There is an answer to the hopelessness, anxiety, and depression that you have encountered. Andrew and Wendy Palau have experienced the pain of loss and guilt but have had their lives restored by God. Now they want to share with you the joy and peace they

What is the absolute best Christmas gift you've ever unwrapped? For me, it was my father's old Bible. The pages are worn and every margin is filled with his notes—it is priceless to me. Gifts connect us. And at Christmas, God gave the greatest gift of all: His Son. John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” God entered our world as a baby—Jesus—a real Savior who came to offer you the gift of new, eternal life. Will you receive it? If so, you can simply turn to Him and say, “Jesus, I want to know You, and I will follow You. Please forgive me. Thank you for coming, for the work You did on my behalf; giving yourself so that I could have live. I receive Your gift.” Always remember, there is hope with God. radio.hopewithgod.com

Have you ever wished for just a day of peace? People everywhere long for peace. And centuries ago, the prophet Isaiah made this promise about Jesus: “For a child is born to us, a son is given. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” For generations, people clung to these words while living through war and struggles, and disappointments and loss. And then Jesus was born. He came to make peace between us and God. And to bring peace into our troubled lives. He is still alive today! You can pray with me: “Jesus, I need Your peace. Help me to trust You and follow You. Amen.” Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Isaiah 9:6 radio.hopewithgod.com

Christmas lights make the darkest night feel bright and joyful. Where I live in Portland, Oregon it sparkles through the month of December with color and warmth. These lights they're temporary—we pack them away when the season ends. But there is another light that never fades. Jesus once said, “...I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you will not walk in darkness, because you will have the light of life, the light that leads to life.” Jesus isn't just a story, being born at Christmas—He's the Savior, the real One—God in flesh, who entered into the world that He created because He loves you. This Christmas, as you soak in the beauty of the lights around you, remember the true Light. You can receive His love and His hope right now. You can say, “Jesus, I need You. Shine Your light into my life. Come, I want to know You, and I will follow You all the days of my life.” Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: John 8:12 radio.hopewithgod.com

A prophet named Isaiah said this, these words, long before Jesus was born: “For those who live in a land of deep darkness, a light will shine.” At last—Christ was born. That ancient promise came true as a tiny baby, full of life. Jesus wasn't a symbol that faded in history—He was real, living among real people, teaching them how to love, healing broken lives, and showing them the way to a repaired relationship with God. Today, you may feel lost, unseen, or surrounded by shadows. Jesus is the light who does not fade. He knows your heart, He loves you so much, and He invites you to walk in His light. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Isaiah 9:2 radio.hopewithgod.com

Every December, you hear the voices singing, “Joy to the World, the Lord has come! Let earth receive her King!” And the melody, I wish I could sing better, it's cheerful, believe me. The words are full of hope. But they are rooted in something real! It's the Bible, God's book of truth. And it tells us that when Jesus was born, the angels visited the local shepherds, saying, “Don't be afraid!… We bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people.” The Good News was that God's promised Savior had arrived—Jesus, born as a baby, but sent to rescue humanity from sin and death. He grew up, He taught us God's ways, He healed the broken, and ultimately He gave His life on the cross so that we could be forgiven. The song rings true—there is joy for the world, everyone who chooses to follow Jesus. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Luke 2:10 radio.hopewithgod.com

Is there any reason not to give your life to Jesus today? I've asked that question to people many times, and one of the things that holds people back? It's this idea that if they decide to follow God, they're going to have to give up everything fun about life. Well, let me tell you, it could not be further from the truth; God sets us free. Once you come to know God's love, His kindness, His compassion…you will WANT to make some of those changes in your life. But these changes are not about control or punishment, killing your joy. Your choices to end this destructive behavior in your life will be voluntary and it will be motivated by your overflowing love of God. And it's for your own good. So, why not invite God into your heart and get to know His generous love? It is better by far than anything that you may have to give up, I promise you. Always remember, there is hope with God. radio.hopewithgod.com

