    “If you feel like there’s something out there that you’re supposed to be doing, if you have a passion for it, then stop wishing and just do it.” —Wanda Sykes A person on average spends 14 years at work which equals to around 123,000 hours. How important is it to do what you truly love? It’s significantly important to do something that excites you from within, that gives you the purpose and the meaning, to do something that you never get tired of. It’s very important to do what you love. Unfortunately, millions of people don’t enjoy their jobs, don’t like what they are doing, don’t know how to make a change, are afraid of change, don’t know what their true passion is and how to find it either and this is exactly what I would like to cover in this episode.   One of my favourite authors Mirzakarim Norbekov describes the true passion as the following: “If there is something that can you do like a crazy person, something that you can be unstoppable in, something where you are absolutely not normal is where the true passion lays.” I couldn’t agree more with this, because tremendous results cannot be achieved through an average work. Legendary achievements are born throughout an abnormal work by abnormal people. Thus, is there something that you can do where you would love to spend most of your day? Something where you are not normal? In this episode, I will challenge you with very simply yet confronting questions that will help you to discover your passion. Investment can be in our physique and physical strengths like gyms and workouts, investment in acknowledging new things and improving skills like special courses, classes or studies, investment in our looks like shopping clothes and many more. We are surrounded with investments but we are the ones in control on what we invest our time, energy, mind, money in. However, each one of us made at least one wrong investment in life, at least one investment that we are still hesitant about and at least one investment that we always wanted to do but never did. The good and right investment is not always defined by the cost, price, quality, features or anything related to these examples. In fact, good and right investment is always measured by the value it brings to you, your life, your goals and your businesses. The good investment is not about how much money you spent on the item or yearly gym subscription, or how long you will use it, or how durable it is or how many outfits you can create with this item. It’s about how much value it brings you despite of your activities, lifestyle or even despite of who you are. It’s about how much this piece, item, product, service, time, thought, even prayers make you feel. What do we feel when we are hurt? We feel anger, shame, weakness, hate, limits and many more. Forgiveness is possible and most important, it is very vital for your mental health, well-being and future success. You’ve got to forgive yourself and those who treated you unfairly. In fact, with difficulties, challenges and unfair situations, you developed thick skin, became independent, faced difficulties, unleashed the inside warrior and fought back. Your responses to each of these kinds of situations, made you the person who you are today. I know how it feels when you are unappreciated. I know exactly how it feels when nobody is around especially when you are doing your best. I genially don’t believe that someone is less creative than the other one. You ask me why? The answer is that everyone is creative and full of ideas, it is just creativity can also be spread among different topics. The reason why you don’t start is because you are creating excuses. You create excuses to brainstorm about the ideas that will help you to get closer to your goal. You create excuses to avoid challenges that you might face. You create excuses because you are afraid to fail. All excuses lead to you no starting and not actioning. When you don’t action, all your beautiful, creative, innovative ideas go into so called “Forgotten Wishes and Ideas” folder. Albert Einstein invented the theory of General Relativity while asleep as well as Mendeleev invented periodic table which turned out to be a phenomenal in mathematics. Ludwig van Beethoven was deaf while wrote, created and published one of the most beautiful and famous art pieces that anyone still knows and there are thousands of beautiful people who created something unbelievable. Anything is possible. Put your positive mind to your idea, invest, commit, remove all doubts and start doing it. You can do it like anyone else. Start now! Underestimation comes in different forms that can be related to your work, career, self development, family and friends. You can see underestimation when you don’t get recognition for the hard work done, when there is no promotion or salary increase, no trust in your work and in your individuality, ignorance on your persona and identity as well as no belief or recommendations towards you in general. I will be honest with you. There will always people who underestimate you, who say nasty comments towards you, who hate you, who don’t believe in you and don’t support you. Sadly but it’s the truth that we all have to face. But! You are the one who decides what will be next. Neither your age, now the years of experience, nor your body proportions, no people’s opinions will define what your future and your next steps will be. Your life is in your hands. If you stay focused on your goal, work smart and hard, believe in yourself without any self underestimation….I can guarantee you nothing will stop you. Any conflict can be solved with effective communication. Communication is a two way interaction that a person uses every day to send, received, encode, comprehend, analyse and store information. It is the act of conveying meaning from one to another through the use of mutually understood signs and semiotic rules. If you are to use communication, any conflict, argument or misunderstanding can be solved. In an ideal scenario, every hour is spent wisely and efficiently. In the real world, many times we waste our precious time on talking to bunch of people about nothing, scrolling on social media endless amount of hours, watching hundreds of movies and even the ones that we’ve watched many times, a lot of talking about tasks and responsibilities without the actual actions, a lot of complaining about the amount of tasks and to do’s instead of crossing them out off the list, other external distractions and ad-hoc things that magically pop up in the meantime.     “You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” - Buddha Self-love is an enormous topic that I can talk about for hours, days and months because a person without self-love will have no happiness, no confidence, no support, no respect, no beliefs,  low self-esteem, mixed priorities, wrong decisions and many more that can lead to fatal endings. Lack of self-love comes from the external factors and it can be from toxic environment, bad experiences, strict family regulations, bad friendships, toxic people, past failures and many more. We all are born with a lot of self-love, we are all born free and with limitless powers. Experience, surroundings, life conditions, families and friends are the one that shape our first black & white colours. My dear friend, I am not saying that it’s your fault that you have lack of self-love but I am saying that you have a control in which way it will affect you. As someone very wise said: “It’s not about if you fail, it’s about what you do about that”. How many people out there who accept the job opportunities because of social pressure? How many people out there depend on social opinions and trends by voluntarily becoming social prisoners? How many people out there do things to please someone because they prioritise them above themselves? Millions and millions of people put themselves in the cages because they don’t love themselves enough and I am talking to you about this because I don’t want this to happen to you and if it did, I want you to get out of there.     Ep. 003 Know how to use your fear

    “Your fears arise within you and stay within you, as long as you allow them to.” Your fear can be studied, examined and analysed to find a solution for it. I want to tell you one thing…it’s okay to be afraid, it’s okay to let these emotions within you and it’s okay to have them. Fear just like many negatively associated emotions can be turned into the biggest power driver. I want to share this episode with you to inspire, motivate you and share with you my tactics on how to turn your fears into your own benefits. If you are afraid and you don’t know how to deal with your fears, do the following: Step 1: Click in your head and treat your fear as a project or a test. Let it affect you and see what is happening. Analyse it closely and identify the key feelings that are happening during this time. You can also write them down or record your feelings to outline your behaviour during this time. Only by analysing this and treating this as your project, you will already feel less scared. Step 2: Once you have done the full analysis and you know how you are reacting, identify the winners during this time. Does fear make you more determined? Does it somehow push to action to win? Does it make you move faster? Does it help you to be more concentrated? If you found any kind of winners such as these, you found your power! Step 3: Conquering fears takes time, be prepared for that. Before you will completely get rid of it, you need to create ‘emergency exists’. Emergency exists are things that help you cover the fear, forget it or be less scared about. It can be a talk to your friend about it, joke about this in public, or masks that help you not show it to others. Step 4: Once you learnt yourself, identified the pattern of what it does to you, created and developed emergency exits, you are ready to face it. To completely remove it, you need to accept yourself as you are, love yourself and work on your confidence level. Many of the fears that we have come from lack of self-esteem and lack of confidence. Love yourself, chin up, and go for it. Choose the most comfortable time for yourself and face it, whatever it is. Step 5: In case none of the tests helped, never ever give up. Throw this thought away out of the window, it doesn’t exist. If you are afraid of something, hustle and work very hard to make sure that you don’t face it. Work hard, efficient, smart and never give up. Step 6: What if your fear cannot be that easily solved or it’s deeper and you are looking for a solution to get rid of it? Then, I suggest to take a longer journey by first learning yourself, controlling your fears and work on your mindset. Everything that we think of, afraid of, have feelings for come from our minds. You’ve got to work on your mindset to change that feeling to be able to activate your inner power against your fear. Nobody knows what happened to you and you are the only one who can help you to get out of the fear circle. Positive thinking, straight posture, smile is already 50% of the work done. Be fearless, go against your fears and if they put you against the wall…break that damn wall! In a nutshell, it is a terrible feeling that you feel after you have or have not done a certain action that violates with your internal beliefs and values. What’s very important to outline is that guilt is not just a sad feeling but it is what prevents you from actioning and it can turn into a violation of your well-being too. Just like any other feeling, guilt comes in different forms and one of the most dangerous of them all is self-eating or self-destruction, which prevents you from accomplishing what you are going after. I want to share this episode with you to inspire, motivate and remind you that guilt is a self-blocker that controls your mind, emotions and prevents you from actioning towards either achieving what you are after or from fixing what you didn’t intend to do. You are the ruler, you are the creator, you are the only who decides what will be next.
