She challenges us to be devoted citizens in different ways such as taking responsibility for someone or something and risking involvement.
We start a new series on 'NATION BUILDING' as we are weeks away from another national election. It is so important that we see things Biblically. Proverbs 29:2 says: ‘When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan.' If you have been around for a while you have experienced this truth. However you have the great honour of being able to choose! Enjoy For more info visit www.hispeoplepmb.co.za

In this sermon we continue to look at Biblical stewardship. Ps Jacques unpacks how stewardship begins with God as He is the Creator and has absolute rights of ownership over all things (Genesis 1:1). We're encouraged to work as though we're working for the Lord, not for men because, ''It is the Lord Christ you are serving'.'' Enjoy!
In this sermon we look at the 7 cries from the cross. Ps Jacques unpacks the last words of Jesus as He died on the cross, exploring the power and significance of these words and the ultimate sacrifice Jesus made for us, His beloved. Enjoy
In this sermon we continue with the "He Leads Me" series part 5, looking at how the captain - Jesus/ Holy Spirit, can sometimes tell us to go there, don't go there or stay here. We look at how Holy Spirit leads Paul and Philip in Acts and they heard him. Do we then hear Holy Spirit when He Leads and are we obedient to what He says? Ps Jacques challenges us to to seek Jesus in this way- that He becomes the only captain in our lives. Enjoy!
Psalm 23:3 says: 'He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name's sake.' We tend to love quoting this Scripture but do we really allow God to lead us and when He speaks, do we follow? Ps Jacques challenges us to be believers who wonderfully follow the Lords leading in both going and staying. Enjoy. For more info visit www.hispeoplepmb.co.za
Psalm 23:3 says: 'He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name's sake.' David knew the reality of the Lord's leading but so many believers just stumble through life instead of tapping into this reality of following the Lord's leading. This week we continue with our series, where we look at how the Lord leads us and how we navigate the voyage of life. Enjoy.

As we continue with our Set Apart series, Amu brings the word on ''Holiness Revealed''. Looking at the book of Leviticus 16, we reflect on how ''Little sins'' before a Holy God is still disobedience. We see that in this book offerings were to be made as a way to atone for different sins but because of God's grace, everything has changed for us and how we respond to this is that we are to position our heart to receive of this grace and desire to obey God.

In this sermon we look at Philippines 3:12-15, unpacking a sense from God to Just keep going, just as Paul the Apostle says, "I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.'' It is important that we press on to God with all that we have and all that we are for it is Him who sustains us and He know the ways of our paths. ENJOY!
In this message we look at the first and second commandments in Exodus 20 and what having no other gods looks like in our lives. We see how even some of the good things God has given us can become idols where we have placed our identity, significance and value in them and not Jesus.
In this message we look at Hebrews 13:7 and it says, "Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcomes of their way of life and imitate their faith." Looking at the biblical values that Siya Kolisi the Springboks' Captain lives by such as his reverence for God as a leader, we are encouraged to apply the truth of this scripture in our lives. ENJOY!
In uncertain times where can we find stability or an 'anchor for the soul'? In Hebrews 6:19-20 we read: "We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, 20 where Jesus, who went before us, has entered on our behalf." Come on the journey as we unpack what this powerful reality looks like in 3 different dimensions. For more info visit: www.hispeoplepmb.co.za

In this sermon we are blessed with a word from Ps Roger who leads the Every Nation Southern Africa Apostolic Team. He speaks about the sacrificial love we are to have for God and His people and just like Paul's says in 2 Corinthians 5:14a, "For the love of Christ compels us." This should be our heart's response before we do anything else, that we are compelled by God's loves first.
Awonke shares a challenge he received from Ps John Piper who spoke about '70 years without a shipwreck - Staying Faithful & Fruitful'. Awonke unpacks this great theme from scripture by sharing lessons from the life of John the Baptist and other personal stories for this excellent message. For more info visit: www.hispeoplepmb.co.za
Ps Jacques speaks into how we are called to STAND AGAINST the enemy using the spiritual authority given to us by Jesus. May this message encourage you to take a stand in the situations in your life using the authority given to you by and through Christ Jesus. Enjoy! visit us on www.hispeoplepmb.co.za
Be empowered as Ps Jacques speaks into how we are called to STAND AGAINST as children of the Lord. We unpack this truth from scripture and how standing against the enemy is vital and we do so not in our own strength but we are to take on the armor of God(Ephesians 6:14-18) , not some parts of the armor but all. When we take on God's armor the enemy does not see a reflection of us but he sees a reflection of God himself. Enjoy!
1 Cor 16:13-14 says: "Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong. 14 Let all that you do be done with love." This week we unpack 2 important dimensions in this verse, that of watching and being brave. I is so important to watch so that the things we stand for and the things we are brave about really matter. Enjoy! For more info visit: www.hispeoplepmb.co.za
Scripture say, "Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God's people and also members of his household, And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit," so with that, take heart as we look at how we have been made to be the church and the hope of this world. Did Johnathan Walk In Honour by His People Church (PMB)
When Jonathan and his armour bearer defeated the whole Philistine army in 1Samual 14, he was one of only 2 men in Israel who had swords. The other man was his father, the king, who was taking it easy under a pomegranate tree. Jonathan used the 'power/sword' to save his people but Saul did not. As believers we also have great power. In Romans 1:16, Paul describes the 'power of God for salvation' as the gospel, power to save many people. Let's look at this great power! TIM KELLER describes the gospel as follows: The GOSPEL is that I am so sinful that Jesus had to die for me, yet so loved and valued that Jesus was glad to die for me. This leads to deep humility and deep confidence at the same time. I can't feel superior to anyone, and yet I have nothing to prove to anyone. For more info visit: www.hispeoplepmb.co.za
Today Ps Jacques looks at the story of Jonathan and his armour bearer and how it took faith for them to go up and defeat Philistines. We see how God indeed showed up on their behalf as they aligned themselves with what God was doing and how He can surely do the same with us.
Today Ps Jacques looks at the story of 4 friends in Mark 2:1-12, who were on a mission to get their friend who needed healing to Jesus. We consider the depth of the Great Commission that we have been given by God, our Father which is to be "Passionate about Him and His people," and what that looks like according to His will.
Ps Jacques continues from last Sunday message of being sent. We look at how Jesus commissioned the 12 disciples in the same way He later commissioned the 70 and how He commissions us still today. May you be encouraged to take up Jesus's Great Commission as your personal daily mission.
Ps Jacques firstly shares an amazing opportunity that has opened up for us as a local church and then he looks at 1 Sam 14. Here we have the story of Jonathan & his armor bearer who inquire of the Lord in a most interesting way and then attack the enemy outpost on top of the hill. This results in a massive victory over for Israel. The words ‘Come up' are repeated 3 times and are very significant words for us as a local church at this time. For more info visit: www.hispeoplepmb.co.za
‘Sincere & Pure Devotion to Christ' are the amazing words written by Paul the Apostle in 2 Corinthians 11:3. This is how these Christians were described but things had changed, they had been deceived! What has happened? Listen to find out more. For more info visit: www.hispeoplepmb.co.za
Today we look at the story In Mark 5:24-34, Of a women who spent 12 years of her life bleeding externally and ''internally'' from the wounds she was carrying from being kept away from the rest of the world and from worshiping the Lord as she was unclean, but because of her faith she wasn't only healed but restored in spirit and in her identity. God meets us with our mustard seed faith and in faith we are to Accept, Believe and Confess the of God.