When I married my husband, I moved from my small island of Jamaica to Portland, Oregon in the United States. I missed my home, but I loved my husband. In the first years of our marriage, there were so many times I felt alien. I was a foreigner in a different place, a different culture, different traditions and accents, ways of thinking and seeing the world. When we don't have a relationship with God through Jesus, God's ways are so foreign to us. We don't understand Him. We become confused at times at the ways He works in the world. And we can think that God is distant and cold. But when we take the step of faith to walk with Jesus, Ephesians 2 tells us that we are no longer foreigners and aliens to God. But fellow citizens with God's people. Always remember there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Ephesians 2:19 radio.hopewithgod.com

Is there anything stopping you from coming to God right now? I've asked people that question so many times, and often, people think that they're just too messed up. I'm too full of sin at the moment. And they believe God won't want me. Jesus reached out again and again to the most rejected, unclean, and sinful people of all society. He went to them and He invited Himself to dinner at their houses. And He washed their feet. He touched them. And He loved them without any reservation. And this is His offer for you today. Pray with me: Jesus, I've been afraid, but now I'm here, offering You my life. I'm not perfect, but I'm Yours. And I will follow You. I want to learn Your ways. Help me to know Your healing and Your love. And thank You. In Jesus' name, amen. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Luke 19:5 radio.hopewithgod.com

When you reach the end of your life and look back at your story, what will have mattered the most? Most people will say the time they spent with loved ones. For me, it's a message I get to share with everyone I meet, and I love it so much! When this message sinks into people's hearts, it gives birth to hope. This message saves people. Can I share it with you right now? God, the one Who made everything, Who formed you in your mother's womb before you took your first breath, loves you. And you can know Him. If you ask Him, He will take the pain and the shame of every wrong thing you've done. And He will set you free and give you new life. Isn't this good news?! Invite Jesus into your heart today. "You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother's womb." Psalm 139:13 Always remember, there is hope with God. radio.hopewithgod.com

Are you in a season of sorrow? You know, it's okay not to be cheerful all the time. In fact, Jesus experienced deep sorrow Himself. These are the words of the prophet Isaiah, which he spoke centuries before Jesus would come to walk the earth: He was despised and rejected— a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief… Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. So, this means that Jesus knows how you feel when you experience pain…because He experienced it Himself. You don't have to bear the burden of sorrow or grief on your own. He will lift the heaviness off your shoulders. Pray with me: God, I need You to help me to carry this heaviness and this grief. You know the depths of my pain. And I invite You to come into my heart and take over with Your love and with Your comfort. Thank You. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Isaiah 53:3a&4a radio.hopewithgod.com

Long ago, Jesus made this surprising statement: What sorrow awaits you teachers of the religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs—beautiful on the outside but filled on the inside with dead people's bones and all sorts of impurity. What a powerful image! And Jesus wasn't talking to the rejected people of society…rather, these were the powerful religious leaders who claimed to be holy. Have you ever been hurt by religion? Maybe it's a scary thought to even think about spirituality. Jesus does not use religion as a weapon to control, to punish or to push people away. And as you see here, He gets most upset when others do. Jesus is not the one who hurt you. And He wants you to find safety, healing, and restoration in His loving arms. Have you noticed that social media is flooded with messages that are meant to encourage you? One-sentence phrases that seem wise and insightful? Encouraging content is nice, but what does it really do for you? Maybe it makes you smile, or it helps you feel better in the moment. But it can also make you feel stuck; it doesn't contain the challenging truths that lead to real change. I want to share the most important truth with you right now, because it's the most loving thing I can do. Here it is: Jesus is real. He already knows you, and He loves you without reservation. But if you want to know Him, you need to make a choice. Offer your heart to God in prayer. Come to Him. Get to know Jesus, love Him, follow Him. Always remember, there is hope with God. "Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise." Hebrews 10:23******** radio.hopewithgod.com

