This episode highlights Airbus kicking its A350 freighter program into high gear, with the prototype finalized and flight tests set for next October, aiming for a late 2027 service entry. Learn how the A350F promises a 40% reduction in fuel consumption and features a massive 175-inch wide cargo door, giving it a significant edge in handling bulky industrial cargo. We also examine major rail consolidation, specifically the Surface Transportation Board approval of Fortress Investment Group's acquisition of two new regional lines, the Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway and the Akron Barberton Cluster Railway. This deal expands Fortress's roster of Class III railroads, and the STB agreed that the move would enhance the railways' access to capital for strategic investment and growth. Finally, we cover the worrying financial distress facing the 3PL sector as Odyssey Logistics was hit with a second debt downgrade from Moody's in less than three months, dropping its corporate family rating deep into Caa-1 "junk status". Moody's noted this rapid deterioration was driven by sky-high leverage—expected well over seven times operating profit—which creates serious refinancing risk ahead of the company's significant debt maturities in 2027. BREAKING: Aaron Rodgers did not practice today, which has his status up in the air for Sunday. Poni is going to the Penguins game tonight, but forgot to do an errand his wife asked him to complete. We heard audio from Pirates president Travis Williams getting into the team's off-season plan/moves. Given that Williams is more of the off-the-field guy, how much weight do we let these comments carry? Does Ben Cherington have what he needs to get the job done? Former MLB pitcher Matt Clement joined the show. The guys asked Matt about any spots on Thanksgiving Eve where the boys used to get after it in Butler. Matt hopes something finally comes to fruition with the Pirates off-season unlike all of the years in the past. Matt thinks this should be the best opportunity for Ben Cherington to get the job done, hopefully. Matt believes there could be a ‘Pirates tax' to attract free agents if they are in a bidding war against big market teams. Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk joined the show. Did Mike have any spots in Wheeling to go out on Thanksgiving Eve back in the day? Mike still doesn't think there is much of a drop-off between Aaron Rodgers and Mason Rudolph, if the Steelers have to sit Rodgers versus Buffalo. The guys are surprised that Rodgers would all of the sudden listen to doctors. Mike said it's not good for anyone involved with the Steelers if they miss the playoffs and it will be even worse for Mike Tomlin if they finish below .500 for the first time in his career. He compared the Steelers to the guy in his late 20's that still shows up to the high school party wearing his letterman jacket. Mike said teams are constantly monitoring Tomlin's situation with the Steelers, but how much longer would teams be lining up for him if he were to become available? Mike agreed with Colin Cowherd that Tomlin would have been fired by certain organizations around the league due to not winning a playoff game in almost 10 years. Mike reiterated his feel about the Steelers pride in having 3 coaches in 50+ years. He believes the Steelers could still net a pretty good return in a trade if they dangled Tomlin out there. Mike was trying to remember what kind of hair he had in high school. Mike goes with the white meat on Thanksgiving and isn't worried about the dryness of his turkey.

Many residents at Wheeling's Village Board Meeting on Monday complained about the drones that began appearing this month. What would you do if, on Halloween morning, before sunrise, you turned a dark hill road and found someone standing in your lane — dressed in an old hospital gown, black hair hanging, face too dark to be human… and smiling? In this true ghost story from Real Ghost Stories Online, a worker in Wheeling, USA, drives past a hospice and a nearby convent — the same convent rumored to be haunted by a young nun murdered in the 1970s — when he encounters what he calls “The Ringer Ghost.” She looked like the girl from The Ring: long, shimmery black hair, pale gown, almost transparent skin… and an energy that went from “maybe she needs help” to “GET OUT OF HERE” in seconds. He didn't stop. He sped up. But it didn't end there. Days later, the same figure appeared again in the treeline near his job — watching. Was it the spirit of a patient who never made it back? The murdered nun? Or something darker that clings to places where people die? #RealGhostStory #ParanormalActivity #HauntedRoad #WheelingGhost #TheRingStyleGhost #TrueScaryStory #CreepyEncounters #HauntedConvent #GhostlyEncounters #RealGhostStoriesOnline Love real ghost stories? Welcome to the daily304 – your window into Wonderful, Almost Heaven, West Virginia. Today is Thursday, November 6, 2025. #1 – From WV STATE PARKS - Ride Through the Sky to Pipestem's Mountain Creek Lodge At Pipestem Resort State Park, visitors can stay riverside at Mountain Creek Lodge — but it's accessible only by an aerial tram that travels nearly 3,500 feet from the canyon rim down into the Bluestone Gorge. The newly reopened tram system, re-imagined and ADA-accessible, blends innovation and nature and reinforces West Virginia's outdoor-destination appeal. The lodge and tram experience highlight how the Mountain State is transforming its natural assets into unique tourism opportunities. With steel sourced from the U.S. and a skilled workforce that honors tradition, the company embodies the "made in America" ethos and underscores the strength of manufacturing in the Mountain State. Their ongoing success is a reminder that innovation and durability — forged in place — remain vital to West Virginia's economic story. By reducing the cost burden on parents and stabilizing the revenue for providers, the model helps employers retain workers and helps families return to the workforce — especially in regions facing child-care deserts. West Virginia's pilot program is being watched nationally as a blueprint for how public-private collaboration can address workforce participation and economic stability. Send us a textIsaac Kozell started doing stand-up in Pittsburgh about 14 years ago. He was living in Wheeling, West Va., but had to chase the stage elsewhere. He worked in marketing and fixed up houses on the side, something he'd learned as a kid. Once his neighbors spread the word, he started fixing houses full-time. He produces four shows in New Orleans and has southern living about figured out -- just in time to move north with his girlfriend.
