wearing these ones for probably two or three years, we don't even remember. It'd be hundreds of dollars to replace them.Anyone who wears glasses knows that struggle.Thank goodness there's Zenni Optical! Zenni is an online eyewear shop with lots of stylish prescription glasses, sunglasses, and customizable lens options, all starting at under $30.I adore a pair of oversized, square-shape sunglasses. So I of course ordered The Zenni I've been suffering through this summer so far without prescription lenses. I'm giving myself a headache from my blurry vision or from the bright lights. Now, I can avoid the headaches all together and I feel these are really cute, too. The style is classic. Classy. Perfect for summer. I can wear them to the beach or on a long summer walk with Kevin Nick and Nora or while driving around the state to interview people. I would've expected to pay well over a hundred bucks, even more, for these glasses, and they were like $77. It was amazing. That is an unbelievably low price for prescription sunglasses, without sacrificing on the quality. Go to Zenni. Pick a frame you like. enter your prescription, customize your lenses, and they ship right to you. No wasted time. No hassle. They're so affordable, you can get a few to express yourself and get ones for work, for outdoor activities, for fancy events. Zenni boasts 150,000 five-star reviews. A listener in the UK, Andy, is raging after a 10-year-old girl with autism and ADHD told his 8-year-old that Santa, the tooth fairy and “all that” aren't real — leaving his daughter in bits and the magic ruined. When Andy confronted the girl's parents, he says they got defensive, refused to address it, and used the diagnosis as an excuse. Andy's reaction (and language) sparks a huge debate. Callers clash: should parents be teaching autistic kids what's appropriate, or should everyone else show more understanding? And is it ever ok to tell your child to stay away?

Adam took the family on his parents' annual vacation this week, and Grandpa rented four jet skis. With a house full of kids, four turned out to be exactly the right number. Adam threw Luke off the back four times, which he's counting as a win. But the real event was the card game. If you've never played spoons with the Minihan family, know this going in: it ends in blood. Sheetrock has been broken. Tables have taken damage. Adam came home with a scratch, a bruise, and a loss he's still sore about. His sister Kaylin was his rival, so he spent the whole game yanking the spoons to the far end of the table just to make her fly for one. Then Grandpa broke out the karaoke machine after the kids went down, and Adam lassoed Lady Haylee into a duet of "Jackson." Every man should have a go-to karaoke song ready for when the moment finds him. Adam jokes, God help him, is "My Heart Will Go On."Dave, by his own admission, has no fun stories. He spent the weekend working himself to the bone, finished cutting his wheat, and pulled a good harvest. Adam brought up while his family was away, something got into the coop. A fox or a coyote, most likely, because a raccoon doesn't kill a dozen birds. They lost the four new chicks and the brooding hens. Chicken math giveth, and this week it took away. The pour is 1792 Full Proof, a single-barrel store pick from Broken Arrow Wine and Spirits, a Catholic-owned shop. It's barrel strength and it drinks hot. Jim, keeper of the yummy scale, gave it a 5.99 out of 6, then shrugged and told the guys to be indifferent to it. Which, as it happens, is the whole show.Because tonight the topic is holy indifference, and Adam frames it first through ordering your day. Reading Sertillanges' The Intellectual Life, he lands on a hard truth: you are not at the mercy of your mood, and the man who waits until he feels like it never starts. Order gets carried out precisely when you don't feel like it, because the hierarchy of what matters doesn't shift with how you feel. Decide what a good day looks like before the day begins. Get your three to five things done no matter what the highs and lows throw at you. Kill the second alarm. Don't become a slave to the pillow. Small time used faithfully beats big time used erratically. And guard your silence, because a scattered mind can't go deep, and the first place you feel the noise is in adoration. Then the turn. Holy indifference isn't apathy. It's the opposite. It's a hyper-preference, wanting the will of God so completely that you stop caring whether He sends riches or poverty, health or sickness, a long life or a short one. St. Ignatius calls it indifference to all created things. St. Francis de Sales sharpens it: the resigned man accepts God's will but still quietly prefers his own, while the indifferent man has let go of the preference itself. Wax in the hand. Clay in the potter's grip. Dave brings it home with the night a car stopped short in front of him and he thought, what if I'd just died? His first panic was, who takes care of my family? And the answer he heard was, do you think you're the one who takes care of them? Have they not always been Mine first? Protect, provide, establish, and then hold it all loosely. You can't abandon yourself to a God you don't trust, so build the faith that lets you trust Him. Summer is the time of year when it's easiest to fall off...your routine, your goals, your gym schedule, all of it. But what if balance didn't mean choosing between being disciplined and actually living your life? In today's episode, I'm talking about how I find that sweet spot, why I quit my nannying job to fully lock in on my own business, my biggest regrets from my early 20s and what I'm doing differently now, and why the fear of looking stupid or cringe is the thing that's actually holding you back.I also share some NYC storytimes.. the Puerto Rican Day Parade, salsa dancing with zero skill, ordering ice cream in Spanish and saying the completely wrong word, and what years of nannying taught me about boundaries, leadership, and why so many parents are doing too much for their kids.If you've ever struggled with perfectionism, an all-or-nothing mindset, social anxiety, or feeling like you should be further along by now, this one's for you.♡ Subscribe for weekly episodes on confidence, self-growth, wellness, fitness, and navigating life in your 20s.My CVS self tan must haves! https://creators.cvs.com/mypage/stellarae/collections/16001 Get 10% off Prozis with code STELLARAE10 prozis.com/1LMJGGet 10 free meals and free breakfast for life from HelloFresh with code HF-0449 https://www.filify.co/SHBn0 Get $1000 off the health coach certification program I'm doing with promo code STELLACOACHING https://www.shareasale.com/u.cfm?d=1281553&m=96296&u=1030263instagram http://instagram.com/stellaraepodcastlisten to and/or support the podcast: https://anchor.fm/stella-raetiktok: http://tiktok.com/@stellaraeherselftwitter: http://twitter.com/stellaraegoodreads: https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/10449999-stella-raemy fav books/products/health: https://www.amazon.com/shop/stellaraemy current filming set up:camera: https://amzn.to/4cEQiLOmicrophone: https://amzn.to/3Z2A5gctripod: https://amzn.to/3AEmxgKring light: https://amzn.to/3XxZrShbox lights: https://amzn.to/4e1Q1Ubportable light for phone: https://amzn.to/3XxZspjlisten on spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/2DMbeh7EqiqgROIjvW0sI9listen on apple podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-stella-rae-podcast/id125561818200:00 Summer is here...don't lose yourself this season01:18 I officially quit nannying03:25 How to balance discipline and actually living your life06:35 Why all-or-nothing thinking keeps people stuck08:10 My biggest regrets from my early 20s10:05 Stop being afraid to try harder11:30 Feeling "cringe" is part of becoming confident13:35 Puerto Rican parade & salsa dancing storytime16:05 Why NYC keeps pushing me outside my comfort zone18:20 Ordering in Spanish (and embarrassing myself)20:40 Confidence comes after you feel stupid23:55 Why people become haters25:15 My thoughts after years of nannying27:20 Gentle parenting, boundaries & raising independent kids31:10 Why natural consequences actually work34:45 Parents doing too much for their kids36:30 Final thoughts on enjoying your summer without falling off#StellaRaePodcast
