Boundaries are the rules and expectations that we set in relationships. Boundaries help both parties understand how to behave -- what behavior is acceptable and what won’t be tolerated. If you feel unsafe or unedge with someone, there’s probably a lack of clear and consistent boundaries. People judge what they don't understand! The number one reason why people don't seek help for their Mental Illness, is the lack of support! People don't think we hurt because they can't see our invisible scars. Just because you don't see it, doesn't make it not real! The lack of insight about mental health has caused tons of people, myself included to go undiagnosed which results in a higher suicide rate among the Mental Health community. Complaining is a harmful habit that distances us from self-realization because once we complain about something, we end up saying something we don’t want, instead of saying what we really want... In this episode I will explain why it's time to put those complaints aside and start checking off those things on your to-do list! You have been complaining all 2020, now it's time to take ACTION! Remember anyone can come up with a goal, but not everyone has the ability to achieve it. For that to happen, you need to take action first. Goals are not like dreams or prayers.