I could tell you ten ways to improve your self-esteem. Three signs that you've been hurt by a narcissist. I could tell you how to set boundaries. The truth is, there's only so much we can do to improve ourselves. We need help from someone more powerful than ourselves. We need God! If that thought scares you, just stick with me for a minute. God is not a harsh judge or a scolding father like you may imagine. He is compassionate, kind, empathetic, and powerful. He loves you enough to absorb the consequences of your wrongs. And He did! That's just what happened when Jesus died on the cross, making a way for you and for me, and all the imperfect and broken people of the world, to experience freedom and life that is truly life. Do you want that? Always remember, there is hope with God. I'm Andrew Palau. "But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed." Isaiah 53:5 radio.hopewithgod.com

Are you a caregiver? Maybe you have children who rely on you to keep them safe, loved, and healthy. Maybe you're taking care of a parent or relative. Or maybe you just have friends who depend on you for support. If that's you, I have an important question for you today… Who takes care of you? There is someone who thinks about you all the time. Who loves you on your good days, and your worst days. Who cries with you every time you cry. The book of Isaiah in the Bible holds a message of promise for you. Today, God says… See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands. God is the one who made you, He loves you, and He knows you even better than you know yourself. Will you let Him be your caregiver? Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Isaiah 49:16 radio.hopewithgod.com

The media tells us that outward appearances are everything. I'm sure you've noticed… advertisements for diet pills, anti-aging products, workouts that promise to make you look amazing in three weeks. I wish! Taking care of your body- it's a great thing. But no matter what we do to fix our appearance, there is only one solution for our inner state. And that's God. He sees right through us to the deepest places of our hearts. This isn't a product I'm selling. It's a simple choice that you can make right now. Will you ask God to restore your inner being? Pray with me: God, I've had enough of empty outward solutions. I want inner change that's real. Please clean me out and help me to start again. I want to know You, and I will follow You. In Jesus' name, amen. Always remember, there is hope with God. "Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life." Psalm 139:23-24 radio.hopewithgod.com

As I've gotten older, my social media feed has flooded with anti-aging products. Everything from weight loss supplements to skin care, to ads for plastic surgery…a million ways to try to slow down the effects of time. But isn't it true— everyone alive on the Earth right now will one day be gone? That's a fact. These bodies will not last forever. So instead of scrambling for youthful looks, why not think about what comes next? Jesus spoke these words long ago: …this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. This is good news! Good news for you and for all people. Put your faith in Jesus, the Son of God, and do it today! Always remember, there is hope with God. radio.hopewithgod.com

There's a message in the book of James in the Bible that may surprise you. It says… Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created the lights in the heavens. He never changes, and he never casts a shifting shadow. What if all the good things in your life were actually from God, who loves you? Not only that… through Jesus, He gave His life to be close to you and set you free. Wouldn't you want to know Him? Wouldn't you want to thank Him? You can. Will you try talking to Him? Just praying with me right now? God, you are the source of everything good in my life. I invite you into my heart. Help me understand all that You've done for me, Jesus. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: James 1:17 radio.hopewithgod.com

Scientists know we remember bad things that have happened far more than we remember good things! The hurtful words of a friend, moments of embarrassment, loss, and hurt. And it makes sense, right? It's our brain's way of helping us avoid danger and not repeat the pain. But what if you could bring the heavy burdens—all the hurt of your past and release it? Jesus said this to His friends long ago, and He's saying it to you today: Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. God won't erase your past or magically take away all pain, but because He loves you, He wants to carry it for you and give you true rest. Always remember, there is hope with God. I'm Andrew Palau. More and more, people are bringing their big questions and small questions to AI. Asking about everything. But do you know, there is a being who knows all things? He knows the tiniest hair on your head. He knows the galaxies beyond where even our telescopes can see. The mind of God holds the answers to everything. Not just information, but wisdom, insight, relationship, love. The God of the Bible is a real person. He's a creator, a spirit, a father, and a friend. You can talk to Him right now, wherever you are listening to my voice. Just say, God, I want to know You. Help me understand who You are. When you encounter the living God who loves you, your life will be changed. Always remember, there is hope with God. "The very hairs on your head are all numbered. So don't be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows." Luke 12:7 radio.hopewithgod.com

