As we continue becoming a people of prayer, we're walking with Jesus through the Gospel of Luke and discovering the different ways He turns to the Father. This week, Pastor Christelle Fourie will preach Prayer as Joy: Rejoicing in the Spirit from Luke 10, where Jesus overflows with joy in the Holy Spirit. Prayer is not only persistence and surrender — it is also delight. It is participation in the joy shared between Father, Son, and Spirit.

In week 4: Glory in the Night, Ladaea Rylander will lead us as we reflect on the glory of God breaking into the darkness with the birth of Jesus. Today is a communion service as we worship, remember Christ´s coming, and look ahead with hope.

In Week 3: To serve without fear, pastor Justin Style will preach from Luke 1 and Peter 2, as we celebrate the birth of John the Baptist and the calling that follows from consecrated lives. Zechariah's song declares that God delivers His people so that they may "serve Him without fear, in holiness and righteousness all their days". This message remind us that consecration always leads to calling. God forms a praying, holy, mission-shaped people - in the city, but to shine within it, preparing others for the Lord.

In Week 2: Let It Be to Me, Pastor Matthew Fourie will teach from Luke 1, where the same angel who once sealed Daniel's vision now appears to Mary with a message that changes history. While Zechariah needed to be humbled into silence before he could believe, Mary receives God's word with a yielded heart, saying simply: “Let it be to me according to your word.” This week invites us to consider how humility prepares us to carry God's presence. As a church in a season of consecration, we choose surrender—not waiting to understand everything before we say yes to God's will, but opening our lives in trust and obedience.

Join us as we begin our new Advent series, Prepared för the Lord. In this opening week pastor Christelle preaches on God's perfect timing - His silence is never absence, and our waiting becomes worship when we trust His unseen preparation.

This week, Ladaea brings a message titled "The Posture of Revelation". How do we position ourselves to hear God clearly in seasons of delay, resistance, or uncertainty? We explore this together as we conclude our journey through Daniel.

We're continuing our journey through the book of Daniel in our series Faithful Exiles: Prayer and Perseverance in Exile, Pastor Matthew Fourie will teach from Daniel 9, where Daniel reads Jeremiah's prophecy and turns to God in confession and intercession for his people. His prayer becomes both perseverance and resistance — trusting that God is at work even when His purposes are not yet visible. In our own city, we're called to that same posture: to pray, to persevere, and to believe that God is moving behind the scenes.

We're continuing our journey through the book of Daniel in our series Faithful Exiles - Hope in the Nightmare, pastor Linn Style will be teaching from Daniel 7, where Daniel dreams of monstrous beasts representing empires — but then sees “one like a Son of Man” who receives everlasting dominion. Amid the chaos of history and the uncertainty of our age, we're reminded that our hope is not in human power or progress, but in Jesus — the Son of Man — who reigns forever.

We're continuing our journey through the book of Daniel in our series Faithful Exiles — exploring how to live with conviction and courage in a culture that often forgets God. In Week 5: Prophetic Witness in a Secular Age, pastor Christelle Fourie will be preaching from Daniel 5, in an age of distraction and self-sufficiency, we are invited to be a prophetic presence — discerning the times and pointing people to God's kingdom that cannot be shaken.

We're continuing our series through the book of Daniel — Faithful Exiles —learning how to live with courage and conviction in a shifting world. In Week 4: God's Sovereignty Over Empires, Justin Style will preach from Daniel 4, where King Nebuchadnezzar dreams of a mighty tree cut down and is brought low until he acknowledges that “the Most High rules over the kingdoms of men.” This powerful story reminds us that human pride collapses, but God's kingdom endures. In a culture that prizes progress and self-rule, we're called to remember that Christ alone reigns — and every knee will bow before Him.

