Natural self-esteem is built into humanity; it's just being ourselves and embracing life. Once we start to analyze ourselves, or become self-conscious about perceived flaws or worried about what others think about us, we lose touch with our connection with life and others. Whether we think we're great, or fear we are awful, we live in insecurity. We live in our head, not from our heart. That doesn't mean we don't want to develop our knowledge, or take interest in staying fit or looking our best. It simply means that we are born with all we need to be at ease with moment-to-moment life.Support the show

Self-realization is the first step towards returning to one's Natural Self. This involves resolving the diseases of the mind, shedding negative emotions and confusion through meditation and spiritual awakening. Sahaja, or natural full consciousness, is achieved when a person becomes completely free and spontaneous and embraces simple things in life. Full consciousness allows for self-actualization and the discovery of the natural way to put one's greater power and consciousness to use. The path of self-mastery is a continuous process of purification, and ascension to ever-higher levels of God's nature.Sat Mindo Damalis is an enlightened spiritual teacher and author of “Enlightened Authentic Self”. Today we're taking a look at the wisdom of one of the most profound minds in psychology, Carl Jung. We'll be talking about how his principles of self-discovery and shadow work can help you heal naturally and discover your true life's purpose. Jung believed that certain universal symbols, called archetypes, live within all of us and recognizing these archetypes can help guide us in our healing journey. The most important archetypes and how they relate to your healing and life purpose are discussed. We look at how can you start applying these 7 laws into your life right now. So, if you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed or like you're not living in alignment with your destiny, this episode is for you. #carljung #archetypes #healingfromwithin #lifepurpose #aligning
In today's episode, we explore the profound, natural power of self-healing, guided by the timeless wisdom of Neville Goddard. Whether you're seeking relief from physical symptoms, breaking free from emotional blocks or simply elevating your quality of life, this journey is for you. Take a moment to revalue yourself. Who are you at your core? Imagine living in perfect health, happiness, and fulfillment, right here, right now. Our health is shaped by our consciousness, where thoughts, beliefs, and feelings manifest physically. When we visualize ourselves already healed, this message imprints on the subconscious, ultimately guiding the body to manifest that state. True healing begins with recognizing your body's innate ability to restore itself. Release the belief that you are sick or broken and embrace the limitless possibilities of natural self-healing. #selfhealing #nevillegoddardteachings #lettinggoquotes #lettinggo #consciousnessawakening
In today's episode, we draw inspiration from Napoleon Hill's classic book, Outwitting the Devil, and explore how his powerful principles can be applied to our own healing processes. We dive into the concept of ‘drifting,' as Hill describes it—going through life without a clear sense of purpose—and how this impacts our health. Discover why having a definite purpose is crucial for well-being, and how a lack of focus leads us to seek external solutions instead of tapping into our own inner healing power. Hill emphasizes that fear is one of the Devil's greatest tools—fear of illness, fear of pain, fear of failure—and we explore how these fears can keep us stuck in unhealthy patterns. Self-discipline, as Hill stresses, is essential in natural healing; it's not a one-time action but a daily commitment to wellness. Believing in your body's ability to heal activates its natural healing processes. Your faith isn't just a mindset—it has a tangible, physical impact on your body. #NapoleonHill #OutwittingTheDevil #PurposeDrivenHealing #OvercomeFear #SelfDiscipline #NaturalHealing #MindBodyConnection #HolisticWellness
I am beautiful just as I am, inside and out. I embrace my unique beauty and love myself unconditionally. I am worthy of love and respect, no matter how I look. My beauty is defined by my kindness, strength, and confidence. I am more than my appearance; my true value comes from within. I choose to see the beauty in my reflection and celebrate it. I am grateful for my body and all that it allows me to do. I release the need to be perfect and embrace my imperfections. I treat myself with kindness and compassion, especially when I look in the mirror. I deserve to feel confident and beautiful every day. I am proud of who I am and the journey I am on. I let go of comparisons and honor my unique features. I am enough, just as I am, without needing to change a thing. I focus on what I love about myself and let go of self-criticism. I am worthy of feeling beautiful, regardless of external opinions. I accept and love myself fully, including all my physical traits. I choose to nurture my inner beauty, which shines through in everything I do. I honor my body by treating it with love, care, and respect. I let go of harsh judgments and embrace self-love and acceptance. I am confident in my own skin, and I radiate beauty and self-assurance. I trust that my true beauty is reflected in my character and actions. I focus on the qualities that make me unique and special. I am kind to myself and speak words of love and encouragement. I celebrate my individuality and the beauty that comes with it. I am deserving of love, happiness, and self-acceptance, just as I am.