Who do you turn to when you have an emergency? Maybe you have close friends or family who help you out when bad times come. Or maybe you're doing your best to just cope with life's struggles on your own. Whatever the case may be, when troubles come, you can turn with confidence to God. He is the One with the power, and the desire, and the commitment to really help you. Whether you know Him or not, He's already made you a promise—He's just waiting for you to say yes. Here's what God's book of truth says about His promise: So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. This is a promise for you today. Come to God and find refuge. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Hebrews 6:18 radio.hopewithgod.com

Have you ever been lied to or betrayed? It can be so jarring to be hurt or tricked by someone you love—someone you once trusted. And it can cause your trust in people to be deeply shaken. But there's someone who will never lie to you, never betray you, never let you down. And it's God. God's ancient book of wisdom says this: God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and then failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through? No human could ever make those claims. But God, all-powerful and unchanging, is able to commit fully. And, you may not know it, but He is fully committed to you! He loves you already, and He knows you since the world began. His arms are open, ready and waiting for you to come to know Him. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Numbers 23:19 radio.hopewithgod.com

News right now is so unsettling. There are so many things happening around the world that are so troubling. War, suffering, division, environmental disasters that are beyond our control. The other day, when we were in Albania, the earth shook under us as we experienced an earthquake. We were all fine; there was no damage. But it reminded me of the verse in Psalm 46. “God is our refuge and strength. An ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea.” You can have this in your relationship with God. The end of this beautiful psalm says: “Be still, know that I am God.” Always remember, there is hope with God. This is Wendy Palau. radio.hopewithgod.com

Are you stuck? Maybe you feel like you're in a rut, unable to move forward. Well, God is offering you a way forward — through a relationship with Him. Long ago, a follower of Jesus named Paul wrote this in a letter to the people of Corinth: …anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! You can be made new today! If you confess your sins and wrongdoings to God and ask Him to make you new, you can have friendship with Him starting now. Not only that, but you can live forever with Him in Heaven. Do you want to accept His invitation and have a fresh start at life? Pray with me now. God, I need your help to get unstuck. Please forgive me for all the wrongs of my past. I don't want to live that way anymore. I'm putting my life in Your hands. Always remember, there is hope with God. I'm Andrew Palau. Scripture Reference: 2 Corinthians 5:17 radio.hopewithgod.com

Jesus is the radiance of God's glory, the exact representation of His being. Do you want to know God? What God is like? Look at Jesus. In the four gospels in the New Testament, we can read the story of Jesus' life. As Jesus walks through the world and interacts with people, we get a picture of what God is like. In Matthew 3, John the Baptist tells us that Jesus is the One who will baptize with the Holy Spirit and with fire. Fire represents refinement; burning away what is useless or impure. Jesus came to do this in the world and in us. And the first step in this refinement is submission. Just say: God, have your way in my life. Allow God to burn away what shouldn't be there. Always remember there is hope with God. radio.hopewithgod.com

What do you celebrate? How do you celebrate? Is it with singing and dancing, and joy, as people come together to celebrate a person or a whole group of people? It can be so much fun to celebrate others, and to do so alongside a group of friends or family. That's what life's all about. But a celebration on Earth is only just a glimpse of what Heaven will look like one day. Imagine! And God has made a way for us to celebrate eternally in Heaven—with Him! And you're invited! Doesn't that sound amazing? God made a way for you to be with Him forever when He sent His Son, Jesus, as a sacrifice for the sins of all humanity. Will you invite Him in—to come into your heart, to be Lord of your life, to forgive you from all of your wrongs, and to give you a new life? Come near to God, and He will welcome you with open arms. Always remember, there is hope with God. I'm Andrew Palau. In the book of Psalms, the ancient songbook of the Hebrew people, there's a song about an evergreen tree. This type of tree can remain tall and green, and healthy all year long. The leaves never fall off. Psalm 1 says this about people who focus on God's ways: They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves will never wither, and they prosper in all they do. ** I want that! Don't you? His help is more powerful than anything that this world offers, and you can find it by consistently walking in a relationship with Him. You can start that relationship today. Pray this simple prayer, God, I want to be like an evergreen tree, enduring every season with Your help and with Your power. Come into my life today and take over. In Jesus name, amen. Always remember, there is hope with God. radio.hopewithgod.com

