A damaged mind will produce damaged thoughts. The way to get out of a bad place is not to think of solutions from a damaged space.

Put yourself in an arena so that you know how to deal with conflict and are challenged by it everyday. Sharpened.
You must wage war on your self, the deepest things holding you back.

One of the biggest struggles towards accomplishment is yourself. If you can discipline yourself and master your Physical-Emotional-Mental- and Spiritual, accomplishing your goals becomes easy.
It's been a a challenging summer on this end! A good one, but hard. I talk a little bit about that and what we learned from the challenging ups and downs of attempting childbirth, moving, and many others.

We're all searching for ecstasy. Break the addition and procrastination loops and take responsibility to tap into the deepest levels of life.

Creating distance from unhealthy upbringing, the western society has many gaps in the system of human development, childhood development etc. One must separate from the space and lean into healing in order for them to come back to those places and uplift them.
Saying "I don't know" is about the healthiest thing you can do.
1 to 4. That's the equation. You choose pain now or pain later? This is how we start developing self esteem, getting out of trauma, building back our life.
Mastery. The experience of everyday work. Exploration. Discovery. Building. Ecosystem Harmonizing. The 7 year rule.
Engaging life, specifically the lower self of ego, resistance, negative inclination, as a martial combat. A training partner that makes your better. I love this idea!
Accessing energy that already exists. Making ourselves the right vessels. A bit of my personal experience on that.
Discussing context in our lives, the role of growth and leaving our known realities to get to bigger and greater realities - currently unknown. Belief in self helps you get to healthy context - healthy context gets us healthier and into a deeper relationship with self. This the positive loop cycle goes. The critical function...Belief.
Fighting the resistance, learning how to pursue the finish with a balance. A balance of push and pull. Pursuit and recovery. Even within pursuit, learning how to pull back the pressure when needed.
Leaning in and creating independence. The beauty of this self virtuous cycle.
Buildup happens constantly. As a rule of maintenance we need to be taking the trash out at least once a day and we will cease to identify with lower level consiousness's.
Killing laziness and getting proactive across the board in life. It's a baseline nessecity for healthy functioning. Lean in to growth.
Becoming healthy in this world means becoming obsessed with the right things, i.e. self growth. Then sustaining that obsession. There is no other way.
The work of having, deepening, and expanding a garden. The everyday work. The seasonal work. The yearly work.
Self identification. Deeper relationships. The deepest relationship. Self a facilitator for that expanded self, which fuels the greatest relationship. Your soul with it's source.
Working your garden and building something meaningful. The question is, for what purpose does that serve? It's something really deep.
Discovering your natural self from what was under the trash. Now there is a space to see the you that was covered up.
Are we really independent? How does that manifest itself in our lives? In our relationships?
Making space. Once your safe and you feel the safety, the next step is cleaning up. Cultivating the Physical - Emotional - Mental - and Spiritual.
On getting out of trauma and cleaning up our life. First step - Get Safe - Feel that safety
Learning how to generate flow in your life. Tap into greater results.
Being present isn't enough. Being present will show you how dirty your room is. Now you need to clean it.
Accepting your piece of responsibility in this that you can't get rid of by projecting or avoiding, owning your pain, and building something beautiful. You human consciousness as we experience it is a vessel that will uplift your soul. Our mission to develop the potential. Pain, work, and ownership are our methods of doing that.
Feel them. Don't avoid them. Accept them. Utilize them.
1. Direction. 2. Prioritization 3. Effective and consistent work (hard work!) On the task.
Releasing energy. Subjective and objective. Creating good problems.