We're continuing our new series through Daniel, Faithful Exiles, exploring how to live with faith and integrity in a culture that doesn't always share our values. In Week 3: Integrity in the Public Square, pastor Matthew Fourie teaches from Daniel 6, the famous story of Daniel in the lions' den. Daniel serves faithfully in Babylon's government, yet when prayer is outlawed, he continues his daily rhythm of devotion — and God delivers him. This week, we'll explore how public integrity flows from hidden devotion. In a culture that often challenges faith, we're invited to renew our own rhythms of prayer and trust, drawing courage from God's presence in the quiet place.

We're continuing our new series through Daniel, Faithful Exiles, exploring how to live with faith and integrity in a culture that doesn't always share our values. In Week 2: Courage Without Compromise, pastor Christelle Fourie will open Daniel 3 — the story of the fiery furnace. When faced with pressure to bow to Babylon's idols, three friends stand firm: “The God we serve is able to deliver us — but even if He does not, we will not bow.” This week we'll discover what it means to trust God's faithfulness even when He doesn't rescue us in the way we expect — a faith that's not transactional but rooted in deep allegiance to Jesus.

Join us as we begin a brand-new teaching series through the book of Daniel — Faithful Exiles, exploring what it means to live with courage, conviction, and hope in a culture that doesn't always share our faith. In Week 1: Consecrated Courage, Ladaea Rylander will open Daniel 1 — where Daniel and his friends are taken into exile and face the pressure to conform. They learn to live in Babylon but not of it — participating without being absorbed, saying yes to service but no to compromise.

Join us for Week 4 of Our Vision Series *Still Building: God's Purposes in the Middle of the Story*

We're in Week 3 of our vision series through Ezra–Nehemiah – Still Building: God's Purposes in the Middle of the Story, asking how God shapes His people in seasons of disruption and rebuilding. This Sunday's message is “Undivided” from Ezra 7–10, preached by Ladaea Rylander — a reminder that covenant love calls for consecration, not spectatorship. God is calling His people to undivided loyalty. In this season, we're invited to turn from bitterness, fear, and apathy, and to be set apart for love, courage, and holy hunger.

Join us for Week 2 of Our Vision Series *Still Building: God's Purposes in the Middle of the Story*

Join us for a new series – Still Building: God's Purposes in the Middle of the Story, a 5-part vision series in Ezra – Nehemiah, leading us toward Vision Builders Sunday. Just like God's people returning from exile, we find ourselves in a season of disruption and rebuilding – and we believe God is using this moment to shape us for His redemptive purposes in Malmö. In Part 1: God's Hand in History, pastor Matthew Fourie will open the Scriptures to show how God moves kings, empires, and history itself to accomplish His mission. Even in the uncertainty of losing our current building, we are reminded that our placement here and now is no accident – God is at work in the middle of the story.

Jesus reminds us that opposition isn't a sign of failure, but of allegiance to a different way of life. Come be encouraged to stand firm in the face of resistance, with your eyes set on the joy and reward of the Kingdom.

Join us for the Sunday Gathering at 10:30am as we continue our series, Blessed: The Good Life According to Jesus—a journey through the Beatitudes and Jesus' surprising vision for a flourishing life in God's Kingdom. This week, Pastor Matthew Fourie will preach from Matthew 5:7, where Jesus says: “Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.” In a world quick to judge and slow to forgive, Jesus calls us to a life marked by compassion. As recipients of God's mercy, we're invited to extend that same mercy to others—becoming vessels of grace and forgiveness in a hurting world.

Join us as we continue our series, Blessed: The Good Life According to Jesus - a journey through the Beatitudes and Jesus' surprising vision for a flourishing life in God's kingdom. This week, Ladaea Rylander will preach from Matthew 5:6, where Jesus says: "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness." In a world craving success, comfort, and curated self-expression, Jesus flips the script: Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. This message explores the ache at the center of the Christian life—the longing for things to be made right with God and with others. We look at how hunger goes wrong —through apathy, self-reliance, and complaint—and how Jesus invites us not to try harder but to desire more deeply: to contend in prayer, feast on the word, pursue justice, and long for His presence above all else. This is an invitation into deeper desire and the promise that God will satisfy.