Studies show that peace is the one thing that every human on the face of the earth wants. All over the world, there is war, there's conflict. In our homes, we face conflict and pain. In our very souls, we're full of anxiety and fear. And we long for peace. True peace is wholeness, when things are as they should be. The Bible tells us that we will only have true peace when we enter into a relationship with the Living God. Ephesians 2 tells us that Jesus, God's Son, came to preach peace to those who are far away and peace to those who are near. That means all people, and that means you. Have you experienced this true peace? True wholeness in a relationship with God? Always remember, there is hope with God. radio.hopewithgod.com

It's not always easy to forgive, right? Especially when someone hurts you deeply and doesn't even apologize. Maybe you feel they don't deserve to be forgiven. And maybe you're right! But think about this: Would you die for that person? Probably not. Would you die to take the punishment for their wrongs? Even more–NO! This is what Jesus did for you and for me! This way of love it's so different. He voluntarily gave His life as an offering for our wrongs, yours and mine—the ultimate act of selflessness. Are you ready to start a relationship with the Living God? Are you ready to begin a journey to a new way of life? Pray with me now. God, thank You for becoming the sacrifice for my sins. I am sorry for the many wrongs I have done. Please forgive me. I want to know You and follow Your ways. Amen. Always remember, there is hope with God. "For since our friendship with God was restored by the death of his Son while we were still his enemies, we will certainly be saved through the life of his Son." Romans 5:10 radio.hopewithgod.com

Do you ever hear God shouting? I do. I live in a beautiful part of the world, and at times, the beauty of the mountains or the sky or the sunrise overwhelms me. And I can hear God's voice. His voice is loud and His voice is quiet. Psalm 19 tells us that the Heavens declare God's glory, the work of His hands His creation pours forth speech and displays knowledge in every language. The glory of God goes out through His creation into all the earth, to the ends of the world. Will you look and listen for His declaration today? The glorious, mighty God that made the stars above you, and He says to you, my friend, “Come and know me.” Always remember, there is hope with God. This is Wendy Palau. radio.hopewithgod.com

Does your mind feel cluttered? Maybe your thoughts are swirling with to-do lists… These are the moments where peace can feel like it's impossible. But there's good news. Even in the most confusing times, God can bring true and lasting peace—for you. Yes, you! Even in the midst of what you're going through now. Listen to what it says in the book of John in the Bible, God's book of life. Jesus said this to His friends: I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and peace of heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So do not be troubled, do not be afraid. He will meet you in your anxious thoughts, your past, your present, all these hurts, your pain. God wants to carry it all and fill you with His presence and comfort. Will you allow Him? Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: John 14:27 radio.hopewithgod.com

Have you ever been lost? Like you're on a path, and all of a sudden, you have no idea where you are? Maybe you feel like somehow you started out with a good plan, but then you got off track. I want to encourage you with this truth: God has come to find and rescue those who are lost. Matthew 18 in the Bible compares us to sheep who have gotten lost and not only lost, but have fallen into grave danger. Jesus says that if a shepherd, that's God, has 99 sheep and one of them runs away, He will immediately search for that one lost sheep. And this is how God values you today. Are you ready to be found by God? Pray with me now. God, please rescue me. And thank You for sending Your son, Jesus, to set me free. I want this relationship with You. Come and help me now. In Jesus' name, amen. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Matthew 18:12 radio.hopewithgod.com

Does God live in you? This seems crazy to think about, doesn't it? That God could live in us. Yet, the Bible tells us yes! The Bible doesn't say that we become God, but that through the presence of God's Spirit, God lives IN us. When we become His child, when we submit our lives to walking with Him, when we believe what He says is true, and we receive His gift of life, we're told we become a part of His family. Ephesians 2 tells us that we become a part of God's household, a vast, beautiful, interesting, diverse household joined with brothers and sisters all over the world, being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by His Spirit. There is a beautiful home for you. Always remember, there is hope with God. radio.hopewithgod.com

