Hey, Boss Lady hosts Andrea Goeglein and Kristi Atwater have years of professional and life experiences, with very different backgrounds, that formed the building blocks of their work in the professional world and in their communities. Not long after the pandemic hit, and only months after the country erupted in protests for racial justice, Tiffany R. Warren took a new job as executive vice president and chief diversity and inclusion officer at Sony Music Group. Equity and inclusion have been her life's work, but building cultural and racial awareness, while coping with the isolation of the pandemic, created a whole new set of challenges. She talks with hosts Andrea Goeglein and Kristi Atwater about the need to rebuild communities.
