Seeing the video of rapper, Diddy, beating his then girlfriend on camera, was triggering for me. I know that it was triggering for victims of Domestic Abuse. On This Week's Episode, I look back on a previous episode and hope to bring back the challenge of looking at your mirror and breaking down yourself, good or bad. Learning how recheck your mirror and staying accountable to your mental health is important to staying emotionally grounded. Being in Flight or Fight Mode, is not discussed enough in today's mental health world in my opinion.