How To Interrupt The Loop of Your Natural Self Unawareness. This is part three in our series on Emotional Intelligence. A primary point is the foundation of emotional intelligence is not being in tune with others emotions, but your own. My muse has been Scott Allender, author of book is The Enneagram of Emotional Intelligence: A Journey to Personal and Professional Success and host of the Evolving Leader podcast. In this show I brought on a mentor of Scott's who introduced us, Ian Morgan Cron. Ian is a renowned executive coach and Enneagram expert, and just a guy with radical insightful into the human psyche. He is his own guinea pig for self-awareness and we go down the rabbit hole of discussing the loop of self UNawareness we all fall into, every day, him too. He's just gotten really good at pulling himself out interrupt the loop and bring himself back to the present, which is again, a precept of emotional intelligence. Upon our conclusion he exclamed, “Holy moly, we really covered a lot of ground.” I encourage you to listen to my series with Ian, and check out his latest book, The Story Of You and his top ranked podcast, Typology. A note, Ian recently uprooted and moved from his stylish home in Tennessee, to the middle of Mexico. Just to shake things up. He spoke with me from his new home where you'll hear cars driving by on the cobblestone streets. I hope you find intrigue in the background noise, as I did. Why do we cover up our natural faces with makeup so much? Why won't we start embracing who we truly are? I know why I wear makeup. I wear make up because I feel that it enhances my beauty. But anything that God created doesn't need an enhancement. God is perfect! It's not our looks that make us, it's our personality and how we carry ourselves. So what is the real deal here? Everyone is not going to agree. Some will think that this episode is semi weird. But A few of you will understand me! Either way, thanks for listening --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
Nick Leckey is a son, a brother, a husband, and a father. He's a lot of other things, i.e. a token work-place professional, both president and a member of the KC Incognito Vacay Association (K.I.V.A.), and you know what else he is? He's a goddamn Super Bowl champion (New Orleans Saints, 2010).My guest for episode #12 of Badass Records has a lot of great qualities about him, but my favorite is perhaps is sense of humor and infectious laugh. Seriously. He's one of the the best matches I've ever encountered when it comes to cracking wise on an even keel, so this conversation was a hoot.Nick was one of the first potential guests I reached out to when this thing started to sprout, so it pleased me to get him on the books and eventually in the chair. He selected Cornershop's Handcream for a Generation and Wilco's Yankee Hotel Foxtrot as his pair of excellent LPs, and they were a trip to visit and revisit, respectively. He doesn't have a ton of interest in boosting his Twitter following, but were you to be so inclined, you could find him at @mrleckey on that platform. And, hey -- if you're nice, he might even like your comment. I mean...probably not, but you can always hope, right?Anyway, give our chat a view or a listen, will ya'? You'll giggle at least once. Guaranteed. If not, I'll hook you up with a free sticker whenever it is I get around to getting my merch' line up and running. Here's the catch, though: If you do giggle, ya' gotta tell a friend about the podcast. Deal?Peace.copyright disclaimer: I do not own the rights to the intro/outro audio, but they're righteous clips from a kickass song -- Natural Self's "Feet Keep Moving" from their 2008 release, The Art of Vibration (c/o Tru Thoughts) -- so I'm doing it, regardless.
A big part of what I do as a Self-Worth Coach is practice stepping into myself and my worth more and more each day. Not only has this been the quintessential part of my healing journey, but it has inspired me to keep going so that I may inspire my clients as well. I remember stepping into myself a lot as a child. I would consistently explore new things that made me happy, but over time, I stopped searching for what would make me happy, and instead searched for what would make my parents happy or others happy around me. I would ultimately do more of what was expected of me than what I genuinely wanted, and that changed me. I like to think that when I met my now husband and he began to show me what unconditional love really feels like, I began to choose myself and love myself unconditionally for what was the first time ever. I now finally embrace my natural self. This “natural self” is the version of me who exists comfortably in her natural state without force. This is the self that is free to be whoever she wants to be right now and who reserves the right to keep changing and evolving as her spirit does. This is the self who celebrates her authenticity and lets her light shine. This is the self that is comfortable wearing lots of colorful makeup, minimal makeup, no makeup, a fully styled outfit, pajamas, a bathing suit, nothing at all, and/or everything in between. No longer is there any shame in being me, and this has been absolutely freeing! I walk my clients through their own journey to finding the freedom in embracing their natural self so that they learn to (finally) unconditionally love themselves. I currently have 4 spots available in my one-one 12-week coaching container so that you too can experience self-love like this. Once you actually do this work for yourself and receive my unconditional support, you too can feel better even faster than you ever imagined! I hope you enjoy today's podcast episode and it inspires you to start embracing your natural self!
