    The Hidden Brain podcast is consistently interesting and provides ideas that are directly applicable to everyday life. The show is approachable and friendly, making it enjoyable to listen to. I have never regretted spending my time and attention on this podcast. The topics covered are thought-provoking, and Shankar Vedantam's voice is soothing, caring, and intelligent. The team of researchers behind the podcast does a great job of conveying information in an understandable way.

    One of the best aspects of this podcast is its ability to present research findings in an approachable manner. Despite the complex topics discussed, the storytelling approach and real-life examples make it easier to understand. The episodes offer insights into psychology, cognition, human behavior, and self-improvement. The findings presented are helpful for self-reflection and personal growth. Additionally, the podcast covers a diverse range of topics that appeal to people from all walks of life.

    While the content of this podcast is highly valuable, one downside is the presence of advertisements. Some listeners have expressed their dissatisfaction with ads interrupting their listening experience. However, instead of criticizing without offering an alternative, it would be beneficial if someone could propose a solution for creating a better ad-free experience for everyone.

    In conclusion, The Hidden Brain podcast is informative, entertaining, and paradigm-shifting. It offers valuable insights into education, social justice math, psychology, cognition, and human behavior. Shankar Vedantam's interviewing skills are commendable as he asks insightful questions that provoke thought from guests. While there may be room for improvement regarding ads, overall this podcast is highly recommended for anyone interested in understanding themselves and others better.