Have you ever felt deeply seen by someone? Not just seen with their eyes, but understood in a way that you know you are loved and valued. God sees—He truly sees you—more than anyone else. He knows every part of you, inside and out. In the book of Psalms, King David wrote this profound truth long ago in a song that he wrote to God: You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How miraculous! There is no love on earth that compares to the love of God. Do you want to know and experience this love today? Pray with me now, God, I want to experience your love today and all the days of my life. Forgive me of my sins and my mistakes. I'm Yours forever. In Jesus' name, amen. Scripture Reference: Psalm 139:16 Always remember, there is hope with God. radio.hopewithgod.com

I met a woman recently who told me she used to love God. But because of deep loss and pain in her life, she hadn't prayed or talked to God in years. He felt like an old grandfather who had moved to a distant land. It was such a joy to share the truth with her that even though her heart was hurt or hardened or disappointed in God, He had never left her. Ephesians 2 tells us that because of Jesus, those who were once far away have been brought near through the blood of Jesus Christ. We can be intimately close to God, as a child with a father. Loved and cared for and comforted Are you far from God? Can I tell you something that's true? He is not far from you. Always remember, there is hope with God. Will you pause for a minute and try this with me? Think for a moment about the way you feel when you greet your closest friend or a family member. Maybe you smile and feel warmth and joy as you walk over to them. Maybe you embrace them and feel the stress and worry of life fall off your shoulders. Did you know that God wants to have that kind of joyful meeting…with you? He already knows you, but He has been waiting for you to come and to know Him. And He loves you so much that He sent His son, Jesus, to become a sacrifice on your behalf. Jesus made a way for you to know God intimately and deeply. You were made to live in friendship with God. You can choose to accept this invitation to have a relationship with Jesus. And you can do it now. Come to know God. He already knows you. Always remember, there is hope with God. I'm Andrew Palau. Have you ever met someone who sees the world with clear eyes and open motives? It's rare—and it's refreshing. Jesus said, "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God." What drives us when no one's watching? A pure heart wants what's good, not just what looks good. But how do we get to that state? The truth is, we can't get there on our own. We need Jesus to come into our hearts and change us, washing us and making us brand new. Do you want that? You can ask Him for it right now. And you can just pray with me. Say, Jesus, I want to be free from selfish motives. I believe that You are God, and I want to love like You love—with purity and generosity. Help me to know You so I can learn Your ways and walk in them. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Matthew 5:8 radio.hopewithgod.com

Recently, I witnessed the most beautiful thing at one of our festivals. A couple on holiday wandered into the square where our festival was taking place. And they were drawn in as my husband Andrew shared the truth about Jesus. He invited anyone interested to pray along with him. They prayed, they gave their lives to Jesus Christ right there in the square. As my friend Melissa prayed with them, they told her that they knew God had been calling them for many days. They had been searching and looking for hope in their lives. Things like this don't happen by accident; God orchestrates our circumstances. He calls us. He speaks to us. When Jesus called His first followers, He simply said: “Come, follow me.” Will you say, “yes” to His call? Always remember, there is hope with God. Have you ever forgiven someone who didn't apologize? Maybe you've shown kindness to someone who really didn't deserve it. You may never get thanked for making those choices. But long ago, Jesus said, "Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy." Mercy happens when you choose love over revenge. Jesus says life is good for those who choose compassion—even when it's hard. And Jesus did this Himself. He offered mercy to all people when He died on the cross in our place. You can enter into this merciful way of life. It's not easy, but it is so good! There's just one thing…Jesus also wants you to receive mercy. Forgiveness and freedom from every wrong thing you've ever done. A chance to start over, a new, eternal life in relationship with the Merciful One. Always remember, there is hope with God. I met a woman in Albania. She had grown up in a family of the dominant faith of her nation. After the service, everyone lined up to walk under the tomb of a dead saint. As she walked away she whispered to God, “If you are real you must be alive not dead.” She said, “God, I want to know the God who is alive!” Soon after she was invited to a Christian church, as she walked in and she experienced the worship, and the singing she was overcome with God's presence, and she knew this was the God that is alive. And she put her faith in Jesus Christ. Please don't waste your time and your life looking for a dead God. Come to Jesus today! He is alive. Always remember, there is hope with God. Have you ever looked at the world and thought, "This is not how it's supposed to be"? That ache inside you for wrongs to be made right—it's there for a reason. Jesus said, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled." This kind of hunger is not about food. It's a longing for justice, for things to be repaired in the deepest sense. It's a sacred discontent with how broken the world is—and how broken we are as humans. So, let that restlessness point you toward something—someone—better. God shares that same longing, and He also holds the fulfillment of the desire. One day, He will rule and repair every broken thing. But you don't have to wait for someday. Come to know God's goodness for yourself. And then you can share it with everyone! Come and follow Jesus. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Matthew 5:6 radio.hopewithgod.com

