Blessed Momma Bosses
73- Difference between a 5 and 7 figure network marketing earner.

Blessed Momma Bosses

Play Episode Listen Later Jun 15, 2021 23:34

First off lets slash through the common objections/limiting beliefs of what makes a 6 or 7 figure earner in network marketing. NO you dont have to be the firs one in..I have seen companies like Arbonee who have been around a long time have new millionaires new top level executives.Ask around your company who was the last one to hit the top of the compensation level? How long did it take them? how long does it take the new people to hit auto bonus if you have it or earn the trips? If no one has done those things in a long time company wide not just your team lets be honest….time for a new comp plan and company sorry not sorryLets also slash through the limiting beliefs that they must have more time, they must not have young kids at home, they must have a supportive husband, they must be outgoing, they know the right people, etc…it goes on and on right. So step 1 isWrite those limiting beliefs down Then rip up or burn that paper. those are all lies ! Lies you are telling yourself to stay stuck..satan loves thatHere is what those 7 figures do that makes them stand out compared to the 5 figure or fun money earners.1. They decide they want it. Do you know what you want?If you dont know then write it down, brain dump all you think you want, then make a clear decision which thing it is.What do you want to see happen in your business in 90 days ? Then what do you need to do monthly to get there? Do you have the time to actually do that?Set it up on your calendar for daily action to achieve those goals. We share more about this at our retreat; http://www.bmbretreat.com2. They have vision:They know what is possible. They have undying belief in the products and business opportunityShare how you have belief in yoru productsYou have read the stories, experienced it personally, have others using product, getting it free, and then joining you in business and having wins.Read the stories your company shares, watch the videos they usually have videos articles etc on those who made it to the top of the companyWhy have you not read or watched them all to get that vision of what is possible/ Sometimes we dont because honestly we are jealous or dont want to see others succeed but it actually brings validation and vision to your subconscious3. Sense of Urgency is another thing that 7 figure earners have. many who make a couple hundred a month dont see an urgency but that  7 figure earner does.Doesn't mean you have to have a huge need either, it just means you see the potential like we talked about that vision and then you take action to get it in a reasonable time not waiting for years…I hear often people say one day I will get there I am not in a rush…well then it will take forever because that is what you are telling yoru subconscious and it loves to be right!4. They know how to set the vision for others. They show them they believe in them before they do5. Sara Robbbins shares a story called the $50 Million Dollar Woman it is all about not QUITTING before you hit gold. you know that story 3 feet from gold right by napoleon hill if not go look it up but here is Sara's version of it:4 years ago today– Susie Sheftel said YES, and changed my life, and thousands of others! What a POWERFUL way to ring in the New Year! Here's her story (there's a lesson to be learned by all!)I personally brought on board a woman in time shares who I used to lovingly refer to as “Negative Nelly” as she really didn't have a positive outlook on her business or her ability to reach out to people. She wasn't willing to make phone calls or do events to find prospects for her business. One day, as a last minute resort I crafted an email that she could at least send to her contacts. It found Susie Sheftel on New Years Eve! (all the more reason you should be prospecting today!) Susie read the email, and being an entrepreneur, she immediately recognized the power of our profession. On December 31, she was introduced to me on a 3way call with her soon-to-sponsor, who at the time was my personal partner. Susie immediately saw the vision and enrolled on New Years Eve…what a way to toast to new beginnings! Unfortunately Susie's sponsor got discouraged that she had only enrolled one consultant. She decided that this wasn't for her, and she quit.A few short years later, her team of one (Susie) grew into an incredible team that spans across the entire country. In fact, it's one of the fastest growing teams, and one of the largest legs in our