In this episode, we will dive deep into unlocking the boundless abundance that resides within you. Our goal isn't just material wealth; it's becoming our highest selves. The highest self requires nothing because everything is already within. It's about reaching internal peace, and once our needs are met, we expand to help others. We want to be the change the world needs, and this begins with our inner transformation. Imagine a world where abundance flows freely, and everyone shares their abundance with their neighbors, creating a powerful cycle of love and giving. True power lies in having everything to give, not just everything to have or lose. When you elevate yourself to a high-vibrational being and offer yourself to others, that's the greatest gift you can give. We are destined for abundance, positivity, and a positive mindset. With a positive mindset, you gain perspective and see that nothing is happening to you; it's all happening for you because you see beyond yourself. It's about recognizing that it's not just about you; it's about making a positive impact on the world. But I understand it's not always easy to put this into practice, especially when dealing with everyday challenges like family and work. However, the practice we're undertaking is transcending these challenges to become our higher selves. Our higher selves see the value in every person, even those we may find difficult or hurtful. We must emanate boundless love, especially toward those who have hurt us, because when we lack abundance within ourselves, these people can drain our energy. By being an overflowing source of love and abundance, they will either change to match your vibration or distance themselves because they can't handle your positivity. This is our goal. This is how we shift, evolve, and become our highest selves, ultimately changing the world. - Henry -------------------------------- Request Coaching Info -------------------------------- Social Media Say hi on TikTok Say Hi on Instagram Facebook Group! -------------------------------- Email Me henry@vibeabundant.com -------------------------------- Email List --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/positive-mindset-podcast/support

Rebecca Berman, MD, is the Program Director for UCSF's internal medicine residency program, and a Professor of Clinical Medicine. Dr. Berman completed her medical school from Harvard Medical School and her residency in primary care internal medicine from Brigham and Women's Hospital. After completing her chief residency at Brigham and Women's in 2009, she joined Mass General Hospital where she built a network of student faculty primary care practices known as the Crimson Care Collaborative. Over a thousand Harvard medical students have participated in the Crimson Care Collaborative gaining early exposure to primary care, to care for the underserved and interprofessional education opportunities. In 2013, Dr. Berman returned to Brigham and Women's to direct its primary care residency program and in 2018 was recruited to UCSF. She's the founder and co-leader of the National Association of Program Directors of Internal Medicines, Primary Care Group, and is the editor of their primary care toolkit, which offers a blueprint for building and strengthening primary care tracks. To help reduce pay disparities and improve diversity in medical leadership positions, she teaches nationally on negotiation skills for physicians. She's a member of the Society of General Internal Medicine and serves on their national career development working group. Other areas of interest include Novel Curriculum, Health Literacy, Women in Medicine and Care for The Underserved. Don't let your lack of confidence get in the way of your intelligence. That is the wise advice Dr. Rebecca Berman received early on in her career, and she's been practicing it—and preaching it—ever since. Today, she empowers us to use our voice, to share our ideas, and to dare to not only ask questions, but to seek the solutions that come from complex issues. Dr. Berman explains that when we know something, we need to simply say it. If we're wrong, we can own it. But the key is to communicate confidently, clearly, and directly. She believes that strong mentors are who empower us to be innovative within and outside our hospital networks, and to encourage us to become a force for positive change. Pearls of Wisdom: 1. Medicine is an atypical journey. The ‘atypical student' with the non-linear path is much more common than the typical one. And it's the varying perspectives and journeys that lead to more innovation along the way. 2. Don't let lack of confidence get in the way of your intelligence. If you have something to say, say it clearly and directly, and don't undermine yourself. If you're wrong, own it and move on. 3. We all want to be innovative. But we can get a lot more done creatively if we look at it with two mindsets. It's not just criticizing the problem, it's about working to find that complex solution. 4. It's not always about getting credit. We need allies and formed partnerships to accomplish more and create change.
Even when you drop out of a graduate program, you can create a successful career for yourself. When James dropped out of his PhD program, he didn't have a clear direction on what he wanted to do with his life, but he knew he wanted to do something...
Youths make up 16 per cent of the world's population today. Over the next 30 years, the youth population is expected to continue to grow in some regions like the Arab Middle East (UN 2019), which will in turn change the demography of the region. In this lecture, we will discuss how these demographic shifts and political instability in the region are upturning social expectations, especially for women. They present challenges and opportunities, both in terms of women's and youth's socio-economic expectations, and to current sociopolitical norms, especially as the states' authority and familial bonds weaken, and guidance increasingly comes from social media and other independent external stakeholders. Disrupted “visions” and changing labour force demands are intersecting with painful political changes in the aftermath of the Arab Spring, and will continue to impact the uncertain future of youth and gender politics of the Middle East.

The renowned stylist and fashion director talks to BoF’s Editor-at-Large Tim Blanks about his time creating under lockdown. Quarantine hasn’t stopped stylist and art director Ibrahim Kamara from creating. Although he is unable to work on his usual fantastical fashion visuals, the time spent in his London home is nonetheless far from wasted. “I might not be able to achieve my dreams right now, but I can write them and make a note of them,” Kamara told BoF’s Editor-at-Large Tim Blanks in the latest episode of the BoF Podcast. Born in Sierra Leone, Kamara moved to London in his early teens. He has since worked with some of fashion’s biggest names, including Stella McCartney, Fenty and Hermès as well as British Vogue, Love and AnOther. During lockdown, Kamara and Blanks touched base to talk about photography as a force for change. Kamara’s ethereal aesthetic pays tribute both to his West African roots and to London, the city he has lived in for the past ten years. For Kamara, the beauty of his visuals exist in this intersection of cultures. “When I’m making work, I want people to stop and take in so much,” he said. “If an image doesn’t stop you, it doesn’t really do it’s job… That’s how I make photos, I want people to look at them twice.” Kamara sees technology as a source of endless inspiration. It is through Instagram he met and befriended Kristin-Lee Moolman, one of Kamara’s longtime collaborators, with whom he has worked on countless projects. “It’s so good to find people who you think can bring something to your world,” he said. Social media has also upended fashion’s longstanding hierarchies, Kamara said, adding that people can now more easily collaborate on ambitious projects without the approval and support of established magazines. Looking to the future, Kamara hopes to inspire a new generation of young image-makers to find confidence in their ways of seeing and believe in their creative visions. Only by supporting, cultivating and promoting the next generation of creative talent can the fashion industry progress: “[I want to] push the industry [forward]… and make it a space where everyone can dream.” Sign up for BoF’s Daily Digest newsletter here: http://bit.ly/BoFnews. And even better, it's their first ever STAR WARS interviews! Arti Shah (Gonk/Maz Kanata Motion Capture Double) stops by to talk about her amazing experiences on the TFA sets in London and Abu Dhabi. And, winner of the Force For Change walk-on role, DC Barnes relives his ultimate fan experience with RFR.
Last year, DC Barns entered his name in a contest to join the cast and crew of Star Wars: The Force Awakens at Pinewood Studios in London. He and friend J Trent Adams were treated to the full on-set experience — complete with trailer and a walk-on role in the film — and now, after nearly 12 months in embargoed silence, they are free to speak of their experience inside the Mystery Box. Today on TNRShorts, a special interview with DC Barns and J Trent Adams.

(Possibly a little too much at times). But there's some real good stuff in this new issue including a potential link to Episode 7.Download Special Episode: Marvel Star Wars #1Look at the little guy in the corner in the jail scene.