Have you ever been forgotten, overlooked, or felt unimportant? Long ago, Jesus said, "Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth." You may be thinking, “What does that have to do with me?” The Greek word often translated as “meek” also describes those who are not valued, those who feel left behind. If you've ever felt that way, Jesus says that in His world, you're blessed. To be meek is to be human in a way that doesn't demand attention. You can be filled with strength without shouting. You can be small, yet reflect something bigger, something real and lasting. Your life matters. Not because you demand attention, but because the God of the universe says YOU MATTER. Let Him show you your true worth. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Matthew 5:5 radio.hopewithgod.com

I met a beautiful young woman the other day in Albania. She invited me to be on her live morning television program to speak about our festival coming up over the weekend. She told me she was very simply ‘a spiritual person'. I began to realize that she was confused about who God was. Added on top of her confusion was a sense of fear and uncertainty. As I shared my story of grief to hope, I told her that I needed someone bigger than my grief, and I found truth and hope in Jesus. John 1 tells us that the Light of the world, that's Jesus, has come, and in Him is life, and this Light shines in the darkness. Do you consider yourself a spiritual person? You can turn to the Light right now. The Light is Jesus. Always remember, there is hope with God. radio.hopewithgod.com

Have you ever experienced grief? Maybe you've lost someone close to you or had your life change in a way that you never expected. What do you do when pain won't go away? When it silently weighs on you as everyone else moves on? Jesus once said, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted." That may sound confusing. Mourning and loss… that doesn't feel right! But what Jesus is saying is that there's good news for those who grieve. And that good news is God's offer of comfort. Not a quick fix, but a steady presence—His presence—to sit with you in the dark offering hope. This is how your healing will begin—when you open your heart to Jesus and invite God's Spirit to start this quiet work. Say yes to the path Jesus offers—the path to new life. Always remember, there is hope with God. I'm Andrew Palau. Scripture Reference: Matthew 5:4 radio.hopewithgod.com

Grief is like a blanket of darkness. We grieve because we love, and we grieve because we lose what we love. It's a dark and painful place. You might be there right now. Can I encourage you? There is comfort for you; you do not have to grieve alone. Jesus said that those who grieve are blessed, because He will comfort them. In the darkness and heaviness of grief, there is only ONE, only One who has the power and the capacity to reach down, spiritually into the depths of our souls and comfort us. It's not a magic trick or self-help. There is a powerful, great God, and He knows you and He loves you. He sees your pain, and He offers you comfort. Always remember, there is hope with God. Have you ever walked into a room and felt like the least important person there? Small and invisible, like the world runs on power, and you've got none to offer? Jesus said something that might surprise you. "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." In God's kingdom, every person is valued and loved. If you feel forgotten, I want you to know that you can reach out to God with open hands and find love and find belonging. This is good news: Jesus promises that life will be good for those who feel invisible because with Him, they will be seen, understood, and treasured. You can choose to receive this new life in God. It's greater than you can imagine! If you've felt small, come meet the One who sees you. Choose to walk with Jesus, and begin a new kind of life. Always remember, there is hope with God. I meet a lot of people who say, “God? No, no, no religion's not for me. I've made too many mistakes,” or they'll say, “That kind of faith is for people who were raised in church, for religious people.” But the truth is this—God's invitation is for everyone. It's for everyone. Yes, including you. In Luke 15 in the Bible, Jesus talks about a shepherd who leaves ninety-nine sheep to go after the one that's lost. That's how much God values every single person. No one is forgotten; no one too far gone. You don't have to figure everything out. You don't have to find yourself. All you have to do is take one honest step towards Him. You matter and you're seen. God has not counted you out. Don't wait another minute. God's invitation is here, right now. He's pursuing you. Will you say yes to Him and begin this relationship with the Living God today? Always remember, there is hope with God. radio.hopewithgod.com