company. Many team members are driving beautiful free cars, earning amazing incentive trips, and incredible incomes. In fact, Susie moved into her dream home on the water in Boca Raton. Can you imagine if Susie's sponsor stuck with it? She could be experiencing the same time and financial freedom. When you think about it, Susie's sponsor's “set of odds” were pretty good– her first team member ended up being a multi-million dollar producer!Per the advice of my friend Richard Brooke, today, I'm renaming Negative nelly to the $50 million dollar woman. She started this business at about age 30. After taxes, and with conservative investments, and not even taking into effect organizational growth over time, that's what she could have earned if she didn't walk away. Proof. You never know what people will do, or who they will lead you to. As I toast this New Year's Eve, I toast to Susie for changing my life, and thousands of others. Susie's group accounts for a good chunk of my team!6. Last one is DUPLICATION you cant be all things to all all the time, so set up layered leadership and how to duplicate the things you hear most often.Examples:Duplication for team, what are they asking you the most or customers? Make videos or write it up and put in notes for your phone so when asked you can send over.Duplication for income producing activities. what is working for you? Share it with your team so they duplicate.Do you have a curious to customer funnel for your team?Do you have a customer to business builder funnel for your team?(NMA teaches this push NMA here)Duplication on how to use products/how they work etc.Wanna work together!? Richard Brooke – Mach 2 Today we have Richard Brooke in this episode. He built multiple global businesses and author of many things and the book Mach 2. Join us to know more about his success and know if how the book can help us achieve our next step.  [7:36] Why should I listen to you?  Experience. I've been in business for 44 years. And if you add up the accomplishments versus the failures, in those 44 years, probably failure is 10 to one over accomplishments. I have experience and wisdom and it doesn't come from reading books or making money it comes from failing, and pushing through to the other side. [9:31] Early Setbacks and Failures I didn't go to college. I barely got out of high school, the only real option for me was food processing. I did a hard pivot into business  [11:43] Turning Point it wasn't the money. I want, I didn't really have that kind of ambition. What attracted me is this particular business is a group of people who had a real strong theme of coaching, mentorship, personal development.  [14:37] Idea of Writing a Book  I had to learn how to coach. I started coaching people and there are a lot if people who would ask if I had a book. One of my students coached me to write a book.  [19:15] Who is the book for?  I wrote the book for is the person that hasn't yet resigned. I actually wrote it for about the top 47-48%. I run it for those people that they still have a heartbeat for big possibilities in their life who would want to know, what's the system? [22:30] What do you hope is the next for you?  Read it again step by step. Study it and dig deeper into it. what I teach people is, if you can't teach what you read, you're leaving 99% of the value of what you read on the table. [26:30] Programs outside of the book We have programs that are zoom delivered. We do two-day events where we dive deep with people. Keynotes [8:20- 8:30] “We learn all that much. With our successes, we learn a great deal with our failures as we push through them to the other side. Keep going, you know, the cliche is fail forward.” [16:59- 17:10] “I call it the catch 22 of motivation. That you actually have to be motivated to get motivated to do something right”   To get the book “Mach-2” and more information on Richard go to the following links  www.Richardbrooke.com www.blisslifeaudio.com

