Lamonte Goode is the founder and creator of Cyberyoga and Neosutras. We encountered his work and we were left with utter amazement. Sitting down with him to talk all things movement, spiritual growth, and vulnerability was motivating. Lamonte uses his dance, choreography, and body as a vehicle of transformation within the internal confines of his human existence, graciously shape shifting his expansion on every level. As he dives into the unknown crevices of himself, he guides those that follow and work with him to do the same. His life’s purpose is to inspire and we hope this conversation with him brings exactly that.