If you've ever lost something that mattered—a relationship, a dream, even a life you once loved—you know how painful it is. There's a story in the Bible about an entire nation—the Israelites—who lost everything. For years, they wept over what was gone. But then, something amazing happened. Eventually, God made a way for the Jewish people to go home. Even when they were far from home, God's promise remained true. He said, “If you look for me, you will find me.” If you're longing for hope, for healing, for a way forward—Jesus is that hope. Invite Him into your heart today. Let Him begin the work of restoring you. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Jeremiah 29:13 radio.hopewithgod.com

Have you ever lost something important? Your phone, your keys… or maybe something deeper—like your peace, your hope, your direction? Jesus tells stories, and in Luke 15, He tells three stories about things that are lost—a coin, a sheep, and a son. And in every story, someone is searching, and they don't give up. And that's what God does for us. You might feel far from God, unsure if faith is for you. But I'm here to tell you—God is for you. And He's searching for you. He meets you right where you are—with love, patience, and compassion. Will you decide to pursue God? He's already pursuing you. There are so many people in this world who feel forgotten—and just like you, they need to know that they're seen, that they are cared for. And the invitation of Jesus is Good News, and it's for you. Always remember, there is hope with God. "Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one. Won't she light a lamp and sweep the entire house and search carefully until she finds it?" If you're walking through grief right now, I want you to know—you're not alone. I know what it feels like to carry deep pain, but I also know this: God sees you. He cares about your suffering, and He wants to meet you in your pain. The Bible says, The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Maybe that's you today—broken, overwhelmed, not sure how to move forward. God isn't far from you; He is near. He is ready to bring comfort and healing. If you've never turned to Jesus before, I invite you to do that today. He is the One who can truly heal the hurt inside. Ask Him to walk with you through your grief, and let Him bring peace in your soul. Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Psalm 34:18 radio.hopewithgod.com

Do you ever feel like God is far away—or like faith is something for…other people? More religious people? More qualified people? More holy people? Well, let me tell you something amazing: God doesn't wait for us to climb up to Him. He comes down to us. That's exactly what Jesus did. In Matthew 9, we read that Jesus looked on the crowds, they were surrounding Him, and He had compassion on them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. He saw them. And He sees you, too. He still comes close to people today—no matter their past or their doubts, or where they're starting from. He is not distant. He is not passive…He's actually pursuing your heart. The message of Jesus is not a private treasure for just a few—it's Good News for all. You have the chance to start that relationship with God. Will you take it? Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Matthew 9:36 radio.hopewithgod.com

One of the most dangerous lies I've ever heard is that God only loves people from certain places—maybe certain countries, cultures, or religions. There's a story in the Bible about a man named Peter. He met very different people from himself, and he realized something life-changing: God does not show favoritism. He accepts people from every nation and every background; anyone who wants to know Him, anyone who will follow His ways. That means that wherever you were born, whatever language you speak, regardless of what your life looks like. God's arms are open to you in welcome. He loves you—completely. If you've ever wondered, “Would God really want me?”—the answer is yes. Come to Him today! You can simply say, “God, I believe in You. Thank You for receiving me. I want to know You and trust You and obey You. Show me the way.” Always remember, there is hope with God. Scripture Reference: Acts 10:34-35 radio.hopewithgod.com