Richard Bliss Brooke went from chicken chopper to CEO, according to Success magazine in its 1992 cover story ... an issue that outsold every issue in the 100-year history of the magazine. He was only 36 years old when Success magazine featured his journey from earning $3.05 an hour cutting chickens for Foster Farms to creating millionaires from his sales training and performance coaching. Had it not been for an obscure management decision by Foster Farms – they would not promote anyone who did not have a college degree – Richard would have recently retired from a 40-year career at the processing plant. Instead, he pivoted and built a nationwide sales organization of 30,000 people by the time he was 28, and went on to build two global companies over the next 35 years. As a keynote speaker, he has wowed audiences of over 10,000 and shared the stage with Tony Robbins, Sir Richard Branson, Bob Proctor, John Maxwell, and many others. As an author, he has written three books and hundreds of articles and blogs. He has been acknowledged for his ontological coaching and his book “Mach2” by Gale Sayers, John Elway, Harvey Mackay, Les Brown, Jack Canfield, and thousands of others. “I am a classic case of failing forward,” says Richard. “I have always looked for the seed of equal or greater benefit in adversity, as suggested by Dr. Napoleon Hill. And I am a passionate believer in self-motivation. With it, nothing else really matters. Without it, nothing else really works." Today Richard runs his three multimillion-dollar companies from his home on the island of Lanai, Hawaii. He loves to golf, fly helicopters, scuba dive, boat, ATV, hike, paddleboard, and bask in the good life with his wife, Kimmy, step-daughter Hailey, and Marley the Maltipoo. December 25 is a special day every year around this time, and so it's fitting that we bring you Episode 25 this holiday season. Our most recent episode features Joe and Katy Kindred of Charlotte's runaway hit restaurants Kindred and Hello, Sailor! Let us first acknowledge the return of Page's favorite podcast intro on this episode. While we will always thank our buddy Penn Holderness for whipping together the intro you've heard over the previous 24 episodes in about 39 seconds, it was the throwaway clip of Jake you just heard that will likely kick things off going forward. We're either terribly sorry, or you're very welcome. Now, on to our guests... Joe and Katy have had a mildly successful foray into restaurateurship. After long, winding careers in the industry, spanning Charlotte, Chicago and San Francisco, and then back to Charlotte, the couple launched Kindred in Davidson. To say it was a rocket ship not only in the greater Queen City-area but nationwide would be putting it mildly. Kindred hit every "Top New _____" list in 2015, and it helped transform historic downtown Davidson in the process. On the heels of this success, the couple turned their attention to Lake Norman, where they took an old, declining shore front restaurant and flipped it into Hello, Sailor. In the span of a couple of years and a few miles, the Kindreds redefined night life in greater Charlotte. Joe's the chef and Katy's the brains behind the look and feel of their businesses and brand. The two talk about how they're raising their three young children as "restaurant kids," about all of the twists and turns they endured en route to their success and about how important it is for couples to continue to date even after marriage. In fact, they were headed to grab sushi immediately following the podcast. We loved them, and we think you will too. We can’t thank Joe and Katy enough for joining us on this episode, and as always, big thanks to Garrett Tichy, Hygge and Richard Brooke for having us as a member of their inaugural Hygge Podcast Residency! We realized we had started to collect a few episodes in the can, so we thought we'd release a couple together.  First up are Haley and Steve Bohon.  Haley founded Charlotte start-up darling SkillPop in 2015 and Steve joined her shortly thereafter.  SkillPop's claim to fame is that they are revolutionizing in-person education, and as public speaking teachers, Page and Jake can attest to it's rocket ship growth.  SkillPop has expanded to Raleigh, Greenville, S.C. and Nashville, and Steve and Haley have other major business development ideas brewing as well, especially after their recent appearance at Techstars in Austin.  The future is SUPER bright for these two, and Charlotte is lucky to have them. You'll recognize Jason Harper from his weekday appearances...right next to Page.  Jason is Page's co-anchor on FOX 46's Good Day Charlotte, and together with his wife Angie, the two make for a hilarious duo.  Jason and Angie team together to raise a blended family of four daughters, which is not lacking in funny stories.  What makes their backstory that much more interesting, is that they're high school sweethearts...sort of.  After knowing each other growing up, the two went their separate ways and eventually reunited after each having a first marriage.  And now together they enjoy hitting up Charlotte's breweries and every Old Navy in the 704. We're back for Episode 20 of the Date Night with Jake and Page podcast! This episode is a family affair, as we had Casey (Page's brother!) & Michelle Crawford in the studio! To call Casey and Michelle a power couple would be an understatement. Not only are they both CEOs and owners of their respective companies, Movement Mortgage and Rising Crossfit Ballantyne in the Charlotte-area, but both are literally powerful. Casey doesn't look too far removed from his time with the Carolina Panthers (where he played from 2000-2001 before earning a Super Bowl ring with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers) and it was only one year ago that Michelle competed in the CrossFit Games (where she starred from 2013-17). While we were definitely guilty of steering too far at times into family jokes, we heard about the crazy story of how they realized they were each other's ones, how a couple from Virginia and New Jersey decided to call Charlotte home, and how they manage from going insane living so close to family (ahem). We can’t thank Casey and Michelle enough for joining us on this episode, and as always, big thanks to Garrett Tichy, Hygge and Richard Brooke for having us as a member of their inaugural Hygge Podcast Residency! Episode 19 of the Date Night with Jake and Page podcast is here. And, oh snap, do we have a special one for you - we had Muggsy and Kim Bogues join us in studio! Muggsy Bogues is, well, let's not mince words - he's a Charlotte sports icon. Point guard for those classic, throwback Hornets teams, Muggsy made a name for himself not only in the QC, but on the big screen as well, starring alongside Michael Jordan (and fellow Hornet Larry Johnson!) in Space Jam. Our kids (and Jake) may or may not have seen Space Jam 2,873 times. He and Kim KEEP. IT. REAL. over the course of our hour together. Their relationship backstory is interesting to say the least, with Muggsy even stopping himself at once point and admitting that he had never told part of their story publicly before (which Kim acknowledged hilariously). We also talked post-NBA life, what they're up to now, and how Kim is trying to keep up with the crazy success of her catering business, Hearth-N-Soul. We can’t thank Muggsy and Kim enough for joining us on this episode, and as always, big thanks to Garrett Tichy, Hygge and Richard Brooke for having us as a member of their inaugural Hygge Podcast Residency! Welcome to Episode 18 of the Date Night with Jake and Page podcast! In this episode we get to know Roman and Heather Harper. Roman is a former New Orleans Saint and Carolina Panther, and he and Heather are high school sweethearts...sort of. Roman and Heather go back. Way back. And when you know someone for that long, You. Can. Keep. It. Real. And real they kept it. Gang, it wasn't all roses for these two. They were on, then off, then on again. Their origin story was one of ups and downs...you know, like normal couples. One of our favorite parts of the evening with Roman and Heather actually started right at the end of the recording. You hear Roman quickly say that they're still trying to figure everything out and what the next chapter will be. We ended up staying in the studio for another 20-30 minutes talking about that next chapter. I know, I know, we should have recorded it, but we feel like that's Roman and Heather's story to tell when they're ready. Stay tuned! Welcome back to the Date Night with Jake and Page podcast! We laid low in December and January, but we're breaking out of our holiday slumber with AIRHORNS. Margarita Confessionals is probably Charlotte's most well-known and most listened-to podcast. Hosted by Lauren Levine and Ali Washburn, the show has grown a crazy following in the Queen City and has now even moved into iHeartRadio and live events at restaurants and bars. Lauren and Ali had us on an episode of theirs back in 2016, and we've been planning on turning the tables on them ever since. We finally got them in the studio, but you know we had to make it a date night, so they brought their current boos, Brad (Lauren) and Phil (Ali). What transpired was an hour of so...much...fun. The guys got vulnerable and talked about what it's like to often be the topic of conversation in a popular dating/lovelife podcast. The gals...well, they pretty much talked about the same. It's a really neat peak behind the curtain of one of Charlotte's most popular media teams and their current dating lives. We also took them out of their comfort zone in a big way and made them drink beer. Yeah. We can’t thank Amanda, Lauren, Brad and Phil enough for joining us on this episode, and as always, big thanks to Garrett Tichy, Hygge and Richard Brooke for having us as a member of their inaugural Hygge Podcast Residency! It's been a minute, Charlotte. Our last 1-2 months have been filled with a new house, a new dog, holidays and most notably, no podcasts. We know. Wahhh. But... Weeeee'rrrrreeeee baaaaaaack. We have a ton of great podcasts scheduled for February, but in the meantime, we didn't want to let January go by (barely!) without dropping some content. And by content, we mean THREE NEW EPISODES! AND WE'RE DROPPING THEM ALL AT THE SAME TIME!!!!! ALL CAPS!!!!!!!!!! And the reason we didn't want to let January go by? It's our one year anniversary of the pod! Sort of. We think. Close enough. Time flies when you're sharing mics and beers! This three-pack is quite the mix to say the least. We've got: 1. Phillip and Amanda McLamb, owners of Resident Culture Brewing Company. New baby, new brewery, both growing like crazy. NBD. As you can see in the thumbnail, we celebrated Jake's birthday and the podcast's. In that order. 2. Lauren Levine and Ali Washburn from the Margarita Confessionals podcast. Wait, what? Yeah. They had us on their *fire emoji* podcast back in 2016 before our show existed, so we thought, hey that was sort of a date night, right? No? What the heck, we're adding it here (because #content). 3. Episode 0. Right after Hygge's very own, Garrett Tichy, named "Date Night with Jake and Page" as one of his co-working company's inaugural podcast residency members last January, the three of us taped a rambling, beautiful, incoherent, amazing, awful podcast. We've been staring at it for a year...and now it's time to release it to the world. Apologies in advance, Garrett. Cheers, Charlotte! We're bringing you Episode 13 of the Date Night with Jake and Page podcast, where you'll hear from NoDa Brewing Company Founders and Owners, Todd and Suzie Ford! [FAN BOY ALERT!!!] As Page mentions in the podcast, when we debated moving to Charlotte back in 2014, the "Pros" list was: family, NoDa, jobs, Hop Drop, etc., etc. You get the point. We've been fans of the brewery for years, so it was only fitting that we bring on the couple behind what has become one of Charlotte's and the industry's leading craft beer brands. Todd and Suzie talk about how both of their companies were acquired around the same time, which coincided with a growing buzz around Todd's home brewing and tasting parties. They decided to make the proverbial leap to launch NoDa, and the rest is history. Now, they say, it's about keeping up the demand and all of the latest and greatest trends in the industry, while also standing up against state legislation which is currently limiting the growth of N.C. brewers. We can't thank Todd and Suzie enough for joining us on this episode, and as always, big thanks to Garrett Tichy, Hygge and Richard Brooke for having us as a member of their inaugural Hygge Podcast Residency! In this show you'll hear from Charlotte Hornets in-game hosts Jacinda and Derrick "Fly Ty" Jacobs! Wellllllp, we've met our match. Good grief, Jacinda and Fly Ty can HUSTLE. The Hornets gig is just one part of their looooong list of jobs, appearances, hosting opps, emcee gigs, etc., etc. Hearing how they balance everything should be required listening for any couple with two working spouses. Add in three sons from Ty's previous marriage and a book launch for Jacinda, and, well, yeah. Insanity. We caught them just before the launch of Jacinda's book, "Uniquely Qualified", on Nov. 9 (pick up a copy on Amazon!), so the timing was great. Jacinda touched on various pieces from her book, ranging from her troubled background to how she's now able to use her platform on TV, the radio and through events to help spread her message of living life to the fullest. Ty was right there by her side, hyping her book like a pro. They truly are #relationshipgoals. (Oh, and their daughter too!) Bob got Jake to drink bourbon. We can probably just start and end this podcast description there. Yeah, he's THAT good. In all seriousness, if you live in or around the QC - or really the world at this point - and you like a good cocktail, you have either been to The Punch Room, heard of The Punch Room, or The Punch Room is on your Charlotte Bucket List. Bob is a genius behind the bar, and he's built a global following around his concoctions. While you may already know about Bob, you SHOULD know about Jena as well. You've got to hear some of the stories she tells in this episode. Jena has a storied career in showbiz, and she's continued it through to today as the owner and operator of JBP Entertainment, a performing arts studio and entertainment production office in uptown Charlotte.
